Abstract

一种能够对点源污水处理并回用的污水治理工艺,不仅可以对无法纳入市政管网的污水进行处理,而且处理后的出水可以作为再生水经生物塘收集后进行回用。它在点源污水的治理尤其是新农村建设配套污水处理设施及边远水库、景区等无法纳入市政污水管网地区的污水治理上具有很大的推广价值。

Description

自然动力点源污水生物生态治理并回用工艺
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及点源污水的一种处理并回用的工艺,特别涉及要求达到较高排放标准的污染负荷不高、可生化度较高的生活污水的治理。
(二)背景技术:
由于管网铺设及现实条件所限,很多农村、旅游景点的生活污水无法纳入市政管网,这些污水对当地的环境及地下水的水质安全构成了巨大的威胁。目前点源污水的治理技术主要包括:活性污泥法、生物膜法、自然处理法、MBR及厌氧技术,这些方法的单独使用存在以下不足:1、活性污泥法、生物膜法及MBR的投资成本及运营管理费用较高,需要专业的维护人员,针对水量较小的点源污水处理来讲,性价比太低且管理不便;2、单独使用自然处理法或厌氧处理的出水效果较差,不能达到直接回用的目的;3、由于点源污水存在着雨污混流、污染物浓度偏低等特点,常规生物处理技术启动和稳定运行困难。
(三)发明内容:
本发明的目的是公开一种点源污水的生物生态处理并回用的工艺,以解决无法纳入市政管网地区的点源污水治理问题,改善人居环境,同时,将处理后的再生水收集回用,节约水资源。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种点源污水的生物生态处理并回用的工艺,包括自然动力污水生物处理池、人工潜流湿地及生物塘组成生物生态相结合的复合污水处理***,***出水可作为再生水做灌溉或景观用。
污水经管网收集后经格栅过滤掉大颗粒垃圾后与化粪池的上清液一起汇入集水池,集水池内污水在重力作用下经进水管进入自然动力污水生物处理池的主反应区进行处理,污水通过自然动力污水生物处理池的作用,可去除大部分有机污染物及悬浮物,削减污染负荷。经过厌氧强化处理后,污水同样在重力作用下流入人工潜流湿地***在湿地生态***的作用下进一步净化处理。经过人工潜流湿地处理后,出水可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准,人工潜流湿地的出水在重力作用下进入生物塘,经生物塘收集的再生水可作为灌溉或景观用途。
所述工艺中自然动力污水生物处理池包括格栅调节区,厌氧区,接触氧化池及砂滤区。格栅开内设细格栅,格栅间距3~5mm。厌氧区及接触氧化区内有软性填料。砂滤区内有滤料,滤料由砂及砾石组成。
所述工艺中人工潜流湿地包括布水***,基质填料床,排水***,湿地植被等。布水***为PVC穿孔管布水。填料床填料由砾石,粗砂,木屑及土壤组成。排水***为设置在湿地填料床底部的PVC穿孔管收集后排水。湿地表面的植被,为黄杨、月季、美人蕉等。
所述工艺中生物塘由当地的废弃池塘或河道改建,改建措施主要包括:土地平整、设围堤、防渗、水生植物种植。所种植的水生植物包括香蒲、芦苇、灯心草等。
本发明的有益效果是:运用自然动力污水生物处理池和人工潜流湿地、生物塘生态措施相结合进行点源污水的治理不仅可以治理点源污水,使得污水达到较高的排放标准,同时,处理后的污水经生物塘收集以后可以作为灌溉用水,对于水资源短缺的地区可以在一定程度上缓解用水紧张的问题。由于该工艺不需要消耗任何的电力、药剂等维护措施,因此,该工艺没有任何运营成本,节约了人力物力。点源污水的治理及生物塘的建设对于改善周边环境及调节小气候起到一定的有益作用。

(五)具体实施方式
本发明是一种点源污水的一种处理并回用工艺,具体实施方式如下:
(1)自然动力污水生物处理
自然动力污水生物处理池为定做的玻璃钢罐体反应器,反应器分为格栅调节区,厌氧区,接触反应区及砂滤区。厌氧区及接触氧化区内安装软性填料。砂滤区填充砂及砾石。其中下层为厚约10cm-30cm的砾石层,上部为厚约80-150cm的砂层;其中砾石层内铺设PVC穿孔集水管。污水从厌氧区底部进入,由下至上先后通过厌氧区填料及好氧区填料,好氧区出水由上至下通过砂滤区,进入砂滤区底部的穿孔收集管排出。
经过该***的处理,污水内的大部分有机物已经被去除,削减了污水的污染负荷。
(2)人工潜流湿地生态处理
污水经自然动力污水生物处理池处理以后在重力作用下进入到人工潜流湿地***,人工潜流湿地***底部铺设PVC穿孔集水管,湿地内有基质填料床、湿地植物及PVC穿孔出水管等。
经过该***的再处理,出水可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准。
(3)生物塘收集回用
经人工潜流湿地处理后排入到生物塘的再生水可作为灌溉或者景观水进行回用,生物塘经过防渗处理,并种植了水生植物,有助于水体进行自然净化。

1.一种点源污水治理并回用的工艺,其特征在于:包括由自然动力污水生物处理池、人工潜流湿地及生物塘组成生物生态相结合的复合污水处理***,***出水可直接回用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的点源生活污水治理工艺,其特征在于,所述的自然动力污水生物处理池包括进水管、高效填料以及密闭的玻璃缸罐体;
3.根据权利要求1所述的点源生活污水治理下艺,其特征在于,所述的人工潜流湿地包括基质、植物和布水***;
4.根据权利要求1所述的点源生活污水治理工艺,其特征在于,所述的生物塘为废弃的池塘经人工修整后设围堤和防渗层的池塘。
