Abstract

本发明涉及风电齿轮箱技术领域,一种风力发电单级变桨摆线减速器。其特征在于:(1)前机座依次与针齿壳、机座联接一体;(2)输入轴用轴承支承在前机座内孔,轴伸端联接偏心轴承;(3)输出轴用轴承支承在机座内孔;(4)针齿销半埋在针齿壳的针销孔中,传统简支结构针齿销改为半埋齿结构;(5)两摆线轮之间和柱销端部装有均载环传统悬臂柱销装上均载环后,变为简支结构;(6)输出轴支承轴承之前装有车氏密封圈,严防漏油。有益效果:(a)本发明仅单级减速,轴向尺寸短、重量轻、维修方便;(2)摆线轮齿及半埋齿不断齿,因而比仅有三只行星轮的行星传动承载力大;(b)摆线减速器价格不到行星减速器一半,因而成本低40-55%;(c)输出轴防漏油密封使用寿命长。

Description

风力发电单级变桨摆线减速器
【技术领域】本发明涉及风电齿轮箱技术领域,一种风力发电单级变桨摆线减速器。
【背景技术】变桨减速器是用以改变桨叶迎风角度,使风力发电机组稳定运转。变桨减速器要求高可靠性:承载力大、不断齿及输出轴不漏油。目前主要进口日本三菱重工、意大利布莱维尼公司的产品及邦飞利707T。进口变桨减速器的主要问题是漏油。
(A)三级行星减速;(B)一级锥齿轮+二级行星。背景技术有二种:
(1)南京高速齿轮公司“风力发电机偏航齿轮箱”(200410064931);(2)重庆齿轮箱公司“风力发电变桨减速齿轮箱”(200720188097);(3)天津减速机公司“用于风力发电的变桨齿轮减速机”(200720125070);(4)重庆齿轮箱公司“带制动器的变桨减速器”(200820100450);(5)杭州前进风电公司“风力发电变桨减速齿轮箱”(200920116858);
三级行星的问题是:(a)低速级行星轮仅有三只,承载能力不高,因而轻量化程度较低;(b)由于现有橡胶油封(除车氏油封外)都不具备磨损后自动补偿,两道油封稍一磨损也会漏油;(c)结构复杂、另件多、维修困难;(d)轴向尺寸长、笨重、价格昂贵。
(B)锥齿轮+二级行星:泰隆公司(200910034525)的问题是:(a)仍然是三级结构,锥齿轮取代行星不经济、外型尺寸大;说明书中锥齿减速比i1=5.0,朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》922页指出:多级设计中,为避免大锥齿轮直径过大、制造难,推荐i1≤3.。若i1≈3(最好不要整数倍),且i3≈5(说明书中要求第三级行星轮数np=4),则第二级i2≈8.5,减速比显然过大;(b)所述“支撑体与油封座接合面上设有端面密封油封”中端面密封油封是什麽?是机械密封?如是,这麽大机械油封价格非常高;是骨架橡胶油封?如是,其防漏油性能较差。
【发明内容】本发明目的在于提供一种比三级行星承载能力大、输出轴不漏油、轴向尺寸短、重量轻、维修方便及制造成本低的风力发电单级变桨摆线减速器。
摆线比之行星优点在于:(a)单级减速比大得多;(b)摆线轮弯曲强度极高,永不断齿;(c)制造成本不到NGW行星的一半。缺点:(a)摆线传动的机械效率稍低于NGW行星传动,但对于小功率而言,这是小问题;(b)简支结构针齿销弯曲强度较低,因为针销的直径大小受短幅系数K1、针径系数K2与最大接触系数Ymax的制约。
【技术方案】两大技术方案如下:
(A)提高摆线承载和抗冲击能力的技术方案:(a)采用半埋齿结构,使针齿销具有很高的抗弯曲能力;(b)保证多齿啮合:用中慢走丝线切割工艺加工针齿销孔,使其相邻孔距偏差≤0.01-0.015;(c)在W输出机构中,用均载环使悬臂柱销变为简支,提高了柱销的弯曲能力;
(B)有效防止漏油的技术方案:输出轴上装置车氏密封圈。车氏密封圈是由0型圈和薄唇齿型密封圈组成,具有磨损后自动弹性补偿功能、长寿命、低摩擦、无泄漏及耐-55℃低温等优异特性而广泛应于于航天、石油化工等领域(见成大先“机械设计手册”卷2和相关论文)。
【有益效果】将本发明对照背景技术,特别是已取得发明专利权的(200410064931),其新颖性、创造性及实用性体现在:(a)单级减速比100-150,轴向尺寸短、重量轻、维修方便;(2)摆线轮齿及半埋齿不断齿,因而比仅有三只行星轮的行星传动承载力大;(b)摆线减速器价格不到行星减速器一半,因而成本低40-55%;(c)输出轴防漏油密封使用寿命长。

所述机座(1)顺次与针齿壳(8)、前机座(11)联接一体,所述输入轴(12)用轴承支承在前机座(11)内孔,输入轴(12)轴伸端联接偏心轴承(6),所述二摆线轮(5)间和柱销(10)端部装有均载环(7),柱套(9)与摆线轮(5)等宽,传统悬臂柱销装上均载环后,变为简支结构,大大提高柱销的抗弯曲能力,所述针齿销(13)半埋在针齿壳(8)上均布的针销孔中,其埋入销孔的深度以不从针齿壳销孔中滑出为准,传统简支结构针齿销改为半埋齿结构,使针齿销具有很高的抗弯曲能力,所述针齿壳(8)上的针齿销孔由线切割得到,销孔相邻距偏差越小越好,线切割工艺能使相邻距的偏差≤0.01-0.015,表面粗糙度Ra0.5--0.8μm,切割精度为±0.005mm(相当于磨削),针齿直径越小越好,这是任何其它机加工工艺所不能达到的加工效果,减速比可达100-150,所述输出轴(3)用支承轴承(2)支承在机座(1)内孔,输出轴(3)支承轴承(2)之前装有车氏密封圈(4)严防漏油,车氏密封圈是由O型圈和薄唇齿型密封圈组成,具有自动弹性补偿、长寿命、低摩擦、无泄漏及耐-55℃低温等优异特性。

1.一种风力发电单级变桨摆线减速器,包括机座(1)、支承轴承(2)、二摆线轮(5)、偏心轴承(6)、针齿壳(8)、针齿销(13)、前机座(11)、输入轴(12)及W输出机构,所述W输出机构包括柱销(10)、柱套(9)与输出轴(3),其特征在于:
