Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,位于灯架中部的二发光二极管模组向内倾斜设置以使该二发光二极管模组所发出的光线于该二发光二极管模组之间的位置相交,位于该二发光二极管模组两侧的其他发光二极管模组向外倾斜设置使该其他发光二极管模组发出的光线朝向该灯架的相对两侧方向。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具具有更大的照射范围。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的光源,其具有工作寿命长、环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能及时解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此,业界通常在发光二极管模组上安装一散热器对其散热,该发光二极管模组则水平贴置于所述散热器底部而成为平面光源。由于平面光源的照射方向单一,使灯具的照射面积有限。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射范围较大的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,位于灯架中部的二发光二极管模组向内倾斜设置以使该二发光二极管模组所发出的光线于该二发光二极管模组之间的位置相交,位于该二发光二极管模组两侧的其他发光二极管模组向外倾斜设置使该其他发光二极管模组发出的光线朝向该灯架的相对两侧方向。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的位于灯架中部的二发光二极管模组向内倾斜设置使得该二发光二极管模组发出的光线于该二发光二极管模组之间的位置相交,位于该二发光二极管模组两侧的其他发光二极管模组向外倾斜设置使该其他发光二极管模组发出的光线朝向该灯架的相对两侧方向,因此,本发明发光二极管灯具具有较大照射范围。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明一实施例的发光二极管灯具大致呈矩形,包括一灯架10、安装于该灯架10一侧的散热器20、贴设于该散热器20上的若干光源模组30及安装于该灯架10另一侧且罩设光源模组30的透明灯罩40。
请同时参阅图2和图3,所述灯架10包括一固定架12、位于固定架12一端的一驱动盒14及从驱动盒14一端中部向外伸出的一灯座16。该驱动盒14内设有一驱动电路模组140用以与所述发光二极管模组30电性连接。一盖体142盖设于该驱动盒14上以将驱动电路模组140封闭于驱动盒14内。该灯座16用于与灯杆连接。该固定架12大致呈矩形,其中部开设有一矩形开口120。所述散热器20与所述透明灯罩40分别置于固定架12的上下相对两侧,并与固定架12配合将所述光源模组30围于中间。
所述散热器20由导热性能良好的材料一体制成。该散热器20包括一纵长的矩形基板22、自基板22下表面垂直向下延伸的若干平行的散热片24及自基板22上表面中部垂直向上延伸的若干固定件26。该基板22的两相对边与所述灯架10的固定架12的二相对内缘相适应。该基板22罩设于所述固定架12的开口120且其上表面与固定架12开口120的边缘相抵靠。一矩形垫圈50夹置于该基板22与固定架12之间。固定件26在开口120的一侧穿出。该基板22的边缘与该开口120的边缘安装在一起,进而将该散热器20固定至该固定架12上。
请一并参阅图4,所述固定件26位于基板22的上表面中部,这些固定件26关于基板22的纵向中心线对称分布。每一固定件26包括自该基板22上表面垂直向上延伸的矩形延伸板260及自该延伸板260末端倾斜延伸的一矩形安装板262。所述光源模组30贴设于这些安装板262上。这些延伸板260平行间隔设置且具有相同的长度。每一延伸板260平行于所述散热片24。在本实施例中,位于基板22中部的四延伸板260的延伸高度大致相同且较其他延伸板260高。在其他实施例中,位于基板22中部的四延伸板260的延伸高度可不同。在本实施例中,位于基板22中部的二安装板262由延伸板260的末端向内倾斜延伸使得该二安装板262的延长线相交于该二安装板262的下方,贴设于该二安装板262上的光源模组30发出的光线在该二安装板262之间的位置相交进而朝向散热器20两侧的方向。基板22中部的二安装板262两侧的其他安装板262向外倾斜延伸且其延伸高度由基板22的中部向两侧逐渐递减。位于基板22中部的二安装板262两侧的其他安装板262分别与基板22形成的锐角角度由该基板22的中部向该基板22的两侧逐渐减小直至为零。位于基板22中部的二安装板262两侧的其他安装板262的延长线相交于其他安装板262的上方使得贴设于该其他安装板262上的光源模组30发出的光线射向该基板22的相对两侧。这些安装板262的外形轮廓大致构成波浪形。
