Abstract

本发明公开了一种镍锌电池负极基材,所述的镍锌电池负极基材采用黄铜斜拉网;所述的黄铜斜拉网含铜65%-75%、含锌25%-35%、含锡0.5%~1.5%。黄铜斜拉网由于其具三维立体结构,能够使负极物质与基体材料接触面积增大,增加活性物质的填充量,具有良好的集流导电作用。其制作的电池性能稳定、循环寿命长、成本低、基材制作工艺简单、导电性好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镍锌电池负极基材。
背景技术
传统负极使用银集流体作为基材,电池性能稳定,但成本高。使用电解铜制作的斜拉网作为基材,电池性能不稳定,电池低压现象严重,存储过程中电池鼓胀严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种镍锌电池负极基材,它具有电池性能稳定、循环寿命长、成本低、基材制作工艺简单、导电性能好等等优点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明由以下的技术方案来实现。
一种镍锌电池负极基材,其特征在于:所述的镍锌电池负极基材采用黄铜斜拉网;
所述的黄铜斜拉网含铜65%-75%、含锌25%-35%、含锡0.5%~1.5%。
本发明有益效果在于,采用黄铜斜拉网作镍锌电池负极基材,黄铜斜拉网由于其具三维立体结构,能够使负极物质与基体材料接触面积增大,增加活性物质的填充量,具有良好的集流导电作用。其制作的电池性能稳定、循环寿命长、成本低、基材制作工艺简单、导电性好等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细地描述。
本发明给出一种镍锌电池负极基材,如附图1所示,所述的镍锌电池负极基材采用黄铜斜拉网1。黄铜斜拉网1含铜65%~75%、含锌25%~35%、含锡0.5%~1.5%。黄铜斜拉网1制作流程如下:首先冲压成网(厚度、孔径根据要求进行调节),经分切、折边,最后成卷。
以黄铜与电解铜制成的斜拉网作为基材进行对比(制成AA型号电池);负极活性物质组分:氧化锌85%、锌粉10%、氧化铋3.0%、氧化铟0.1%、氟化钾1.9%,其他物质为黏结剂(用水调配成一定浓度)。将活性物质与水调制的一定浓度的黏结剂进行混合配制成浆料,用传统的拉浆电极制作工艺将其制成极板,与镍电极组合装配制成电池,将其进行活化后进行相关性能对比测试。
测试项目一荷电保持率(见表1):45℃存放7天

从荷电保持率来看,黄铜网的荷电保持率要高于电解铜网,黄铜网的荷电保持率一致性强。
测试项目二电池存储过程中高度与电压的变化(见表2)

从存储过程的高度来看,电解铜网制作电池在存储过程中高度变化明显,黄铜网制作电池在存储过程中电池高度几乎没有发生变化。从存储过程的电压变化情况来看,黄铜网电压下降的趋势区域缓慢,而电解铜网电压下降速度比较快。
测试项目三循环寿命(1C)如图2所示,
从循环寿命曲线来看,以解铜网为基材制作的电池1C循环容量衰减比较快。

2.根据权利要求1所述的镍锌电池负极基材,其特征在于:所述的黄铜斜拉网含铜65%-75%、含锌25%-35%、含锡0.5%~1.5%。
