Abstract

本发明提供一种结构简单且遮光性高的管内衬材料。管内衬材料(1)为在浸渗有光固化性树脂、或光固化性树脂和热固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材料(10)的外表面热熔接遮光性膜(12)而成。在这样的构造中,由于管状树脂吸收材料的外表面整体覆盖了热熔接的遮光性膜,因此,遮光性膜不会与管状树脂吸收材料产生错位,可以防止浸渗于管状树脂吸收材料中的光固化性树脂不经意地接触到外部光而发生固化。另外,由于遮光性膜可以容易地通过在制造聚乙烯等气密性高的塑料膜的过程中,在该塑料膜中添加遮光颜料而得到,因此,可以直接利用一直以来进行的塑料膜的覆盖工序,制造遮光性高的管内衬材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种由浸渗有固化性树脂的柔软的管状树脂吸收材料构成的管路更新用管内衬材料。
背景技术
目前,已经实际提供了一种在下水管等管路老化变差的情况下,无需将该管路从地下挖出而对管路实施内衬来修补该管路的管内衬方法。在该管内衬方法中,在外表面由塑料膜覆盖的管状树脂吸收材料中浸渗未固化的液状固化性树脂而成的管内衬材料根据流体压通过反转或牵引而***管路内。管内衬材料在按压在其后管路的内壁的状态下被保持,使浸渗在管内衬材料中的固化性树脂固化,利用在管路的内壁固化的管内衬材料形成内衬。
但是,作为浸渗于管状树脂吸收材料的固化性树脂,使用添加热催化剂的固化性树脂(热固化性树脂)或添加光催化剂的固化性树脂(光固化性树脂)。在使用光固化性树脂的情况下,按压于管路的内壁并在保持为圆形状的管内衬材料内使光照射材料(UV灯、可见光线光源等)移动,由此使光固化性树脂固化。在热固化性树脂的情况下,将热水或热气等热介质作用于管内衬材料而将树脂固化。
另外,也提案有将光固化性树脂和热固化性树脂两者浸渗于管状树脂吸收材料(专利文献1)。这样的管内衬材料在***管路内的状态下,光固化树脂到达内侧,首先光固化性树脂通过光照射而固化,利用在该固化时产生的热使热固化性树脂固化。

在于管状树脂吸收材料中浸渗光固化性树脂而成的管内衬材料的情况下,管内衬材料在接触到外部光时,光固化性树脂可能会固化,因此,需要将管内衬材料的整体用遮光性膜包裹以使光不会照射到管内衬材料,并输送到更新现场牵引入需要更新的管路内。
在该情况下,由于遮光性膜只是从外部包裹管内衬材料整体,故而存在遮光性膜与管内衬材料错位而管内衬材料不经意地暴露到外部光的问题。
为了防止这种错位,也考虑将遮光性膜热熔接在管内衬材料的外表面而对管内衬材料进行遮光。但是,由于管内衬材料的管状树脂吸收材料的外表面通常由聚乙烯等塑料膜通过热熔接而覆盖,故而在其上热熔接遮光性膜时,不仅增加了管内衬材料的制造工序,而且覆盖膜层形成两层而不经济。
发明内容
本发明是为解决这样的问题而完成的,其课题在于,提供一种结构简单且遮光性高的管内衬材料。
解决上述课题的本发明提供一种管内衬材料,其***管路内并用于更新管路的内周面,其特征在于,具有浸渗有固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材料、以及热熔接于该管状树脂吸收材料的外表面的遮光性膜。
另外,本发明提供一种管内衬材料,其***管路内并用于更新管路的内周面,其特征在于,由外部内衬材料和内部内衬材料构成,所述外部内衬材料由在浸渗有固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材料的外表面热熔接遮光性膜而成,所述内部内衬材料密接在所述外部内衬材料的内周面并由浸渗有固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材料形成。
在本发明中,由于在浸渗有光固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材料的外表面热熔接遮光性膜,故而遮光性膜不会与管状树脂吸收材料错位。因此,可以可靠地对管内衬材料进行遮光,可以防止浸渗于管状树脂吸收材料的光固化性树脂不经意地接触到外部光而发生固化。
