Abstract

本发明公开了一种应用于可剥离涂层的树脂组合物,包括如下组分及其重量份数:(a)含有至少一种丙烯酸树脂的成膜树脂,并定义为100份;(b)至少一种分离剂,所述的分离剂为聚丙二醇,或者为甘油脂肪酸酯,或二者的混合物,依照组分(a)的定义下为0.1~40份;(c)至少一种溶剂,依照组分(a)的定义下为40-60份。本发明还公开了该树脂组合物的配比方法。通过本发明的树脂成分形成的保护性涂层薄膜,耐水性极佳,抗机械性能强,可剥离性能十分令人满意。本发明所提供可剥离涂层,即使是在延长储存期的情况下,涂层都具有极好的剥离性能;同时,它并没有如上所述的迄今为止已公开的类似成分所具有的缺陷,有着很好的应用前景。

Description

一种应用于可剥离涂层的树脂组合物及其配比工艺
技术领域
本发明属于组合涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种应用于可剥离涂层的树脂组合物及其配比工艺。
背景技术
商用陶瓷和玻璃制品等硅酸盐基材制品的装饰方法通常是通过丝网印刷、胶版印刷、或其它直印技术在和玻璃制品等硅酸盐基材表面形成图案。因此,固化有机颜料油墨在玻璃和陶瓷等硅酸盐基材装饰方面的应用一直是非常令人期待的。固化有机颜料油墨印于纸质载体后,再往上面印一层所谓的可剥离封面胶(也可称为可剥性涂层)。载体施覆于陶瓷或玻璃基材后,封面胶可剥离。而这种有机油墨通常可以在摄氏160℃到200℃之间烘培加热固化。
上述的可剥离涂层并不能长期满足以下要求:(1)从印刷到剥离的整个过程中,涂层薄膜始终保持完整地与其下面的颜色层粘合在一起,(2)涂层薄膜应保持稳定的易剥离性能,(3)应用于玻璃或陶瓷时,涂层薄膜应具有足够的力学强度,(4)涂覆的涂层成分应具有快速变于的特性。
尽管在一些专利中也记载了改良的可剥离涂层,如:U.S.3,368,989,公开了一种含蜡、乙烯共聚物和低分子量丙烯酸的组分应用于可剥离涂层;U.S.3,489,705公开的可剥离涂料的成分,包含石油蜡、共聚物和有机胺释剂;还提到了关于适合使用的共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、或乙烯一丙烯酸乙酯或乙烯异丙烯酸丁酯。在此份专利中,释剂是必要组分;但是这些专利记载的方案仍然无法克服上述的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种应用于可剥离涂层的树脂组合物,印在载体有机颜料层包括一种特定的成膜聚合树脂和分离剂,形成的薄膜十分坚韧,并在纸张施于基材后,显示出极佳的剥离性能;解决现有技术存在的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种应用于可剥离涂层的树脂组合物,包括如下组分及其重量份数:
(a)含有至少一种丙烯酸树脂的成膜树脂,并定义为100份;
(b)至少一种分离剂,所述的分离剂为聚丙二醇,或者为甘油脂肪酸酯,或二者的混合物,依照组分(a)的定义下为0.1~40份;
(c)至少一种溶剂,依照组分(a)的定义下为40-60份。
优选的方案是:还包括如下组分及其重量份数:
(d)至少一种添加剂,依照组分(a)的定义下为0.1-2份。
更为优选的方案是:
(c)组分所述的溶剂为丙醇、丁醇、双丙酮醇、芳香族烃,乙二醇醚中的一种或几种混合物;
(d)组分所述的添加剂为增塑剂、颜料、消泡剂、触变剂中的一种或几种混合物。
更为优选的方案是:
(c)组分所述的芳香族烃为三甲苯及其衍生物;
(d)所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯。
更为优选的方案是:
(a)组分所述的丙烯酸树脂为平均分子量在150.000~180.000之间的甲基丙烯酸丁酯-异丁烯酸甲酯共聚物。
更为优选的方案是:
(b)组分为分子量在8000~20.000之间的聚丙二醇,和酸度为0-1mg KOH/g、皂化值为151-170mg KOH/g的甘油脂肪酸酯。
更为优选的方案是:
所述(b)组分依照组分(a)的定义下为1-30份。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种配比可剥离涂层的树脂组合物的工艺,包括如下步骤:
(A)称量前一发明目的所述的可剥离涂层的树脂组合物中组分(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)室温下均匀混合;
(B)摄氏50-70℃温度加热30-60min,优选为60℃加热45min。
从本发明的一个方面来说,转移印刷***包括以带水溶性涂层的纸质形式存在的转移基材,和装饰性材料,所述的装饰材料可以是溶剂型着色介质,也可以是有机染料或颜料等颗粒材料,装饰性材料可以通过丝网印刷的方法施涂在纸质载体上。可剥离地保护性涂层可以为转印底衬提供很大的方便,也可以被用在转移已生成图像的方法中。
用于本发明涂层树脂成分的组成部分(a)成膜树脂选自热塑性树脂团,例如丙烯酸树脂;分离剂是涂覆在设计图案区域的涂层中不可或缺的一部分,选自聚丙二醇,或者为甘油脂肪酸酯,或二者的混合物,该分离剂可以极好地与成膜树脂兼容。组成部分(b)的含量在0.1~40(重量份数)之间;或基于组成部分(a)的含量为100份,组成部分(b)最好为1~30份。较小的重量比会使由此而产生的涂层薄膜的剥离性不充分;然而,较大的含量比并不会对薄膜产生特殊的影响,但会造成经济损失。
狭义上讲,组分(c)所述的溶剂的含量并不是关键。在整个配方的基础上,它通常标准是55份或更多一些,因此由此产生的涂层成分能够拥有足够的粘性。
根据需要,为了进一步提高或改进已形成的涂层薄膜的柔韧性、色调或其它性能,本发明的可剥离涂层成分可以含有多种已知的添加剂(d),例如增塑剂、如钛酸酯、颜料等等。另外,油性涂层***中使用的添加剂(d)可以是有机硅消泡剂,丝网印刷涂层时用来阻止泡沫和气泡的形成。
转印的方法包括几个步骤:通过浸水的方法剥离纸片与转移底衬;将转移底衬放到陶瓷或玻璃等硅酸盐基材表面;可剥离涂层被剥离后,图案将永久地转移到陶瓷或玻璃基材的表面。
通过本发明的树脂成分形成的保护性涂层薄膜,耐水性极佳,抗机械性能强,可剥离性能十分令人满意。本发明所提供可剥离涂层,即使是在延长储存期的情况下,涂层都具有极好的剥离性能;同时,它并没有如上所述的迄今为止已公开的类似成分所具有的缺陷,有着很好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1
透明溶液的制备:在单一溶剂或混合溶剂中(见Table I)溶解以下提到的成膜树脂、聚丙二醇、部分甘油脂肪酸酯和添加剂,然后加热至摄氏60度并保持,搅拌两小时。

