Description

用于生产可倾倒的食品包装的自配置感应密封设备
技术领域
本发明一般涉及用于通过横向密封被可倾倒的产品连续地填充的片包装材料管来生产可倾倒的食品包装的感应密封。更具体地,本发明涉及改进的阻抗匹配电路,所述改进的阻抗匹配电路用在自配置感应密封设备中以使电流和电压重新调整相位(rephase)并且因此优化在所述密封操作期间到所述感应器的功率传输。
背景技术
众所周知,许多可倾倒的食品(例如水果或者蔬菜汁、巴氏杀菌或者UHT(超高温处理)牛奶、酒等等)被装在由经消毒的包装材料制成的包装中出售。
这类包装的典型例子是用于可倾倒的食品的平行六面体形状的包装,被称为利乐包

),其通过折叠和密封层压片(laminated strip)包装材料而制成。
所述层压包装材料包括纤维材料层,例如纸,两侧上都覆盖有热封塑料材料,例如聚乙烯。在用于长期储存的产品的无菌包装的情况下,诸如UHT牛奶,最终接触所述包装内的食品的包装材料侧也具有隔氧材料层,例如铝箔或者EVOH膜,其依次被一层或多层热封塑料材料覆盖。
众所周知,这类包装在如图1所示类型的全自动包装机器上被生产,在该机器上由所述包装材料的卷带(web)3形成连续的、垂直的管2。该卷带在所述包装机器1上被消毒,例如通过应用诸如过氧化氢的杀菌剂,该杀菌剂随后被从所述包装材料的表面除去,例如通过加热而被蒸发;并且所述经消毒的卷带3被保持在封闭的无菌环境中,并且被纵向地折叠和密封以形成管2。
随后,通过延伸到管2的内部并且被装配有流量调节螺线管阀(solenoid valve)5的填充管4,用所述经消毒的或者经灭菌处理的可倾倒的食品向下填充管2,并且已知设备沿垂直路径A将所述管2供应给成型台6,在所述成型台6处,所述管2被两对夹爪沿等距离的横截面夹紧。更具体地,所述夹爪对循环地并且相继地作用在管2上,并且用横向密封条密封管2的所述包装材料以形成彼此连接的枕型包(pillow pack)7的连续条。
通过剪断所述关联的密封条而将枕型包7彼此分开,并且所述枕型包7被传送到最后的折叠台,在所述折叠台处,它们被机械地折叠成最终的平行六面体形状。
在具有作为所述隔离材料的铝层的无菌包装的情况下,所述管通常被感应密封设备纵向和横向地密封,该感应密封设备感应所述铝层中的寄生电流以局部地熔化所述热封塑料材料。更具体地,对于横向密封,每对中的所述夹爪中的一个包括由非传导材料制成的主体,和被放置在所述主体内的前部(front seat)中的感应器;而另一个夹爪被装配有由柔性材料(诸如橡胶)制成的压垫。
当所述关联的夹爪对夹紧所述管时,通过热封所述塑料覆盖材料,所述感应器被供电以密封所述管的横截面。当被供电时,所述感应器产生脉动磁场,该脉动磁场转而在制成所述垂直管的所述包装材料中的所述铝片中产生寄生电流,因而局部地熔化所述热封塑料覆盖材料。
更具体地,除了所述感应器以外,所述感应密封设备也包括提供连续的或者脉动的交流功率信号的信号源;以及置于所述信号源和所述感应器之间、用来优化功率传输的阻抗匹配电路。更具体地,所述阻抗匹配电路被配置为消除或者最小化由所述信号源提供的所述电压和电流之间的、被所述感应器的反应(reactive)阻抗感应到的所述相位偏移(角度),并且因此最小化由所述信号源提供的无功功率以及最大化有效功率。
所述交流功率信号合宜地包括大致为535kHz频率的正弦电压以及大约几百伏、通常为540V的峰值幅度。并且当所述电流和电压(两者均在输出端测量)之间的所述相位接近0时,所述信号源提供大约为2500瓦的最大功率。
已知的匹配电路通常为电感-电容型,其中可变电容的电容元件(通常由多个选择性地可并联的电容器来定义)与通常由变压器来定义的电感元件并联。所述电容元件的总电容和所述电感元件的电感被选择以便重新调整来自所述源的输出电流和电压的相位,即得到所述电流和电压之间接近0的相位。
由于相位调整取决于连接到所述源的电负载,而所述电负载取决于所述包装机器的工作条件(诸如所生产的包的体积、所采用的感应器的类型、所述包装机器的生产能力和速度等等),通过相应地作用于所述阻抗匹配电路,相位调整实时地适应于所述电负载的变化。更具体地,在包装生产过程期间,可以合宜地被集成到所述源内的控制级(control stage)以没有详细描述的已知的方式来测量电参数,诸如来自所述信号源的所述电压和电流之间的相位,和/或被所述信号源“看见”的阻抗,即所述阻抗匹配电路的输入阻抗,并且确定所述阻抗匹配电路所需的总电容,以消除或者最小化所述源的所述电流和电压之间的相位。在此之后,所述控制级生成并向所述阻抗匹配电路提供控制信号以修正所述电容器的所述并联配置,并且因此调整被所述信号源“看见”的电容。