请参阅图2和图3,所述光源模组30包括若干呈长条矩形状的发光二极管模组32及罩设于该发光二极管模组32的反光罩34。
请参阅图2,所述透明灯罩40包括一外凸成弧形的透光部42及自该透光部42边缘向外延伸的安装部44。该透光部与所述光源模组30对应设置,该安装部44与所述灯架10的固定架12开口120的边缘相抵靠。一压盖46抵压于该安装部44上进而将该灯罩40安装于该灯架10的固定架12上,该压盖46包括一压置于该灯罩40安装部44上的压条460及位于该压盖46两端且与该灯罩40透光部42的对应端部盖合的弧形部462。
本发明上述实施例的发光二极管灯具装配过程中,首先将所述散热器20的基板22边缘与所述灯架10的开口120的边缘相抵并安装在一起进而将该散热器20固定至该灯架10上,所述垫圈50夹在该基板22与灯架10之间。此时,该散热器20的固定件26穿过该灯架的开口120,然后,将所述光源模组30安装于该散热器20的安装板262上。其次,将所述灯罩40的安装部44抵靠于该灯架10的固定架12上,所述压盖46对应盖合并压置于该安装部44上,进而将该灯罩40安装于该灯架10上,如此,本发明发光二极管灯具安装完成。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的位于散热器20基板22中部的二安装板262由相应延伸板260的末端向内倾斜延伸使得该二安装板262的延长线相交于该二安装板262的下方,贴设于该二安装板262上的光源模组30发出的光线在该二安装板262之间的位置相交进而朝向散热器20两侧的方向。贴设于基板22中部二安装板262两侧的其他安装板262上的光源模组30发出的光线射向该基板22的相对两侧。因此,本发明发光二极管灯具具有较大照射范围。
可以理解地,本发明发光二极管灯具另一实施例的散热器20a的固定件26可以根据光源模组30的数量或者基板22的宽度多个连续设置,这些固定件26的安装板262在散热器20的基板22的下表面形成连续地波浪形,如图5所示。位于基板22纵向中心线两侧的至少二对称安装板262的延长线的交点位于所述至少二对称安装板262的下方,位于基板22纵向中心线两侧的至少另外二对称安装板262的延长线的交点位于所述另外二对称安装板262的上方。

Claims (8)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,其特征在于:还包括安装于灯架一侧的散热器,所述发光二极管模组贴设于所述散热器上,位于灯架中部的二发光二极管模组向内倾斜设置以使该二发光二极管模组所发出的光线于该二发光二极管模组之间的位置相交,位于该二发光二极管模组两侧的其他发光二极管模组向外倾斜设置使该其他发光二极管模组发出的光线朝向该灯架的相对两侧方向,所述散热器包括一基板及自所述基板下表面向下延伸的若干固定件,每一固定件包括自基板下表面向下延伸的一延伸板及自延伸板的末端倾斜延伸的安装板,位于所述基板中部的二安装板两侧的其他安装板与所述基板形成一锐角,且这些锐角自基板中部向相对两侧逐渐减小。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:这些固定件关于所述基板的纵向中心线对称分布。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:位于所述基板纵向中心线两侧的二对称安装板的延长线的交点位于所述二对称安装板的上方,位于所述基板纵向中心线两侧的其他安装板的延长线的交点位于所述其他安装板的下方。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装板均为纵长板体且具有相同的长度。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述延伸板均为纵长板体且具有相同的长度,所述延伸板垂直于基板且间隔设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:位于所述基板中部的二延伸板两侧的其他延伸板的高度由所述基板的中部向相对两侧逐渐减小。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:位于所述基板中部的四延伸板的高度相同。
8.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板的上表面向上延伸形成若干平行的散热片,所述固定件平行于所述散热片。
