本发明公开了一种石膏内墙粉刷腻子的配方,原料按重量调配比例为:脱硫石膏100份,滑石粉5-20份,甲基纤维素0.3-5份,聚乙烯醇0.1-1份,柠檬酸钠0.01-1份,可再分散胶粉0.01-1份,混合搅拌均匀,即成产品。初凝时间30-110min,终凝时间:45-125min,抗折强度:1.76-2.34MPa,抗压强度:3.55-5.05MPa,粘接强度:0.30-0.38MPa。本发明具有以下效果:附着力强,粘结强度高,透气性好,具有较强的耐水性,墙面手感细腻、观感柔和、质感好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种石膏内墙粉刷腻子的配方,特别适用于湿度较大的如厨房、卫生间、地下室等基层表面的装修。
背景技术:
现有的厨房、卫生间、地下室等易潮湿地带受潮后墙面易出现粉化、开裂、脱皮、脱落等现象。
发明内容:
本发明的任务是提出一种墙面受潮后不易开裂、脱皮、脱落,具有较强的耐水性的一种石膏内墙粉刷腻子的配方。本发明的任务是这样完成的,一种石膏内墙粉刷腻子的配方,其特征在于:原料按重量调配比例为:脱硫石膏100份,滑石粉5-20份,甲基纤维素0.3-5份,聚乙烯醇0.1-1份,柠檬酸钠0.01-1份,可再分散胶粉0.01-1份,混合搅拌均匀,即成产品。初凝时间30-110min,终凝时间:45-125min,抗折强度:1.76-2.34MPa,抗压强度:3.55-5.05MPa,粘接强度:0.30-0.38MPa。本发明具有以下效果:附着力强,粘结强度高,有一定的韧性,透气性好,受潮后不易出现粉化现象,具有较强的耐水性,墙面不会出现开裂、起皮、脱落等现象,墙面手感细腻、观感柔和、质感好。墙面污染后可以直接擦洗或直接刷涂内墙漆,并能提高涂料的性能和使用寿命。再次粉刷内墙时,无需铲除墙面,可直接刷涂内墙漆。

实施例1:
脱硫石膏100份;滑石粉5份;甲基纤维素0.3份;聚乙烯醇0.1份;柠檬酸0.01份;可再分散胶粉0.01份,干粉搅匀,即成产品。
测试报告如下:初凝时间:30min
终凝时间:45min
抗折强度:2.34MPa
抗压强度:4.51MPa
粘接强度:0.30MPa
实施例2:
脱硫石膏100份;滑石粉20份;甲基纤维素5份;聚乙烯醇1份;柠檬酸1份;可再分散胶粉1份,干粉搅匀,即成产品。
测试报告如下:初凝时间:110min
终凝时间:125min
抗折强度:1.76MPa
抗压强度:3.55MPa
粘接强度:0.32MPa
实施例3:
脱硫石膏100份;滑石粉13份;甲基纤维素2份;聚乙烯醇0.5份;柠檬酸0.1份;可再分散胶粉0.1份,干粉搅匀,即成产品。
测试报告如下:初凝时间:80min
终凝时间:95min
抗折强度:2.10MPa
抗压强度:5.05MPa
粘接强度:0.38MPa。

1.一种石膏内墙粉刷腻子的配方,其特征在于:原料按重量调配比例为:脱硫石膏100份,滑石粉5-20份,甲基纤维素0.3-5份,聚乙烯醇0.1-1份,柠檬酸钠0.01-1份,可再分散胶粉0.01-1份,混合搅拌均匀,即成产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石膏内墙粉刷腻子的配方,其特征在于:初凝时间30-110min,终凝时间:45-125min,抗折强度:1.76-2.34MPa,抗压强度:3.55-5.05MPa,粘接强度:0.30-0.38MPa。