以上的涂层溶液通过丝网印刷涂覆在纸张载体的有机颜料层上面,并保持一小时。然后,就可以对形成的涂层薄膜进行剥离实验,检查它的剥离性能。花纸贴在玻璃表面后,其颜色层下面的水份必需挤压干净。最后,可剥离封面胶就可以被成功剥离。结果清楚的表明了本实施例的可剥性涂层成分与成膜树脂分离剂(用来加速分离膜)和特定的适合用的溶剂一起使用,按照配方比例,能够制作出具有极好地剥离性能的表面保护性涂层。
实施例2
透明溶液的制备:在单一溶剂或混合溶剂中(见Table II)溶解以下提到的成膜树脂、聚丙二醇、部分甘油脂肪酸酯和添加剂,然后加热至摄氏60度并保持,搅拌两小时。

以上的涂层溶液通过丝网印刷涂覆在纸张载体的有机颜料层上面,并保持一小时。然后,就可以对形成的涂层薄膜进行剥离实验,检查它的剥离性能。花纸贴在玻璃表面后,其颜色层下面的水份必需挤压干净。最后,可剥离封面胶就可以被成功剥离。结果清楚的表明了本实施例的可剥性涂层成分与成膜树脂分离剂(用来加速分离膜)和特定的适合用的溶剂一起使用,按照配方比例,能够制作出具有极好地剥离性能的表面保护性涂层。

Claims (4)

1.一种应用于可剥离涂层的树脂组合物,包括如下组分及其重量份数:
(a)含有至少一种丙烯酸树脂的成膜树脂,并定义为100份;
(b)至少一种分离剂,所述的分离剂为聚丙二醇,或者为甘油脂肪酸酯,或二者的混合物,依照组分(a)的定义下为0.1-40份;
(c)至少一种溶剂,依照组分(a)的定义下为40-60份;
(d)至少一种添加剂,依照组分(a)的定义下为0.1-2份;
(a)组分所述的丙烯酸树脂为平均分子量在150.000~180.000之间的甲基丙烯酸丁酯-异丁烯酸甲酯共聚物
(c)组分所述的溶剂为丙醇、丁醇、双丙酮醇、三甲苯,乙二醇醚中的一种或几种混合物;
(d)组分所述的添加剂为邻苯二甲酸酯、颜料、消泡剂、触变剂中的一种或几种混合物。
2.权利要求1所述的应用于可剥离涂层的树脂组合物,其特征是:
(b)组分为分子量在8000~20.000之间的聚丙二醇,和酸度为0-1mg KOH/g、皂化值为151-170mg KOH/g的甘油脂肪酸酯。
3.如权利要求2所述的应用于可剥离涂层的树脂组合物,其特征是:
所述(b)组分依照组分(a)的定义下为1-30份。
4.一种配比可剥离涂层的树脂组合物的工艺,包括如下步骤:
(A)称量如权利要求1-3任一项所述的可剥离涂层的树脂组合物中组分(a)、(b)、(c)、
(d)室温下均匀混合;
(B)摄氏50-70℃温度加热30-60min。
