Abstract

本发明公开了一种超薄阻燃防水透气聚氨酯薄膜,是由如下重量比的组份制备而成:聚乙二醇醚热塑性聚氨酯:55-83%、焦磷酸三聚氰胺7-23%、三芳基磷酸酯4-18%、聚丙烯酸树脂2-0%、开口剂4-12%、助剂0-0.25%;生产方法包括将料焦磷酸三聚氢胺、高分子量聚丙烯酸树脂、开口剂、助剂混合后投入1号喂料器;将聚乙二醇醚热塑性聚氨酯干燥后投入2号喂料器;将三芳基磷酸酯投入3号喂料器;启动三台喂料器投入原料,对熔融造粒的共混物进行除水切粒干燥;将共混物投入共挤吹膜机组制得薄膜;本发明具有防火、防水透气、强度大、拉伸率高等性能,可应用于汽车内饰、高速列车座椅,航空航天座椅内饰等领域。

Description

一种超薄阻燃防水透气聚氨酯薄膜及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超薄阻燃防水透气聚氨酯薄膜,本发明还涉及该聚氨酯薄膜的生产方法。
背景技术
热塑性聚氨酯薄膜具有柔软手感好,强度高,防风透气,绿色环保等突出特点而广泛应用于纺织复合面料,用于运动休闲,特种防护等领域。该种材料一般不防火,易燃,因而限制了其应用于汽车内饰、高速列车座椅,航空航天座椅内饰等领域。目前美国路博润公司,德国巴斯夫公司和亨斯迈公司均有推出防火级热塑性聚氨酯材料,不过一般只能应用于厚片和电线电缆。过高的阻燃剂填料含量和较低的熔体强度使这些材料在吹制起漠时成膜性极差,同时目前的商业化级别并不具备在防火的同时具备高湿性能。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷而提供一种防火、高透湿、超薄的热塑性聚氨酯薄膜。
本发明的另一个目的是要提供一种上述热塑性聚氨酯薄膜的制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种超薄阻燃防水透气聚氨酯薄膜,其特征在于其是由如下重量比的组份制备而成:聚乙二醇醚热塑性聚氨酯:55-83%、焦磷酸三聚氰胺7-23%、三芳基磷酸酯4-18%、聚丙烯酸树脂2-0%、开口剂4-12%、助剂0-0.25%。
上述超薄阻燃防水透气聚氨酯薄膜的生产方法,包括如下步骤:(1)、按如下重量比备料:料焦磷酸三聚氢胺7-23%、聚丙烯酸树脂2-10%、开口剂4-12%、助剂0-0.25%,将上述组分混合后,投入1号喂料器;(2)、将聚乙二醇醚热塑性聚氨酯用露点在-20℃以下的除湿干燥机在80-110℃烘干2-6小时,使水分含量低于0.03%,将此材料投入2号喂料器;(3)、将三芳基磷酸酯投入3号喂料器并保持恒温50℃±1℃;(4)、按配方比例分别设定一号、二号、三号喂料量的速度百分比;(5)、设定同向双螺杆挤出造料机组的料筒温度在160℃-210℃.螺杆转速30-600RPM(每分钟转数);(6)、启动三台喂料器投入原料,对熔融造粒的共混物进行除水切粒干燥;(7)、将经过除湿干燥,含水量低于0.02%的上述共混物投入单层或多层共挤吹膜机组,采用单层或多层调节制得厚度为10微米到100微米的薄膜。
聚乙二醇醚热塑型聚氨酯可选自美国路博润公司的58237,58245、MUT90、MUT80及台湾大东公司的产品。
焦磷酸三聚氰胺可采用瑞士汽巴公司的产品。
三芳基磷酸酯可采用瑞士汽巴嘉基公司的产品。
高分子量聚丙烯酸树脂选自罗门哈斯公司ParaloidK-400/k-415/k-435及阿托菲纳/三菱人造能公司的MetablewP530/531。
开口剂选自美国路博润公司Estane T5075、58236A1010。
助剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的热塑性聚氨酯薄膜具有防火、防水透气、强度大、拉伸率高等性能,可应用于汽车内饰、高速列车座椅,航空航天座椅内饰等领域。
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将200公斤美国路博润公司生产的型号为58237的聚乙二醇醚热塑型聚氨酯投入除湿式干燥机中以100℃干燥超过四个小时,再投入双螺杆造粒机的二号喂料器中;
取焦磷酸三聚氰氨36公斤、罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为K-400聚丙烯酸树脂10公斤、美国路博润公司生产的型号为75075开口剂16公斤用速度为300-800RPM的高混机混合5分钟后投入一号喂料器;
将18公斤芳基磷酸酯投入三号喂料器并恒温在50℃±1℃;
设定一号喂料器的喂料速率为31%,二号喂料器喂料速率为60%三号喂料器喂料速率为9%;
设定同向双螺杆挤出造粒机料筒温度在160℃-210℃,螺杆转速200RPM,开动三台喂料器,制得混合均匀的共混物;
对干燥的上述共混物采用精密吹膜设备吹制宽度对1.6米,厚度为20微米的薄膜。
实施例2
将200公斤美国路博润公司生产的型号为58237的聚乙二醇醚热塑型聚氨酯投入除湿式干燥机中以100℃干燥超过四个小时,再投入双螺杆造粒机的二号喂料器中;
取焦磷酸三聚氰氨36公斤、罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为K-400聚丙烯酸树脂10公斤、美国路博润公司生产的型号为75075开口剂16公斤、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯1公斤用速度为300-800RPM的高混机混合5分钟后投入一号喂料器;
将18公斤芳基磷酸酯投入三号喂料器并恒温在50℃±1℃;
设定一号喂料器的喂料速率为31%,二号喂料器喂料速率为60%三号喂料器喂料速率为9%;
设定同向双螺杆挤出造粒机料筒温度在160℃-210℃,螺杆转速200RPM,开动三台喂料器,制得混合均匀的共混物;
对干燥的上述共混物采用精密吹膜设备吹制宽度对1.6米,厚度为20微米的薄膜。
实施例3
取实施例1制得的薄膜进行性能测试如下:

Claims (2)

1.一种超薄阻燃防水透气聚氨酯薄膜,其特征在于其是由如下重量比的组份制备而成:聚乙二醇醚热塑性聚氨酯:55-83%、焦磷酸三聚氰胺7-23%、三芳基磷酸酯4-18%、聚丙烯酸树脂2-0%、开口剂4-12%、助剂0-0.25%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的一种超薄阻燃防水透气聚氨酯薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于其包括如下步骤:(1)、按如下重量比备料:料焦磷酸三聚氢胺7-23%、高分子量聚丙烯酸树脂2-10%、开口剂4-12%、助剂0-0.25%,将上述组分混合后,投入1号喂料器;(2)、将聚乙二醇醚热塑性聚氨酯用露点在-20℃以下的除湿干燥机在80-110℃烘干2-6小时,使水分含量低于0.03%,将此材料投入2号喂料器;(3)、将三芳基磷酸酯投入3号喂料器并保持恒温50℃±1℃;(4)、按配方比例分别设定一号、二号、三号喂料量的速度百分比;(5)、设定同向双螺杆挤出造料机组的料筒温度在160℃-210℃.螺杆转速30-600RPM;(6)、启动三台喂料器投入原料,对熔融造粒的共混物进行除水切粒干燥;(7)、将经过除湿干燥,含水量低于0.02%的上述共混物投入单层或多层共挤吹膜机组,采用单层或多层调节制得厚度为10微米到100微米的薄膜。
