技术领域
本发明涉及一种装配用型材轨,特别是用来固定太阳能模块的装配用型材轨。
背景技术
由DE 202005000484U1公知一种用来固定太阳能模块的装配体系,该装配体系具有至少两个保持间距地设置的装配用型材轨,该装配用型材轨具有各一个对型材高度进行限定的、用于一个或多个模块的盖板,以及处在盖板下方的用于顶部固定的连接件。装配用型材轨是在侧向上或在侧向上和在下方设有型材,该型材能够与连接型材轨的型材连接,其中,在两个型材之间在连接起来后在至少两个点处存在形状配合并且能够产生力配合的连接,其中,连接型材轨在形成形状配合之后以装配用型材轨的型材高度在上方封闭,该连接型材轨的机械容许负荷接近于装配用型材轨的机械容许负荷或与之相同并且在装配用型材轨的型材与连接型材轨的型材之间的形状配合通过相互滑入来进行。
凭借已说明的基本构造使得如下所述成为可能,即,使用具有诸如2.95m或6m的标准长度的装配用型材轨并且在端部缺少的件由连接型材轨来替代。因为两个轨的连接是灵活的,所以保证了承载架的精确的尺寸设定。装配用型材轨的节段可被安置或推移到连接型材轨上,以致在太阳能模块的固定方面或顶部固定方面也可***相同地继续工作。
这种装置的缺点是,要使用用于装配用型材轨和连接型材轨的两种不同的型材。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,在此达到统一化。该任务凭借权利要求1的特征来解决,优选的构造方案是从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明地,作为具有用于连接待装配元件的纵向接片的、可连接的装配用型材轨被设置为这样的装配用型材轨,即,装配用型材轨的基型材具有一个间断的、基本上呈矩形的外包轮廓线(Mantellinie),其中,在装配用型材轨的一侧上,存在用于将装配用型材轨例如固定在建筑物上连接造型件,并且在装配用型材轨的相对置的侧上,以如下方式结构化地设置连接型材,即,第二装配用型材轨具有与第一装配用型材轨相同的型材横截面,并且转动180°通过连接型材的相互滑入而能形状配合地与第一装配用型材轨连接。在此,连接型材类似于纵向接片地优选在装配用型材轨长度上实施。
以这种方式第一装配轨可以带有侧向偏移地延长,或通过具有同一型材横截面的第三装配用型材轨推入第二装配用型材轨中,第一装配用型材轨没有型材移位地、也就是对准地延续。
当第二装配用型材轨只用作在第一装配用型材轨与第三装配用型材轨之间的连接件时,则第二装配用型材轨也可以相应短地实施。
同样可行的是,只有具有同一型廓的短成型件被推入到第二装配用型材轨中,以便获得与第一装配用型材轨对准的固定部位,随后在所述固定部位上安放有各自的太阳能模块。
与现有技术相反地,利用所提出的解决方案仅还需要具有型材横截面的型材轨,以便例如在装配太阳能收集器时,实现装配用型材轨的任意长度,或获得突出于装配用型材轨的、对准的固定-和安放点。
然后,通过简单的横向螺栓紧固也可以实现借助连接型材已形状配合地连接的装配用型材轨和/或成型件的纵向推移。
在优选的实施方案中还设置为,形状配合地相互滑入的装配用型材轨在上方形成共同的平坦的安放面。
不仅在装配用型材轨的挤压制备技术方面而且在配合精度及强度方面,形成形状配合的连接型材具有斜角的引导部,优选为双侧的燕尾形引导部。在此,已经表明,在可连接的装配用型材轨中,连接型材沿着外包轮廓线以变换的方式构造为接纳接片的型材与接片。

具体实施方式
在图1中所示出的第一装配用型材轨1具有呈接片状组装的型材,所述型材具有基本呈矩形的外包轮廓线4。该外包轮廓线4在图中在可见性的视角下大致在型材外部被绘出。在以模压方法所制备的第一装配用型材轨1中,纵向接片(一些用3标出)在整个的装配型材长度上分布。接片3用来接纳用于太阳能模块的固定元件。在一侧上,第一装配用型材轨1具有用于固定元件的连接造型件,用以产生与顶部部件或其它的建筑物部件的连接。
在相对置的侧上,以如下方式结构化地设置第二连接型材6、第三连接型材7,即,第二装配用型材轨2具有同一型材横截面,并且转动180°能通过第二连接型材6、第三连接型材7的相互滑入而形状配合地与第一装配用型材轨1连接。
这些连接型材以如下所述见长,即:
-形状配合地相互滑入的装配用型材轨1、2在上方形成共同的平坦的安放面8,
-所有的形成形状配合的第二连接型材6、第三连接型材7或形成形状配合的第二连接型材6、第三连接型材7中的一些具有斜角的引导部9,优选为双侧的(燕尾形引导部),
-引导部9和第二连接型材6、第三连接型材7关于各一个相对于侧向的外包轮廓线4.1的垂线10.1-n具有对称的一半,以及
-在相邻的垂线10.1-10.2、10.2-10.3之间的距离是相等的。
借助这种第二连接型材6、第三连接型材7所产生的两个装配用型材轨1、2的连接在图2中示出。在此,被画阴影的型材是第二装配用型材轨2的组成部分。图3含有这样的通过相互滑入而产生的引导部9的细节视图。
为了使第二连接型材6、第三连接型材7从侧向的外包轮廓线4.1起测量具有相同的高度(h),则两个装配用型材轨1、2良好地相互抵靠并通过横向螺栓紧固而能对抗纵向推移进行固定。

1.能连接的装配用型材轨,所述装配用型材轨包括第一装配用型材轨(1)和第二装配用型材轨(2),所述第一装配用型材轨(1)和所述第二装配用型材轨(2)具有用于连接待装配的元件的纵向接片(3),其中,所述第一装配用型材轨(1)和所述第二装配用型材轨(2)的基型材具有间断的、基本上呈矩形的外包轮廓线(4),其中
-在所述第一装配用型材轨(1)和所述第二装配用型材轨(2)的一侧上,存在用于固定所述第一装配用型材轨(1)和所述第二装配用型材轨(2)的第一连接型材(5),以及
-在所述第一装配用型材轨(1)和所述第二装配用型材轨(2)的与所述一侧相对置的侧上,以如下方式结构化地设置第二连接型材(6)和第三连接型材(7),即,所述第二装配用型材轨(2)具有与所述第一装配用型材轨(1)相同的型材横截面,并且转动180°通过所述第二连接型材(6)和所述第三连接型材(7)的相互滑入而能形状配合地与所述第一装配用型材轨(1)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能连接的装配用型材轨,其特征在于,
所述第二连接型材(6)和所述第三连接型材(7)在所述第一装配用型材轨(1)和所述第二装配用型材轨(2)的长度上延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的能连接的装配用型材轨,其特征在于,形状配合地相互滑入的所述第一装配用型材轨(1)和所述第二装配用型材轨(2)在上方形成共同的平坦的安放面(8)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的能连接的装配用型材轨,其特征在于,从与所述一侧相对置的侧上的侧向外包轮廓线(4.1)起测量,所述第二连接型材(6)和所述第三连接型材(7)具有相同的高度(h)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的能连接的装配用型材轨,其特征在于,所有的所述第二连接型材(6)和所述第三连接型材(7)或所述第二连接型材(6)和所述第三连接型材(7)中的一些具有斜角的引导部(9),所述第二连接型材(6)和所述第三连接型材(7)形成形状配合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的能连接的装配用型材轨,其特征在于,所述引导部是双侧的燕尾形引导部。