举例来说,一种已知的感应密封设备在申请人的欧洲专利EP-B1-1 620 249中被描述,并且在图2中以引用的方式示出了其电路构架,其中10表示感应密封设备整体、11表示阻抗匹配电路、12表示信号源而13表示感应器。
更具体地,阻抗匹配电路11包括:
·两个输入端子11.1、11.2,在使用中,信号源12连接到这两个输入端子,并且在这两个输入端子处存在由所述信号源提供的交流功率信号S(ω);
·两个输出端子11.3、11.4,在使用中,感应器13连接到这两个输出端子;
·第一和第二线23、24,所述第一和第二线23、24被连接到阻抗匹配电路11的相应的输入端子11.1、11.2;
·固定电容级26,在图2中用连接在第一线23和第二线24之间的等效电容器Ceq示意性地示出所述固定电容级26;
·可变电容级21,所述可变电容级21被并联在第一线23和第二线24之间的多个(在示出的例子中为四个)电容模块21.1、21.2、21.3、21.4所定义,并且每个所述电容模块均包括串联的电容器C1、C2、C3、C4和受控开关SW1、SW2、SW3、SW4;每个所述受控开关单独地被选择性地激活来连接在第一和第二线23、24之间的相应的电容器;

更具体地,在图3的阻抗匹配电路11中:
·用四对端子定义输入端子11.1、11.2,其中一对端子在使用中被连接到信号源12(未示出),而另一对端子在使用中被连接到变压器25(未示出)的主线圈25.1的相应的中间插口(intermediate socket)对以产生特定的变换比率;

在包装生产过程期间,控制极22测量来自信号源12的电压和电流之间的相位、确定阻抗匹配电路11所需的总电容,以消除和最小化该相位、并且随后生成用于电容模块21.1-21.4的合适的控制信号以获得晶体管IGBT1、IGBT2的通/断配置,并且因此获得可变电容级21的电容器C1-C4的并联配置,其用可消除由信号源12提供的电压和电容之间的相位的量来修正被信号源12“看见”的总电容。
此外,在交流功率信号的周期期间,与固定电容级26的电容器C5-C7并联的、选择性地连接在第一和第二线23、24之间的、可变电容级21的电容器C1-C4的每个都被供给在交流功率信号的正半周期间流过对应的晶体管IGBT1和对应的晶体管IGBT2的续流二极管D2并且在交流功率信号的负半周期间流过对应的晶体管IGBT2和对应的晶体管IGBT1的续流二极管D1的电流。
发明内容
尽管被广泛的使用,在申请人看来,图3中的所述阻抗匹配电路具有有若干缺点,这妨碍从该电路的许多优点中充分获益。
更具体地,申请者注意到,给定的阻抗匹配电路的构架(特别地,如下事实:晶体管IGBT1、IGBT2的发射极端子被连接到相应的受控开关的输入端子,由所述控制级生成的受控信号被提供给所述输入端子),发射极端子的电势除其他因素以外也取决于由所述控制级生成的所述控制信号,并且因此相对于所述第一和第二线而浮动,所述交流功率信号被应用于所述第一和第二线之间。结果,由所述控制级提供给受控开关SW1-SW4的所述控制信号必须一定要由另外的电子板(electronic board)生成,该电子板与阻抗匹配电路11的部件部分被安装在其上的板分离且电绝缘,并且包括提供带有1kV绝缘的24V控制电压的DC-DC转换器,即能够相对于所述交流功率信号浮动至多1kV的控制电压。
由申请人实行的测试也已经揭示了由干扰阻抗匹配电路板很近处的电子板的操作的电磁场引起的电磁兼容性问题。
申请人也注意到实质的电流吸收,并且因此注意到主要由所述固定电容级电容器的相当高的电容和所述IGBT晶体管在导电时的功率损耗引起的焦耳效应(Joule-effect)热损耗。
最后,申请人注意到:在所述阻抗匹配电路从较高电容配置切换到较低电容配置中的某种滞缓,并且其主要是由于所述控制级DC-CD转换器关断所述可变电容级的所述受控开关的缓慢。
本发明的目标是提供被设计用来消除已知设备的上述缺点的感应密封设备。
根据本发明,提供了用于通过横向密封片包装材料的管来生产可倾倒的食品包装的感应密封设备;以及提供了用于用热封片包装材料的管连续地生产可倾倒食品的密封的包装的包装机器,如在所附权利要求中声明的那样。