另外,由于在管状树脂吸收材料的外表面,遮光性膜只形成一层,故而可以减少管内衬材料的制造成本。
进而,由于遮光性膜容易通过在制造聚乙烯等气密性高的塑料膜的过程中,在该塑料膜中添加着色材料而得到,因此,可以直接利用一直以来进行的高气密性的塑料膜的覆盖工序,可以用简单的工序制造遮光性高且气密性高的管内衬材料。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对用于实施本发明的实施例进行说明。
【实施例】
图1(a)是表示在构成管内衬材料的柔软的管状树脂吸收材料10的外表面卷绕平坦的遮光性膜12的状态。
管状树脂吸收材料10通过如下步骤而制成:以规定的宽度将规定长度的带状树脂吸收材料弄圆,并将两端部10a对接缝制,在对接部被覆聚氨酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯制的带11而制成。
管状树脂吸收材料10由使用聚酰胺、聚酯、聚丙烯等塑料纤维得到的无纺布、织布或垫;或使用玻璃纤维得到的织布或垫;或将上述塑料纤维和玻璃纤维组合而成的无纺布、织布或垫构成。
在这样的管状树脂吸收材料10的外表面卷绕如图1(a)所示的带状的遮光性膜12。遮光性膜在制造聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、或氯乙烯等塑料膜时,通过添加喹酞酮系或异吲哚啉酮系的有机颜料进行着色而得到,可以遮挡紫外线或可见光等。
将这样的遮光性膜12卷绕在管状树脂吸收材料10的外表面,如图1(b)所示,将其两端部12a重合,通过粘接该重叠部,管状树脂吸收材料10在由成为筒状的遮光性膜12密接的状态下被覆盖。
如图2所示,用遮光性膜12覆盖的管状树脂吸收材料10通过向内部供给压缩空气或通过将管状树脂吸收材料进行抽真空而膨胀为圆形。图2中虽未图示,但实际上将筒状的内衬放入内部,借助该内衬使遮光性膜和管状树脂吸收材料膨胀为圆形。在这样扩径为圆形的状态下,遮光性膜12和管状树脂吸收材料10以及内衬(未图示)通过加热炉(未图示),在该通过中,如箭头所示,从周围进行加热。由此,遮光性膜12遍及管状树脂吸收材料10的管长方向,均一地热熔接于外表面整体。
这样,在管状树脂吸收材料10的外周面热熔接了遮光性膜12后,解除作用于内部的压力,并且使管状树脂吸收材料10和遮光性膜12收缩,除去内部的内衬,得到整体形成扁平的管内衬材料1。
在热熔接有遮光性膜12的管状树脂吸收材料10中,按照公知的方法浸渗液状的未固化的光固化性树脂。光固化性树脂通过例如在不饱和聚酯树脂、乙烯基酯树脂或环氧树脂等液状固化性树脂中添加光催化剂而得到。
在管状树脂吸收材料10内,除光固化性树脂外,还可以浸渗液状的热固化性树脂。这样的热固化性树脂例如通过在不饱和聚酯树脂、乙烯基酯树脂或环氧树脂等液状固化性树脂中添加热催化剂而得到。
在管状树脂吸收材料中浸渗热固化性树脂和光固化性树脂的情况下,以将管内衬材料***管路的状态,使其浸渗以使得光固化性树脂到达内周面侧,且热固化性树脂到达外周面侧。
另外,在本实施例中,在管内衬材料***管路并固化的准备可以进行的状态下,与管路的内周面相面对的面成为管内衬材料乃至该管状树脂吸收材料的外表面(外周面)。
上述的管状树脂吸收材料如图3所示,也可以将内部内衬材料20***管状树脂吸收材料10内而制成二层构造。该情况下,热熔接有遮光性膜12的管状树脂吸收材料10成为外部内衬材料15。
作为内部内衬材料20的管状树脂吸收材料21,使用其密度比外部内衬材料15的树脂吸收材料10的密度高的材料,以提高管内衬材料的水密性。作为外部内衬材料15的树脂吸收材料10,例如在使用由进行了针刺加工的聚酯等塑料纤维制成的无纺布的情况下,通过压缩与管状树脂吸收材料10相同材质的树脂吸收材料并进行针刺加工,可以制作比树脂吸收材料10的密度高的树脂吸收材料21。或者,作为树脂吸收材料10,使用由进行了纺粘加工的塑料纤维制成的无纺布,通过将相同材质且目付比其大且重的纺粘加工而成的无纺布用于树脂吸收材料21,可以得到比树脂吸收材料10的密度高的树脂吸收材料21。
