技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于配件、特别是用于柜式家具的翻盖配件的驱动装置,包括一可固定在家具体上的壳体,在其上或其中设置一电动机,其经由一传动装置驱动一与配件元件连接的耦联元件。
背景技术
存在用于家具的配件,其通过一电驱动装置是可运动的。对此驱动装置通常单独地匹配于相应的配件元件并且为特别的使用目的而设计。这提高制造成本,因为通常只可以出售规定的驱动的配件的有限的件数。特别对于翻盖配件的区域产生问题,一驱动装置是值得追求的,因为翻盖配件通常垂直悬挂地设置于柜式家具中并且打开和关闭翻盖配件感到很费力。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种用于一配件、特别是一用于柜式家具的翻盖配件的驱动装置,其对于不同的家具和在家具体上的安装位置是可普遍使用的。
利用一具有权利要求1的特征的驱动装置达到该目的。
按照本发明,与配件元件连接的耦联元件沿一垂直于配件元件的运动平面的方向在中心设置于壳体内,并且驱动装置可安装在一家具体的对置的各侧面上,用以驱动一翻盖配件。因此驱动装置可以通用地对于右边或左边安装在一家具体上,这减少保管。通过耦联元件的连接的普遍的可能性,驱动装置也可以用于大量不同的配件,从而已使用于家具中的配件也可加装该驱动装置。
按照本发明的优选的实施形式,耦联元件构成为杠杆,其穿过一壳体中的中心的狭缝。借此驱动装置的各构件可以在相当大程度上免受污染和其他的环境影响地设置于壳体内。
为了驱动装置的安装,耦联元件可以可旋转地支承在一驱动的转动杠杆上,从而在安装驱动装置的壳体时可以实施一定的公差补偿。
为了预先设定配件元件的转动范围,可以设置终端开关,借助于它们在到达一最大的打开位置或一关闭位置时可切断电动机。对此优选可经由至少一个在一转动杠杆上安装的带动件操纵终端开关。同时转动杠杆的转动范围经由带动件和/或终端开关可以是可调的,从而间接地经由调节改变配件元件的转动范围。这能够实现对驱动装置的使用目的的相应的匹配。
按照本发明的另一实施形式,电动机连接于一控制装置,其利用一信号导线和/或一遥控装置连接于一开关装置。借此经由控制装置按照需要可以打开和关闭配件元件,其中直接邻接家具体设置开关装置是不必要的,而经由一定的距离的遥控或遥控连接是可能的。
为了一有效的驱动,转动杠杆具有一轮齿,其与传动装置的一齿轮处于啮合。如果传动装置具有一相应的传动比,则电动机可以构成较小的。
驱动装置优选借助耦联元件与一翻盖配件相连接,其中该翻盖配件用于打开一可偏转的翻盖。对此按照翻盖的结构尺寸,可以不仅在右边而且在左边在翻盖配件上安装一相应的驱动装置。当只一个驱动装置安装在翻盖配件上时,它可以足够用于较小的重力。

导向杠杆9在远离转动元件4的一端经由一轴10与一第一杠杆11相连接,其同样与导向杠杆7铰链连接在一轴15上。与在固定板2上在一轴17上支承的第一杠杆11间隔开地设置一第二杠杆12,其在一侧经由一轴13与导向杠杆7铰链连接,而在另一端经由一轴14与固定板2铰链连接。
如在图2和3中可看出的,转动元件4可相对于固定板2偏转。所示的翻盖配件1涉及一具有7个铰链轴6、8、10、13、14、15和17的配件。可以按照应用情况改变这些轴的设置和杠杆7、9、11和12的几何形状。
