Abstract

用于喷涂例如快速固化泡沫的多组分材料的喷枪是已公知的。
发明内容
本发明允许操作者以可变流速喷射两组分材料。气动活塞行程决定开启/关闭流体流动,该行程可在行进时(on the fly)选择成:阻止流体流动的关闭流体口,部分开启流体口,限制流体流动,或全部开启流体口以允许最大流动。可借助于简单的多位置的机械式停止件来限制气动活塞的行程。该停止件连接到旋钮或其他操作者输入端且被旋转或被调节到用于相对应的关闭,部分的流动,或完全流动的期望位置。此外,可选择的活塞行程的设计结合了用于部分开启位置的微调调节。这一特征允许操作者决定在部分开启位置上限制流动到什么程度。

具体实施方式
本发明10允许操作者以可变流速喷射两组分材料。气动活塞12行程决定开启/关闭流体流动,该行程可在行进时选择成:关闭流体口14(见图1和5),阻止流体流动,部分开启流体口14(见图2和6),限制流体流动,或全部开启流体口14(见图3和7),以允许最大流动。可借助于简单的多位置的机械式停止柱塞16限制气动活塞12的行程。停止棒22可连接到旋钮18或其他操作者输入端且被旋转或被调节到用于相对应的关闭,部分的流动,或全部流动的期望位置,由此安置停止棒柱塞16。
此外,选择活塞行程的设计结合了用于部分开启位置的微调调节。空气气缸盖20通过螺纹可调节进出,以改变部分地开启/低流动位置。这一特征允许操作者决定在部分开启位置上限制流动到什么程度。图4表示具有可变深度凹槽20a,20b和20c的气缸盖20,所述凹槽用于将停止棒柱塞22分别安置在关闭,部分开启和完全开启位置。
在不偏离由所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以考虑对于可变流动多组分喷枪进行各种改变和改进。
Claims (2)
1.具有流体口的多组分喷枪,其改进包括:
气动活塞,其被安置成可选择地覆盖所述流体口,并且在阻止流过所述流体口的关闭位置,允许限定量的流过所述流体口的部分开启位置和允许全部流过所述流体口的完全开启位置之间能够移动;
机械停止柱塞,其可选择地能安置成将所述活塞的行程限制到所述位置之一;和
操作者可安置的旋钮,其用以可选择地安置所述停止柱塞。
2.权利要求1的多组分喷枪,进一步包括壳体和空气气缸盖,所述空气气缸盖螺纹接合于所述壳体,且所述空气气缸盖能被安置成调节处于所述部分开启位置的流动。