具体实施方式
图4示出了根据本发明的并且用在图2所示类型的感应密封设备中的阻抗匹配电路的电路图。更具体地,图4的阻抗匹配电路类似于图3中的阻抗匹配电路,并且因此,在下文中仅就其与图3的电路的不同之处进行描述,并且将相同的附图标记用于与图3的阻抗匹配电路的那些部件部分相对应的部件部分。
更具体地,根据本发明的并且在图4中被标示为11′的阻抗匹配电路与图3中的阻抗匹配电路11的区别如下:
·用一对端子定义输入端子11.1和11.2,所述端子被连接到第一和第二线23、24,并且在使用中,信号源12(未示出)和变压器25(未示出)的主线圈25.1两者都被连接在所述端子之间;并且所述两个输入端子11.1、11.2中的一个(特别地,连接到第二线24的那一个)被接地;

实际使用中,在所述交流功率信号的周期期间,选择性地连接在所述第一和第二线之间、与固定电容级26的电容器并联的、可变电容级21的电容器的每个都被供给在所述交流功率信号的正半周期间流过对应的晶体管IGBT和在所述交流功率信号的负半周期间流过晶体管IGBT的续流二极管D的电流。
可变电容级21的电容器C1-C4的电容合宜地被挑选用来得到阻抗匹配电路11′的单调(monotone)的总电容。图6a、6b、6c的表示出了固定电容级26以及可变电容级21的电容器电容和总电容的三个例子;并且图7a、7b、7c的表示出了所述可变电容级以及阻抗匹配电路11′的总电容和电容的变化以及所述功率晶体管的开/关配置的变化(二进制编码)。
如上所述,控制级22生成用于晶体管IGBT的合适的控制信号以获得可变电容级21的电容器C1-C4的并联配置,其消除由信号源12提供的所述电压和电流之间的相位。
更具体地,控制级22实现自适应算法以适应晶体管IGBT的通/断配置,如在下文中参考图5的流程图所描述的那样。
所述自适应算法是基于将由信号源12提供的所述电压和电流之间的相位与下列四个不同的门限相比较:
·第一和第二门限,分别用PNS和PNL标示,其分别指示出低和高的负相位偏移,例如-15°和-25°;以及
·第三和第四门限,分别用PPS和PPL标示,其分别指示出低和高的正相位偏移,例如+15°和+25°。
更具体地,在初始的等待时间t1之后,例如大约20毫秒(框100),控制级22确定由信号源12提供的所述电压和电流之间的相位是否低于第一门限PNS(框110)。如果是(框110的“是”输出),控制级22控制受控开关SW1-SW4以将可变电容级21的总电容减小对应于7a、7b、7c表中所述受控开关SW1-SW4开/关二进制配置中的一个单元的量(框120)。
控制级22随后确定由信号源12提供的所述电压和电流之间的相位是否也低于第二门限PNL(框130)。如果否(框130的“否”输出),这对应于在第一和第二门限PNS和PNL之间的相位,在等待时间t2,例如大约5毫秒(框150)之后,操作从框110再一次开始。相反地(框130的“是”输出),控制级22控制受控开关SW1-SW4以将可变电容级21的总电容减小对应于受控开关SW1-SW4开/关二进制配置中的一个单元的另外的量(框140)。在此之后,也在这种情况中,操作从框110再一次开始。
在由信号源12提供的所述电压和电流之间的相位高于第一门限PNS的情况下(框110的“否”输出),控制级22确定其是否也高于第三门限PPS(框160)。如果否(框160的“否”输出),操作从框150再一次开始。相反地(框160的“是”输出),控制级22控制受控开关SW1-SW4以将可变电容级21的总电容增加对应于所述受控开关SW1-SW4开/关二进制配置中的一个单元的量(框170)。
控制级22随后确定由信号源12提供的所述电压和电流之间的相位是否也高于第四门限PPL(框180)。如果否(框180的“否”输出),其对应于第三和第四门限PPS和PPL之间的相位,操作从框150再一次开始。相反地(框180的“是”输出),控制级22控制受控开关SW1-SW4以将可变电容级21的总电容增加对应于所述受控开关SW1-SW4开/关二进制配置中的一个单元的另外的量(框190)。在此之后,操作从框150再一次开始。
由于上述操作,当由信号源12提供的所述电压和电流之间的相位是不可忽视的时(低于-25°或者高于+25°),可变电容级21的所述总电容在每个循环中增加或者降低其在所述电压和电流之间的相位并不过度(not excessive)时(在-25°和-15°之间或者在+15°和+25°之间)增加或减少的量的两倍。
