Abstract

吹风头无风叶电风扇,包括底座、机壳、风机电机、离心风叶、吹风头、摇头电机,吹风头与机壳连接,吹风头四圈是空心风道,风机电机与离心风叶同轴连接,电机轴与离心风叶连接头的一端装有安全螺母,离心风叶的外面装有风机壳,风机壳的作用是把离心风叶吸入风压力增大,通过风道使吹风头有强风吹出,外壳下面开有进风孔,外壳下端中心处是外壳轴座,底座上面装有中心轴和轴承,轴承与外壳轴座连接转动,摇头电机安装在底座底部,摇头小齿通过键销安装在摇头电机轴的一端,摇头大齿轮与摇头小齿轮啮合转动,摇头大齿轮通过键销与轴连接,轴另一端装有轴承,轴承安装在支座上面,支座与底座连接,摇头大齿轮半径中心处装有摆臂,摆臂与机壳底部活动连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及各种家用电风扇,特别涉及一种吹风头无风叶电风扇。
背景技术
现有的各种电风扇风的来源都是采用风叶直吹式结构,这种风叶直吹式结构电扇在使用过程中都存在着各种安全隐患,特别是在清洗过程中还带来种种不便。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种外形美观、清洗方便、使用安全的吹风头无风叶电风扇。
本发明吹风头无风叶电风扇包括底座、机壳、风机电机、离心风叶、吹风头、摇头电机,吹风头与机壳同体相连,吹风头四圈是空心风道,风机电机与离心风叶同轴连接,电机轴与离心风叶连接头的一端装有安全螺母,安全螺母的作用是防止离心风叶与电机脱离,离心风叶的外面装有风机壳,风机壳的作用是把离心风叶吸入风压力增大,通过风道使吹风头有强风吹出,外壳下面开有进风孔,外壳下端中心处是外壳轴座,底座上面装有中心轴,中心轴上面装轴承,轴承与外壳轴座连接转动,摇头电机安装在底座底部,摇头小齿通过键销安装在摇头电机输出轴的一端,摇头大齿轮与摇头小齿轮啮合转动,摇头大齿轮通过键销与轴连接,轴另一端装有轴承,轴承安装在支座上面,支座与底座相互连接,摇头大齿轮半径中心处装有摆臂,摆臂与机壳底部活动连接。
本发明的工作原理是这样的:当风机电机通电旋转时带动与风机电机轴同轴连接的离心风叶高速转动,离心风叶的高速转动使风机壳内部产生高速高压风流,因风机壳的特殊结构和密封作用,结合离心风叶的特定旋转方向,风机壳内的高速高压风流在离心风叶不断转动作用下,由机壳外的进风孔进入,通过机壳上的风道流向吹风头,使吹风头四圈有风吹出。
当吹风头需要摆动吹风时,接通摇头电机电源,这时摇头电机转动带动与摇头电机轴同轴连接摇头小齿轮转动,同时也使与摇头小齿轮啮合摇头大齿轮转动,因摇头大齿轮半径中心处装有摆臂,摆臂摆动使与摆臂活动连接机壳左右摆动,实现了吹风头左右摆动吹风。

参看图1和图2,本发明吹风头无风叶电风扇包括底座23、机壳9、风机电机13、离心风叶8、吹风头14、摇头电机22,机壳9与吹风头14同体连接,吹风头14四圈内是空心风道12,机壳9下面开有进风孔7,风机壳15安装在机壳9内侧,风机电机13安装在机壳9里面,风机壳15里面是离心风叶8,离心风叶8与风机电机13同轴连接,风机电机13与离心风叶8连接的轴头处装有安全螺母10,机壳9底部中心处与外壳轴座16连接,外壳轴座16里面装有轴承18,轴承18内圈与中心轴19连接,中心轴19安装在底座23上面,摇头电机22安装在底座23底部内侧上面,摇头小齿轮21通过键销20与摇头电机22输出轴连接,摇头大齿轮4与摇头小齿轮21啮合转动,摇头大齿轮4通过轴销5安装在轴3上面,轴3的另一端还装有轴承2,轴承2外圈安装在支座1里面,支座1与底座23底部内侧连接,摇头大齿轮4半径中心处装有摆臂6,摆臂6的上端与机壳9底部活动连接。

1.吹风头无风叶电风扇,包括底座(23)、机壳(9)、风机电机(13)、离心风叶(8)、吹风头(14)、摇头电机(22),机壳(9)与吹风头(14)同体连接,吹风头(14)四圈内是空心风道(12),机壳(9)下面开有进风孔(7),风机壳(15)安装在机壳(9)内侧,风机电机(13)安装在机壳(9)里面,风机壳(15)里面是离心风叶(8),离心风叶(8)与风机电机(13)同轴连接,风机电机(13)与离心风叶(8)连接的轴头处装有安全螺母(10),机壳(9)底部中心处与外壳轴座(16)连接,外壳轴座(16)里面装有轴承(18),轴承(18)内圈与中心轴(19)连接,中心轴(19)安装在底座(23)上面,摇头电机(22)安装在底座(23)底部内侧上面,摇头小齿轮(21)通过键销(20)与摇头电机(22)输出轴连接,摇头大齿轮(4)与摇头小齿轮(21)啮合转动,摇头大齿轮(4)通过轴销(5)安装在轴(3)上面,轴(3)的另一端还装有轴承(2),轴承(2)外圈安装在支座(1)里面,支座(1)与底座(23)底部内侧连接,摇头大齿轮(4)半径中心处装有摆臂(6),摆臂(6)的上端与机壳(9)底部活动连接。
