Abstract
一种机械技术领域的偏转翅片两侧偏移展开的套管换热器,包括:外管、内管和若干个肋片,外管套接于内管,肋片设置于外管和内管之间的环隙中,肋片包括:支撑片和偏转翅片,支撑片的两端分别与外管内壁和内管外壁相连,支撑片沿外管内壁的径向设置,偏转翅片的一端和内管外壁相连,另一端沿外管内壁的径向呈5°~20°方向向两侧偏移设置。肋片做内外管支撑的同时,又为内管增加换热面积。不仅减少了肋片向外管的传热,同时让流过的媒质能够减少或破坏边界层,增加扰动,从而提高了换热效率,整个装置换热面积大,体积小,结构简单并且耗费材料少。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种机械技术领域的装置,尤其涉及的是一种偏转翅片两侧偏移展开的套管换热器。
背景技术
套管换热器具有优良的换热性能,所以在制冷空调、化工、动力等领域得到了广泛的应用。但目前使用的套管换热器是在管道通入水或水蒸气,以达到换热的效果,这样的套管换热器的换热系数不够高,为了达到最佳的换热效果,制造的换热器体积庞大,耗费了大量材料。另外传热率不高,使得换热时间比较长。工业产业上有一种套管换热器,由同轴套装的两根管子组成,两种媒质分别在管环隙中和内管中相对流动,来进行热交换。不过传热面积仅在管壁的柱面,传热效果不是很好。
经对现有技术的文献检索发现,中国实用新型专利公开号:CN2336312,该技术公开了一种套管换热器,在外套管与内套管的两端接管处,分别接通有贯通于该段内、外管环隙间的环隙导引管。在内管腔体内架设有中心导流管。该导流管可以是带螺旋导流翅片的流线封芯导流管也可以是带轴向直翅片的流线封芯导流管。该换热器结构复杂,耗费材料较多。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种偏转翅片两侧偏移展开的套管换热器,通过对管环内连接内外管的肋片的改进设计,将一整个肋片均匀切分,让流过的媒质能够减少或破坏边界层,增加扰动,从而提高了换热效率,同时简化了其他不必要的结构,仅外管套内管,若干肋片均匀分布在管环内,增加了内管换热面积。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,本发明包括:外管、内管和若干个肋片,其中:外管套接于内管,肋片设置于外管和内管之间的环隙中。
所述的肋片包括:支撑片和偏转翅片,其中:支撑片的两端分别与外管内壁和内管外壁相连,支撑片沿外管内壁的径向设置,偏转翅片的一端和内管外壁相连,另一端沿外管内壁的径向呈5°~20°方向向两侧偏移设置。
所述的外管、内管和肋片都是铝制成。
所述的支撑片和偏转翅片大小相等,个数相等。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明使用时,肋片做内外管支撑的同时,又为内管增加换热面积,不仅减少了肋片向外管的传热,同时让流过的媒质能够减少或破坏边界层,增加扰动,从而提高了换热效率,整个装置换热面积大,体积小,结构简单并且耗费材料少。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施。给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图1所示,本实施例包括:外管1、内管2和五个肋片3,其中:外管1和内管2同轴套接,五个肋片3均匀设置于外管1和内管2之间的环隙中。外管1、内管2和肋片3都是铝制成的。
如图2所示,每个肋片3都包括:支撑片4和偏转翅片5,其中:支撑片4的两端分别与外管1内壁和内管2外壁相连,偏转翅片5一端连接内管2外壁,另一端沿外管1内壁的径向呈5°~20°方向向两侧偏移展开。支撑片4与偏转翅片5大小相等,个数相等。
使用时,两种媒质分别在环隙中和内管2中相对流动,通过肋片3的表面和内管2外壁来进行热交换。在环隙中流动的媒质经过支撑片4和偏转翅片5时,产生较多较大的绕流,从而提高了换热效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种偏转翅片两侧偏移展开的套管换热器,包括:外管、内管和若干个肋片,其中:外管套接于内管,肋片设置于外管和内管之间的环隙中,其特征在于,所述肋片包括:支撑片和偏转翅片,其中:支撑片的两端分别与外管内壁和内管外壁相连,支撑片沿外管内壁的径向设置,偏转翅片的一端和内管外壁相连,另一端与外管内壁的径向呈5°~20°,沿外管周向向两侧偏移设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的偏转翅片两侧偏移展开的套管换热器,其特征是,所述的外管、内管和肋片都是铝制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的偏转翅片两侧偏移展开的套管换热器,其特征是,所述的支撑片和偏转翅片的大小相等,个数相等。