根据本发明的阻抗匹配电路11′的优点将从上面的描述中变得清晰。
特别地,在根据本发明的阻抗匹配电路11′中,晶体管IGBT1-IGBT4的发射极端子被连接到第二线24,所述发射极端子的电势不再相对于地电势浮动,而事实上处于地电势,因此阻抗匹配电路11′的所有电子部件,包括控制级22的那些电子部件,都可以被安装到同一电子板上。
这提供了多个重要的优点,一个是可能干扰在阻抗匹配电路11′的板的很近处的电子板的操作的电磁场辐射的减小。这主要是由于减小了功率晶体管的数量以及相关的连接线路(relative connecting track)的长度,因而简化了阻抗匹配电路11′的构架,并且由于消除了电子布线,在已知的阻抗匹配电路11中,所述电子布线连接分别装配有控制级22的部件部分和阻抗匹配电路11′的其他部件部分的两个电子板。
此外,对于所述电子板上给定的占用面积,通过减小功率晶体管的数量,固定电容级26可以包括更大量的电容器,因而对于固定电容级26的给定的总电容,每个所述电容器可以具有比图3中的电容器更低的电容,因而减小了电流吸收和焦耳效应热损耗。
最后,减小功率晶体管的数量增加了可变电容级21从较高电容配置切换到较低电容配置的速度。
显然,可以对根据本发明的并且如本文所描述和所示出的阻抗匹配电路11′进行改变,但是不背离如在附随的权利要求中所定义的本发明的范围。
特别地,所述功率晶体管可以是与所描述的功率晶体管不同的类型;并且固定电容级26和可变电容级21的电容器的个数,以及因此控制级22的控制模块的个数可以不同于所描述和所示出的那样。
同样地,甚至可以去掉固定电容级26,阻抗匹配电路11′的总电容仅通过可变电容级21获得。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于从热封片包装材料(3)的管(2)生产可倾倒的食品包装的感应密封设备(10),所述感应密封设备(10)包括:
·信号源(12),所述信号源(12)被配置为生成交流功率信号(S(ω));
·感应器(13),所述感应器(13)被连接到所述信号源(12)以接收所述交流功率信号(S(ω)),并且可操作的来感应在所述片包装材料(3)中的电流,以热封所述片包装材料(3);以及
·阻抗匹配电路(11′),所述阻抗匹配电路(11′)被连接在所述信号源(12)和所述感应器(13)之间;
所述阻抗匹配电路(11′)包括:
·一对输入端子(11.1,11.2),所述一对输入端子(11.1,11.2)被配置为在使用中接收所述交流功率信号;
·第一线(23)和第二线(24),所述第一线(23)和第二线(24)被分别连接到所述阻抗匹配电路(11′)的所述输入端子(11.1,11.2);
·可变电容级(21),所述可变电容级(21)包括连接在所述第一和第二线(23,24)之间并且包含彼此串联的电容元件(C1-C4)和受控开关(SW1-SW4)的至少一个电容模块(21.1-21.4),所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)是选择性地可操作的,以将所述电容元件(C1-C4)连接在所述第一和第二线(23,24)之间;以及
·控制级(22),所述控制级(22)被配置为控制所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)的工作状态;
其特征在于,所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)包括:
·一对输入端子(SWa,SWb),所述一对输入端子(SWa,SWb)被配置为在使用中接收来自所述控制级(22)的控制信号;所述输入端子(SWa,SWb)中的一个(SWb)被连接到所述第二线(24);以及
·单路双向受控开关元件(IGBT),所述单路双向受控开关元件(IGBT)具有经所述电容元件(C1-C4)连接到所述第一线(23)的第一导电端子;连接到所述第二线(24)的第二导电端子;以及连接到所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)的所述输入端子(SWa,SWb)以接收来自所述控制级(22)的所述控制信号的控制端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中所述可变电容级(21)包括并联在所述第一和第二线(23,24)之间的多个所述电容模块(21.1-21.4)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,所述感应密封设备(10)还包括:
