本发明公开了一种用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,包括腔体、储汞杯、毛细管、密封针、升降杆以及升降驱动部件,所述密封针和毛细管的进液端装设于腔体中,所述升降驱动部件的输出端通过升降杆与密封针的上端相连并带动密封针做上、下运动,所述密封针的下端与毛细管的进液口配合控制进液的通断,所述毛细管的进液口与储汞杯连通。本发明是一种结构简单紧凑、操作简便、自动化程度高、悬汞大小一致性极好、汞滴大小方便控制的用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置。

用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置
技术领域
本发明主要涉及到电化学重金属的测量设备领域,特指一种适用于电化学重金属阳极伏安溶出法的电极装置。
背景技术
阳极溶出伏安法,传统操作过程多数采用汞膜电极作为悬汞电极,汞膜电极采用在膜片上均匀涂上汞膜,因为汞的流动性,在测量的过程中汞膜也不会均匀,而且膜片必须采用金属导电,特别容易被溶液氧化。在氧化过程中会产生电流,从而导致测量不准确,而且每次涂汞的量不一致,导致重现性不好;且由于膜片的氧化原因,所以膜片经过一段时间后必须打磨光滑,去除氧化层,是一个非常麻烦的事情。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就在于:针对现有技术存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单紧凑、操作简便、自动化程度高、悬汞大小一致性极好、汞滴大小方便控制的用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,其特征在于:包括腔体、储汞杯、毛细管、密封针、升降杆以及升降驱动部件,所述密封针和毛细管的进液端装设于腔体中,所述升降驱动部件的输出端通过升降杆与密封针的上端相连并带动密封针做上、下运动,所述密封针的下端与毛细管的进液口配合控制进液的通断,所述毛细管的进液口与储汞杯连通。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述储汞杯装设于腔体的一侧,所述储汞杯的出液端通过管路与毛细管的进液口相连通。
所述储汞杯装设于腔体内,所述储汞杯的出液端与毛细管的进液口相连通。
所述升降驱动部件为驱动电机,所述升降杆为丝杆,所述升降杆与腔体顶部的上密封盖内壁为螺纹配合。
所述腔体的顶部设有第一锁紧环,所述腔体底部及毛细管外侧壁上套设有第二锁紧环。
所述腔体的顶部设有第一锁紧环,所述腔体底部及毛细管外侧壁上套设有第二锁紧环,所述储汞杯的外侧壁上设有第三锁紧环。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点就在于:本发明用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,具有结构简单紧凑、操作简便、自动化程度高等优点,由于采用球形汞滴作为悬汞电极,其面积体积比最优,所以溶出精度高,又因为没有膜片氧化的现象,不会影响测量精度。本发明形成的悬汞大、小一致性极好,汞滴大小控制也十分方便;且每次形成的汞滴的大小完全一致,所以重现性非常好。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,包括腔体1、储汞杯2、毛细管3、密封针4、升降杆5以及升降驱动部件6,腔体1的上端和下端分别设有上密封盖7和下密封盖11,密封针4和毛细管3的进液端装设于腔体1中,毛细管3的出液端位于腔体1的外侧。升降驱动部件6的输出端通过升降杆5与密封针4的上端相连并带动密封针4做上、下运动,升降杆5与密封针4之间通过固定圈12相连。密封针4的下端与毛细管3的进液口配合控制进液的通断,毛细管3的进液口与储汞杯2连通。本实施例中,储汞杯2可以装设于腔体1的一侧,储汞杯2的出液端通过管路与毛细管3的进液口相连通。在其它的实施例中,也可以将储汞杯2装设于腔体1内,储汞杯2的出液端与毛细管3的进液口相连通。
本实施例中,升降驱动部件6为驱动电机,该驱动电机可以采用步进电机,升降杆5为丝杆,升降杆5与腔体1顶部的上密封盖7内壁为螺纹配合。在驱动电机的驱动下,丝杆转动,带动密封针4上升一段精确的距离。
本实施例中,腔体1的顶部设有第一锁紧环8,腔体1底部及毛细管3外侧壁上套设有第二锁紧环9,储汞杯2的外侧壁上设有第三锁紧环10,通过三个锁紧环能够保证各组件稳固可靠的与腔体1配合连接。
工作原理:当需要悬挂汞滴时,通过步进电机带动丝杆往上精确移动一点高度,从而带动密封针4抬高相应的距离。储汞杯2中的汞滴进入毛细管3的进液口,在重力作用下从毛细管3中慢慢流出,当流出的量刚好构成设定汞滴大小时,控制步进电机反向转动,丝杆往下运动,压下密封针4,堵住毛细管3的进液口,从而在毛细管3的下端部形成了一个体积不发生变化的球形汞滴,而且利用汞滴和毛细管3内部连续的汞以及密封针4构成一个电流的通路,起到导电的作用。每次试验均可以采用上述同样的操作,每次所形成汞滴的大小完全一致,所以整个装置的重现性非常好。

1.一种用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,其特征在于:包括腔体(1)、储汞杯(2)、毛细管(3)、密封针(4)、升降杆(5)以及升降驱动部件(6),所述密封针(4)和毛细管(3)的进液端装设于腔体(1)中,所述升降驱动部件(6)的输出端通过升降杆(5)与密封针(4)的上端相连并带动密封针(4)做上、下运动,所述密封针(4)的下端与毛细管(3)的进液口配合控制进液的通断,所述毛细管(3)的进液口与储汞杯(2)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,其特征在于:所述储汞杯(2)装设于腔体(1)的一侧,所述储汞杯(2)的出液端通过管路与毛细管(3)的进液口相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,其特征在于:所述储汞杯(2)装设于腔体(1)内,所述储汞杯(2)的出液端与毛细管(3)的进液口相连通。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,其特征在于:所述升降驱动部件(6)为驱动电机,所述升降杆(5)为丝杆,所述升降杆(5)与腔体(1)顶部的上密封盖(7)内壁为螺纹配合。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,其特征在于:所述腔体(1)的顶部设有第一锁紧环(8),所述腔体(1)底部及毛细管(3)外侧壁上套设有第二锁紧环(9)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于电化学重金属测量的悬汞电极装置,其特征在于:所述腔体(1)的顶部设有第一锁紧环(8),所述腔体(1)底部及毛细管(3)外侧壁上套设有第二锁紧环(9),所述储汞杯(2)的外侧壁上设有第三锁紧环(10)。
