Abstract
一种LED照明灯泡,包括灯口、隔离柱、散热器、光源底座、多个LED灯、绝缘铝基板和玻璃灯壳,所述的灯口与隔离柱连接,所述的隔离柱与散热器连接,所述的散热器与光源底座连接,散热器呈圆形,中心设有通孔;所述光源底座的后端设有导热柱,导热柱连接到所述的通孔内,光源底座的前端中心连接绝缘铝基板,绝缘铝基板上均布多个LED灯;光源底座与玻璃灯壳连接,玻璃灯壳的内部表面涂有一层反光磨砂粉层。本发明的有益效果:本发明发光面积大,光线柔和,耗电少;无汞污染;灯的启动不受气温变化及开关次数的影响;散热效果好,灯的表面温度低,安全性好;不需要安装传统荧光灯的附件,如镇流器、起辉器等,使用方便,寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯泡,尤其涉及一种LED照明灯泡。
背景技术
目前,可用能源有限,能源浪费严重,开发出高效、节能、环保的光源成为解决能源紧缺问题的有效办法。发光二极管由于耗电少、发光亮度高、成本低、使用寿命长等特点,所以可以很好的取代传统照明光源,达到大幅降低成本并且节约能源的目的。但发光二极管本身也存在缺陷:
1、发光为单个方向的一束光,但日常照明需要发散光;
2、大功率的发光二极管发热高,严重影响了发光二极管的照明时间和寿命;
3、发光二极管的发光强度高,容易伤害人的眼睛。
所以,虽然发光二极管有着诸多的优点,但由于其自身仍存在一定的缺陷而不能用于日常的照明。
基于以上问题,本人设计了一种LED照明灯泡,是一种节能的照明光源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED照明灯泡,解决现有的发光二极管不能直接应用于日常照明的问题。
实现上述目的的技术方案为:
一种LED照明灯泡,包括灯口、隔离柱、散热器、光源底座、多个LED灯、绝缘铝基板和玻璃灯壳,所述的灯口与隔离柱通过螺纹连接,灯口的内部设有交直流变换器,交直流变换器输出5-30v的直流电压提供给多个LED灯;所述的隔离柱与散热器连接,所述的散热器与光源底座连接,散热器呈圆形,中心设有通孔,散热器两端的外径不同,散热器与隔离柱连接处的外径小于与光源底座连接处的外径;所述光源底座的后端设有导热柱,导热柱连接到所述的通孔内,光源底座的外缘设有散热片,光源底座的前端中心设有散热凸起,散热凸起连接绝缘铝基板,绝缘铝基板的表面经氧化处理后形成陶瓷反光层,绝缘铝基板上均布多个LED灯;光源底座与玻璃灯壳连接,玻璃灯壳的内部表面涂有一层反光磨砂粉层,灯壳与光源底座所形成的空间内充满惰性气体;光源底座和散热器均采用铝质材料制造。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明发光面积大,光线柔和,耗电少;无汞污染;灯的启动不受气温变化及开关次数的影响;散热效果好,灯的表面温度低,安全性好;不需要安装传统荧光灯的附件,如镇流器、起辉器等,使用方便,寿命长;产品的色温一致性较好。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本发明所述的LED照明灯泡,包括灯口1、隔离柱2、散热器3、光源底座4、多个LED灯5、绝缘铝基板6和玻璃灯壳7,所述的灯口1与隔离柱2通过螺纹连接,这样灯口1坏了后只需更换灯口1即可,不用全部更换,灯口1的内部设有交直流变换器8,交直流变换器8输出5-30v的直流电压提供给多个LED灯5,这样可以保证使用电压在安全电压范围内。
所述的隔离柱2与散热器3连接,所述的散热器3与光源底座4连接,散热器3呈圆形,中心设有通孔,散热器3靠近光源底座4的地方热量高,远离光源底座4的地方热量低,所以散热器3两端的外径不同,散热器3与隔离柱2连接处的外径小于与光源底座4连接处的外径,节省了材料的同时更显美观。
所述光源底座4的后端设有导热柱9,导热柱9连接到所述的通孔内,光源底座4的外缘设有散热片12,光源底座4的前端中心设有散热凸起11,散热突起和散热片12起到很好的吸热散热的作用,散热凸起11连接绝缘铝基板6,绝缘铝基板6的表面经氧化处理后形成陶瓷反光层,绝缘铝基板6上均布多个LED灯5;光源底座4与玻璃灯壳7连接,玻璃灯壳7的内部表面涂有一层反光磨砂粉层10,所述的反光磨砂粉层10可将LED灯5发出的光一部分反射到所述的陶瓷反光层,从而起到发散光源降低光照强度的作用。
玻璃灯壳7与光源底座4所形成的空间内充满惰性气体;光源底座4和散热器3均采用铝质材料制造,保证了散热效果的同时节省了成本。
本发明可采用通用的标准灯头,外形美观,便于直接使用,也可直接代换照明白炽灯泡、节能灯、汽车灯泡、仪器灯泡等,大功率产品及其派生产品还可以作射灯、景观灯使用。
本发明所述的LED照明灯泡发光面积大,光线柔和,眩光污染轻,无汞污染;灯的启动不受气温变化及开关次数的影响,适用于需要频繁开关灯的场合;根据电压等级系列的不同,可生产出适用电压低至几伏特的灯,是一种真正的低压荧光灯,可用于需要移动照明的场合,也可生产用市电供电的灯;散热效果好,灯的表面温度低,安全性好,可用于防爆场合;不需要安装传统荧光灯的附件,如镇流器、起辉器等,使用方便,寿命长,适用于广告灯箱等更换光源不方便的地方使用;产品的色温一致性较好。
Claims (9)
1、一种LED照明灯泡,包括灯口、隔离柱、散热器、光源底座、多个LED灯、绝缘铝基板和玻璃灯壳,其特征在于:所述的灯口与隔离柱连接,灯口的内部设有交直流变换器,交直流变换器为多个LED灯提供直流电压;所述的隔离柱与散热器连接,所述的散热器与光源底座连接,散热器呈圆形,中心设有通孔;所述光源底座的后端设有导热柱,导热柱连接到所述的通孔内,光源底座的前端中心连接绝缘铝基板,绝缘铝基板上均布多个LED灯;光源底座与玻璃灯壳连接,玻璃灯壳的内部表面涂有一层反光磨砂粉层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征在于:交直流变换器输出电压为5-30v的直流电压。
3、根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征在于:所述的灯口与隔离柱通过螺纹连接。
4、根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征在于:散热器两端的外径不同,散热器与隔离柱连接处的外径小于与光源底座连接处的外径。
5、根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征在于:光源底座的外缘设有散热片,光源底座的前端中心设有散热凸起。
6、根据权利要求1或4所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征在于:散热器采用铝质材料制造。
7、根据权利要求1或5所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征在于:光源底座采用铝质材料制造。
8、根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征在于:灯壳与光源底座所形成的空间内充满惰性气体。
9、根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡,其特征在于:绝缘铝基板的表面经氧化处理后形成陶瓷反光层。