·固定电容级(26),所述固定电容级(26)包括连接在所述第一和第二线(23,24)之间的至少一个电容元件。
4.如前述权利要求中的任何一个权利要求所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中所述双向受控开关元件包括功率晶体管(IGBT),以及与所述功率晶体管(IGBT)并联的二极管(D)。
5.如权利要求4所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中所述功率晶体管包括绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)。
6.如前述权利要求中的任何一个权利要求所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)还包括:
·偏置和过滤器模块(27),所述偏置和过滤器模块(27)被连接在所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)的所述输入端子对(SWa,SWb)和所述双向受控开关元件(IGBT)之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中所述偏置和过滤器模块(27)包括串联在所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)的所述输入端子(SWa,SWb)之间的电阻(R)和齐纳二极管(Z);以及与所述齐纳二极管(Z)并联的过滤网络(F);所述齐纳二极管(Z)具有经所述电阻(R)连接到所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)的所述第一输入端子(SWb)的负极,以及连接到所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)的所述第二输入端子(SWa)的正极;所述电阻(R)和所述齐纳二极管(Z)之间的中间节点被连接到所述相应的受控开关(SW1-SW4)的所述控制端子。
8.如前述权利要求中的任何一个权利要求所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中所述控制级(22)被配置为:
·测量指示出所述信号源(12)的阻抗匹配的量;
·将所述量与指示出阻抗匹配的相应等级的多个门限相比较;以及
·控制所述可变电容级(21)的所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)的所述工作状态,以当所述量处于由第一和第二门限(PNL,PPL)定义的第一范围内时用第一量来修正所述可变电容级(21)的所述电容;以及
·控制所述可变电容级(21)的所述受控开关(SW1-SW4)的所述工作状态,以当所述量处于所述第一范围之外时用比所述第一量大的第二量来修正所述可变电容级(21)的所述电容。
9.如权利要求8所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中测量指示出所述信号源(12)的阻抗匹配的量包括:
·测量由所述信号源(12)提供的电压和电流之间的相位。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中所述第二量是所述第一量的两倍。
11.如权利要求8到10中的任何一个权利要求所述的感应密封设备(10),其特征在于,其中当所述量处于所述第一范围内并且还处于由第三和第四门限(PNS,PPS)定义的第二范围之外时,用所述第一量来修正所述可变电容级(21)的所述电容。
12.一种包装机器(1),所述包装机器(1)用于从热封片包装材料的管(2)连续地生产可倾倒食品的密封的包装(7),所述包装机器(1)包括如前述权利要求中的任何一个权利要求所述的感应密封设备(10)。