内部内衬材料20的树脂吸收材料21以规定的宽度将规定长度的带状树脂吸收材料弄圆,将其两端部对接并缝制,形成与外部内衬材料15的管状树脂吸收材料10相同的管状树脂吸收材料。
另外,在管状树脂吸收材料21的内周面,可以剥离地被覆由聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、或氯乙烯等塑料膜形成的内管22,保护其内表面。该内管22由于可以剥离,故而可以在管路更新后从管内衬材料剥离,而排除到外部。
内部内衬材料20通过反转或牵引而***到外部内衬材料15,制作由外部内衬材料15和内部内衬材料20的两层构造构成的管内衬材料1。这样制作的管内衬材料1的剖面构造如图4所示。
另外,在外部内衬材料15的管状树脂吸收材料10和内部内衬材料20的管状树脂吸收材料21内,使用公知的方法,浸渗光固化性树脂、或光固化性树脂和热固化性树脂。浸渗于管状树脂吸收材料21的光固化性树脂和热固化性树脂的特性分别与浸渗于管状树脂吸收材料10的光固化性树脂和热固化性树脂相同。
管内衬材料1通过牵引而***已设管路内。此时,遮光膜12如图1(b)、图3(图4)所示,形成管内衬材料1的外周面。管内衬材料1在管路内被压缩空气扩径为圆形,遮光性膜12密接于管路(未图示)的内周面。在该状态下,管内衬材料通过光照射装置从内部进行光照射,使浸渗于管状树脂吸收材料的光固化树脂或热固化树脂固化,管路内的内周面通过管内衬材料更新。
在本发明的管内衬材料1中,无论是一层构造还是二层构造,管状树脂吸收材料的外表面整体都由热熔接的遮光性膜覆盖,因此,遮光性膜不会相对于管状树脂吸收材料产生位置偏离,可以防止浸渗于管状树脂吸收材料的光固化性树脂不经意地接触到外部光而发生固化。
进而,遮光性膜可以容易地在制造聚乙烯等气密性高的塑料膜的过程中,在该塑料膜中添加遮光颜料而得到,因此,可以直接利用一直以来进行的塑料膜的覆盖工序,通过简单的工序制造遮光性高且气密性高的管内衬材料。

Claims (6)

1.一种管内衬材料,其***管路内并用于更新管路的内周面,其特征在于,
具有浸渗有固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材料、以及
热熔接于该管状树脂吸收材料的外表面的遮光性膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的管内衬材料,其特征在于,所述固化性树脂为光固化性树脂、或光固化性树脂和热固化性树脂。
3.一种管内衬材料,其***管路内并用于更新管路的内周面,其特征在于,
由外部内衬材料和内部内衬材料构成,
所述外部内衬材料,由在浸渗有固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材料的外表面热熔接遮光性膜而成,
所述内部内衬材料,密接在所述外部内衬材料的内周面并由浸渗有固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材料形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的管内衬材料,其特征在于,所述内部内衬材料的树脂吸收材料的密度比外部内衬材料的树脂吸收材料的密度高。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的管内衬材料,其特征在于,浸渗于所述外部内衬材料和内部内衬材料的管状树脂吸收材料中的固化性树脂为光固化性树脂、或光固化性树脂和热固化性树脂。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的管内衬材料,其特征在于,所述遮光性膜是在制造聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、或氯乙烯等塑料膜时,添加有机颜料进行着色而得到的遮光性膜。
