Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
[02]在照明领域,已研制出多种不同类型的光源。近来,已研制出包含多LED阵列(每一阵列均具有大量LED封装)的LED光源作为将LED照明的多种优点(LED效率及长寿命)带入通用照明领域的装置。具体地说,已研制出这样的LED灯具用于室外设施,这以示例方式包括停车场、道路、展区及其它大型区域的照明。
[03]由于LED灯具中所涉及的大量LED,可靠布线及环境保护布线是特别关注的。而且,由于这种***中的多LED模块的大量散热,LED模块的水密外壳是不理想的,从而潜在加剧保护多个配线和连接免受恶劣天气的问题。由于LED模块的配线必须通到包围LED驱动器之类的电子元件的优选水密的壳体中,并且由于所涉及的大量配线,因而提供正确组织及密封接合可能会成问题。
发明内容

[05]本发明的另一目的是提供一种利用LED光源的改进灯具,其提供LED模块与壳体之间的可靠连接。
[06]本发明的又一目的是提供一种利用LED光源的改进灯具,其为LED模块和壳体提供连续密封环境。
[07]本发明的再一目的是提供一种利用LED光源的改进灯具,其提供可装配至多种壳体单元的具有一体的刚性线槽的通用罩件。
[08]本发明的另一目的是提供一种多LED阵列灯具所需的大量配线用的线槽。
[09]从以下说明及附图会清楚如何实现这些及其它目的。
[10]在LED灯具的一个实施方式中,该灯具包括限定腔室的壳体以及位于该腔室外侧并与该壳体相邻的LED模块。所述LED模块包括其上安装有多个LED封装的安装板以及位于该安装板上方的罩。所述罩和所述安装板一起形成模块内部,并且所述罩构造成暴露所述LED封装。该LED灯具的改进之处包括刚性线槽,该刚性线槽位于所述LED模块与所述壳体之间并限定所述模块内部与所述腔室之间的通道。

[16]在又一实施方式中,所述LED灯具包括布置在所述模块内部中的衬垫层,并构造成暴露所述LED封装。在该实施方式的改进中,所述衬垫层为海绵层。
[17]短语“与LED模块成一体”是指与LED模块的任何单独部件成一体或与多个部件成一体。

具体实施方式
[23]图1示出LED灯具10的优选实施方式。灯具10包括壳体20、LED模块30、散热装置50及刚性线槽60。
[24]如图2中最佳可见,LED模块30由多个层构成。底层为安装板32,其包括作为灯具10的光源的多个LED封装34。封装34通过电路(未示出)互连,并且安装板32还包括从安装板32的最接近壳体20的端部延伸的配线(未示出)。
[25]LED模块30还包括覆盖安装板32上的暴露电路的铝层36。在该优选实施方式中,副透镜38覆盖LED封装34,并可帮助控制光从灯具10发出的方式。接下来,衬垫层40布置在副透镜38上方,在该实施方式中衬垫层40为海绵衬垫,并且该衬垫层40包括开口41,以绕LED封装34和副透镜38装配,从而露出LED。

[29]在图4和图5中最佳可见的刚性线槽60使壳体20与LED模块30互连。在该优选实施方式中,刚性线槽60为管状并限定通道62。线槽60优选由金属制成,并且其刚性性质为灯具10的配线提供可靠且坚固的内部通道62。线槽60包括附连至LED模块30的近端64以及连接至壳体20的远端66。在该优选实施方式中,近端64与LED模块30的罩42成一体,并因此提供给LED模块30水密密封。在远端66与壳体20之间设置密封件68,以提供这些部件之间的水密密封。密封件及一体的部件的这一组合提供LED模块30的内部与壳体20之间的连续密封环境。由于该密封环境,小型配线可用于从安装板32延伸穿过线槽60并进入壳体20中。

Claims (12)

1.一种LED灯具,该LED灯具包括:(a)限定腔室的壳体;(b)LED模块,该LED模块位于所述腔室外侧并与所述壳体相邻,并包括(b1)其上安装有多个LED封装的安装板以及(b2)罩,该罩位于所述安装板上方,形成模块内部并构造成暴露所述LED封装,
其特征在于,所述LED灯具包括刚性线槽,该刚性线槽位于所述LED模块与所述壳体之间,并限定所述模块内部与所述腔室之间的通道。
2.按照权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述刚性线槽与所述LED模块成一体。
3.按照权利要求2所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述壳体具有孔,并且所述线槽包括绕所述孔密封接合的远端。
4.按照权利要求2所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述刚性线槽与所述罩成一体。
5.按照权利要求4所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述壳体具有孔,并且所述线槽包括绕所述孔密封接合的远端。
6.按照权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述内部与所述腔室之间的所述通道是水密的。
7.按照权利要求6所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述刚性线槽与所述LED模块成一体。
8.按照权利要求7所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述刚性线槽与所述罩成一体。
9.按照权利要求8所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述罩包括主平面部以及在主平面部周围并朝所述安装板延伸的边缘部,所述一体形成的刚性线槽从所述边缘部朝所述壳体延伸。
10.按照权利要求9所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述壳体具有孔,并且所述线槽包括绕该孔密封接合的远端。
11.按照权利要求10所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯具还包括衬垫层,该衬垫层布置在所述模块内部中并构造成暴露所述LED封装。
12.按照权利要求11所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述衬垫层为海绵衬垫。
