本发明公开了一种非可钢Low-E镀膜玻璃异地加工包装方法,包括以下步骤:将玻璃进行镀膜;玻璃从镀膜室出来,贴静电保护膜;将放置玻璃的铁架上先放有外包装膜;将贴过膜的玻璃一片一片的放置到放有外包装膜的铁架上;在玻璃的上下方均放入干燥剂;将外包装膜把玻璃全部包起来,形成玻璃包,把外包装膜连接的地方密封;把外玻璃包内的空气抽出,再充入惰性气体;将玻璃包所有缝隙粘牢;在玻璃的角部以及绳子、棍子接触到外包装膜的地方用纸皮隔垫;装车后固定玻璃包的绳子用纸皮隔垫。本发明具有防止镀膜面被氧化、能避免批量性事故发生、提高成品率、简单方便的优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种玻璃异地加工包装方法,特别是一种Low-E镀膜玻璃异地加工包装方法。
背景技术:
目前,有许多客户直接从厂家订购Low-E镀膜玻璃进行异地加工,可是Low-E镀膜层在空气中易于被氧化或腐蚀,异地加工Low-E镀膜玻璃因为生产周期长、运输等问题存在较大风险,如果在包装或运输时操作不当就会使Low-E镀膜层被氧化或腐蚀,这样就给厂家和客户带去很大的损失。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种防止镀膜面被氧化、能避免批量性事故发生、提高成品率、简单方便的Low-E镀膜玻璃异地加工包装方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:Low-E镀膜玻璃异地加工包装方法,包括以下步骤:
A:将玻璃送入镀膜室进行镀膜;
B:玻璃从镀膜室出来,贴0.2~0.5mm的静电保护膜;
C:将放置玻璃的铁架上先放有0.75mm以上的外包装膜;
D:将贴过膜的玻璃一片一片的放置到放有外包装膜的铁架上;
E:在玻璃的上下方均放入干燥剂;
F:将外包装膜把玻璃全部包起来,形成玻璃包,并用透明胶带把外包装膜连接的地方密封;
G:用吸尘器把外玻璃包内的空气抽出,再用压缩气缸充入惰性气体;
H:再用胶带将玻璃包所有缝隙粘牢;
I:在玻璃的角部以及绳子、棍子接触到外包装膜的地方用纸皮隔垫;
J;装车后固定玻璃包的绳子用纸皮隔垫。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:防止镀膜面被氧化、能避免批量性事故发生、提高成品率,简单方便。
具体实施方式:
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
本发明Low-E镀膜玻璃异地加工包装方法的一种实施方式为:在给玻璃镀膜之前对玻璃的原材料也要进行检查,应采用新鲜(原片生产日期30天内)的浮法玻璃原片加工,之后按照交货期及时安排生产,生产计划必须与装车量衔接,按照交货期和装车量安排生产。
Low-E镀膜玻璃异地加工包装方法,包括以下步骤:
A:将玻璃送入镀膜室进行镀膜;
B:玻璃从镀膜室出来,对产品进行质检,重点检查清洗质量、颜色特性,贴0.2~0.5mm的静电保护膜,膜的厚度不可以太厚,如果太厚就不能完全贴附,粘帖性就不好,会有气泡,而且要求贴膜不允许存在破洞和较大的气泡,边部无翘起缝隙等;
C:将放置玻璃的铁架上先放有0.75mm以上的外包装膜;
D:将贴过膜的玻璃一片一片的放置到放有外包装膜的铁架上;
E:在玻璃的上下方均放入干燥剂,每包玻璃内放入干燥剂的量按照玻璃面积放入:50m2以下≤20包;50m2~100m2≤40包;100m2~150m2≤60包;150m2~200m2≤80包。;
F:将外包装膜把玻璃全部包起来,形成玻璃包,并用透明胶带把外包装膜连接的地方密封;
G:用吸尘器把外玻璃包内的空气抽出,再用压缩气缸充入惰性气体;
H:再用胶带将玻璃包所有缝隙粘牢;
I:在玻璃的角部以及绳子、棍子接触到外包装膜的地方用纸皮隔垫;
J;装车后固定玻璃包的绳子用纸皮隔垫,运输时用雨棚覆盖车体,避免雨水或潮气侵袭。
密封包装工作应该在镀膜生产完毕后24小时内完成,不能在露天的环境存放,存放的环境必须阴凉、干燥、通风,避免接触到水份或各类酸碱物质、强氧化性气体和溶解性有机溶剂,包装好后还要检查干燥剂放入量、密封状态、存放状态、装车状态等。
本发明具有防止镀膜面被氧化、能避免批量性事故发生、提高成品率,简单方便的优点。

1.一种Low-E镀膜玻璃的包装方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
A:对从镀膜室出来的玻璃,贴0.2~0.5mm的静电保护膜;
B:将放置玻璃的铁架上先放有0.75mm以上的外包装膜;
C:将贴过膜的玻璃一片一片的放置到放有外包装膜的铁架上;
D:在玻璃的上下方均放入干燥剂;
E:用外包装膜把玻璃全部包起来,形成玻璃包,并用透明胶带把外包装膜连接的地方密封;
F:用吸尘器把玻璃包内的空气抽出,再用压缩气缸充入惰性气体;
G:再用胶带将玻璃包所有缝隙粘牢;
H:在玻璃的角部以及绳子、棍子接触到外包装膜的地方用纸皮隔垫;
I;装车后固定玻璃包的绳子用纸皮隔垫。
