Abstract

本发明涉及以多层结构重叠形成的室内装饰用镁复合板,该镁复合板通过如下方式形成:以多层结构重叠镁板;在镁板之间设置粘结性树脂片,从而使镁板粘合;在粘合后的镁板的上、下表面以粘结性树脂片为媒介重叠具有装饰花纹的蜜胺纸;以及通过热压处理使多层镁板成为一体。本发明不仅充分保持了环保的难燃性镁板所具有的装饰性、防火性、防水性、防虫性、保温性及加工性等优点,而且以粘结性树脂片为媒介将薄镁板以多层结构重叠,在受到外部冲击时,能够分散冲击力,并通过粘结力的强化作用提高了强度,从而提高了镁板的抗冲击能力,另外,还可以通过改变重叠层数调节镁复合板的厚度。

以多层结构重叠形成的室内装饰用镁复合板
技术领域
本发明涉及难燃性室内装饰用镁复合板,具体涉及以多层结构重叠形成的室内装饰用镁复合板,该镁复合板由环保的难燃性镁板以多层结构粘结形成,不仅保持了镁板的难燃性及表面光泽带来的装饰性,而且提高了加工性及强度。
背景技术
以前,作为建筑用内部装修材料或家具材料,多使用在MDF等的表面通过热压处理贴附渗透有苯酚树脂和蜜胺树脂的牛皮纸或脱胶纸而成的材料,这种材料耐热、耐湿性差,耐久性、防虫性也不理想,因此,近来多使用耐热性强且具有表面光泽从而具有优良装饰性的镁板。
镁板是一种以天然无机物镁作为主要原料的环保型装饰材料,具有优良的防火、防水及保温性能,且加工性好,因此,多在镁板表面通过热压处理贴附装饰花纹,并将该贴附有装饰花纹的镁板作为室内装饰用复合板使用。
如图1所示,这种以往的装饰用复合板在镁板1的两表面重叠热粘结性树脂片2、2’,并在热粘结性树脂片2、2’的外表面重叠蜜胺纸3、3’等装饰花纹用纸,然后通过热压处理使所述镁板1、热粘结性树脂片2、2’和蜜胺纸3、3’成为一体。
当这种室内装饰用复合板设置于墙壁表面或家具表面时,需要通过螺丝结合,而且可能受到外部冲击,因此要求具有较强的强度,以承受外部冲击,但是,由于上述复合板由一体型镁板形成,外部冲击会在瞬间被吸收,而且传递较快,容易造成材料破损。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题而提出,本发明的室内装饰用镁复合板通过多张薄镁板重叠形成,能够分散外部冲击,并且通过提高粘结力而改善了抗冲击能力,不仅保持了镁板的耐燃性及表面光泽带来的优良装饰性能,而且具有坚固的耐久性。
本发明不仅充分保持了环保的难燃性镁板所具有的装饰性、防火性、防水性、防虫性、保温性及加工性等优点,而且以粘结性树脂片为媒介将薄镁板以多层结构重叠,在受到外部冲击时,能够分散冲击力,并通过粘结力的强化作用提高了强度,从而提高了镁板的抗冲击能力,另外,还可以通过改变重叠层数来调节镁复合板的厚度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。
图2是本发明的镁复合板处于分离状态的斜视图,图3是本发明的镁复合板处于重叠状态的剖面示意图。
本发明以多层结构重叠镁板1、1`,在镁板1、1`之间设置粘结性树脂片2、2`,从而使镁板1、1`粘合,在粘合后的镁板1、1`的上、下表面以粘结性树脂片2、2`为媒介重叠具有装饰花纹的蜜胺纸3、3`,并通过热压处理使多层镁板1、1`以重叠状态成为一体。
上述粘结性树脂片是在牛皮纸中渗透苯酚树脂或尿素树脂而形成的。
另外,在镁板1、1`的一侧面形成有排气槽4、4`,该排气槽4、4`能够在热压处理过程中,容易地排出粘结性树脂片2、2`和镁板1、1`产生的气体,防止气体造成的气穴现象,从而提高镁板1、1`和粘结性树脂片2、2`之间的粘结力。
如上所述,以多层结构重叠形成的室内装饰用镁复合板,即使重叠了多张镁板1、1`,在贴附具有装饰花纹的蜜胺纸3、3`之前,两表面也均有镁板1、1`露出,能够保持镁板的难燃性和表面光泽带来的优良装饰性能,因此,可以作为满足耐久性、防虫性及绝热性要求的环保建材使用,在其上、下表面通过热压处理贴附具有装饰花纹的树脂片2、2`后,可以实现与以往具有经过压花处理的装饰花纹的镁复合板相同的装饰效果。
本发明的以多层结构重叠形成的室内装饰用镁复合板,不仅具有与以往镁复合板相同的装饰效果,而且由于以多层结构形成,所以在受到冲击时,能够由多张镁板分散吸收外部冲击,且通过镁板1、1`与粘结性树脂片2、2`之间的粘结力,提高了抗冲击性能,具有较好的耐久性。
对一体形成的厚度为12mm,面积为22×22cm2的1段以往镁复合板以及由多层结构重叠形成且与上述以往镁复合板具有相同厚度和面积的本发明涉及的重叠镁复合板的抗弯强度进行了测试,结果显示,由4张镁板重叠而成的本发明的镁复合板与具有相同厚度的以往镁复合板相比,其强度增加了2倍以上。
另外,根据使用目的及用途不同,而要求不同厚度的复合板时,只需改变重叠的镁板1、1`层数,即可得到所需厚度的复合板,加工非常容易。

1.一种以多层结构重叠形成的室内装饰用镁复合板,该镁复合板在镁板(1,1’)的上、下表面以粘结性树脂片(2,2’)为媒介,通过热压处理贴附有具有装饰花纹的蜜胺纸(3,3’),其特征在于,所述镁复合板以多层结构重叠形成,所述镁板(1,1’)的一侧面形成有排气槽(4,4’)。
