Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于LED灯具的灯罩,所述灯罩的基体内含有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料;或者,所述灯罩表面直接镀有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料的涂层。本发明的用于LED灯具的灯罩,能够使灯具在点亮时,其内部的LED所发出的一定波长的光线,去激发相应波长的荧光粉与珠光粉混合材料,从而使LED二次发光,这样能使灯具的亮度增加至少30%以上,并使其发光更加均匀,间接的起到了环保节能的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,具体的涉及一种用于LED照明灯具的灯罩。
背景技术
LED(发光二极管)具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击以及低功耗等优点,属于节能的绿色环保照明,因此目前市场上出现了大量以LED为光源的各式各样的LED日光灯和LED灯泡等LED灯具,但现有LED灯具的灯罩普遍都是透明的或在其中添加扩散剂,这样不仅能看到灯具内部的结构,使产品看起来不够美观,更降低了灯具的发光效率,导致灯具的亮度不够。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于LED灯具的灯罩,该灯罩可提高灯具的照明亮度,同时使得灯具发光更加均匀。
为了解决上述技术问题,实现上述目的,本发明采取了如下技术方案:
一种用于LED灯具灯罩,所述灯罩的基体内含有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料;或者,所述灯罩表面镀有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料的涂层。
优选的,所述荧光粉与珠光粉混合材料配比为:90-100份的荧光粉混合0-10份的珠光粉。
优选的,所述灯罩的基体材料与所述荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料的配比为:50-70份的基体材料混合30-50份的荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明采用了灯罩基体中参入荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料,或灯罩表面镀有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料的涂层的这种技术,能够使LED灯具在点亮时,其内部的LED光源所发出的一定波长的光线,去激发相应波长的荧光粉与珠光粉混合材料,从而使LED灯具二次发光,这样能使灯具的亮度增加至少30%以上,并使其发光更加均匀,间接的起到了环保节能的目的。
另外本发明可采用不同颜色的荧光粉及珠光粉的混合材料,制造出相应色彩的LED日光灯管和LED灯泡等LED灯具,以产出各种色彩的光线,使其更加美观。

参见图1所示,一种灯罩1,所述灯罩1的基体内含有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料(图中未示意)。
优选的,所述荧光粉与珠光粉混合材料的配比为:90份的荧光粉混合10份的珠光粉。
优选的,所述灯罩的基体材料与所述荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料的配比为:50份的基体材料混合50份的荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料。
实施例2:
参见图1所示,一种灯罩1,所述灯罩1的基体内含有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料(图中未示意)。
优选的,所述荧光粉和珠光粉混合材料的配比为:90份的荧光粉混合10份的珠光粉。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于LED灯具的灯罩,其特征在于,所述灯罩(1)的基体内含有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于LED灯具的灯罩,其特征在于,所述荧光粉和珠光粉混合材料配比为:90-100份的荧光粉混合0-10份的珠光粉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于LED灯具的灯罩,其特征在于,所述灯罩的基体材料与所述荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料的配比为:50-70份的基体材料混合30-50份的荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料。
4.一种用于LED灯具的灯罩,其特征在于,所述灯罩(1)的表面镀有荧光粉与珠光粉的混合材料的涂层(2)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的灯罩,其特征在于,所述荧光粉和珠光粉混合材料配比为:90-100份的荧光粉混合0-10份的珠光粉。
