Abstract
管道接头件。涉及一种接头件。连接管A和管B，包括设有外螺纹的螺纹接头和与螺纹接头配合的螺母，螺纹接头内设有环形凹槽，管A的连接端设有使其嵌入螺纹接头环形凹槽内的环形凸台，管B的连接端设有环形凸台使螺母不从管B上脱落，管B连接端口设凹槽，凹槽内的O型圈气密封内接于管A。本发明彻底解决了因焊接、清洗等工艺流程中出现的制造缺陷和泄漏，实现了整体管路内部同质无焊接、免清洗、无污染、无泄漏及节约材料、降低成本、内部无氧化等目标。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接头件，尤其涉及一种连接两管道的镦铆接头件。
背景技术
管道接头件是连接两管道的中间件，以空调管件为例，目前国内空调管件的连接均采用铜螺纹接头、接嘴及螺母连接，管件和接头采用焊接形成一体式结构。此种连接方式存在以下缺陷：1)为了提高焊接质量，各接头件均采用同质的铜材料制成，由于目前铜价格的持续上涨，使企业的生产成本大幅度提升；2)焊接过程中，容易造成局部焊接处密封性能不佳，容易造成泄漏；3)焊接作业后，需对管件的连接处进行清洗，一般要清洗的部位在管件内部或缝隙处，给清洗工艺带来难度；4)清洗液多采用强酸物质工件及螺纹表面会受到不同程度的腐蚀，更重要的是环境会受到破坏。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷，目的在于提供一种无焊接、无污染亦能实现两管道双重密封连接的管道接头件。
本发明的技术方案是：本发明连接管A和管B，包括设有外螺纹的螺纹接头和与螺纹接头配合的螺母，螺纹接头内设有环形凹槽，管A的连接端设有使其嵌入螺纹接头环形凹槽内的环形凸台，管B的连 接端设有环形凸台使管B不能从螺母上脱落，管B的连接端口气密封内接于管A。
管A和管B的环形凸台采用镦铆变径工艺成型。
管B端口外径处和管A端口内径的气密封连接段设有环形凹槽，
由此和管A形成的径向空间处设密封圈。
本发明彻底解决了因焊接、清洗等工艺流程中出现的制造缺陷和泄漏，实现了整体管路内部同质无焊接、免清洗、无污染、无泄漏及节约材料、降低成本、内部无氧化等目标。

具体实施方式
本发明连接管A1和管B4，包括设有外螺纹的螺纹接头2和与螺纹接头2配合的螺母3，螺纹接头2内设有环形凹槽，管A1的连接端设有使其嵌入螺纹接头2环形凹槽内的环形凸台，管B4的连接端设有环形凸台使管B4不能从螺母3中脱落，管B4的连接端口气密封内接于管A1，本发明中管A1和管B4的环形凸台采用镦铆变径、旋压等工艺成型，管B4端口外径处和管A1端口内径的气密封连接 段设有环形凹槽，由此和管A1形成的径向空间处设密封圈5，同时在内端口处也设置密封圈5，实现双重密封。
以空调管件的连接为例，如图2、3所示，管A1为紫铜管，螺纹接头2为钢螺纹接头，管A1的连接端设有环形凸台，螺纹接头2设有环形凹槽，使用时，将经镦铆工艺加工后的管B4凹槽和环形凸台端面套上硅胶密封圈5及螺母3的连接管套入由螺纹接头2和管A1经镦铆工艺加工后的新型镦铆接头，实现管A1与管B4的内接，再经螺纹接头2上的外螺纹和螺母中的内螺纹相连接并紧固，实现两管定位、气密及紧固之功能。
如图1所示，两者结合时，管A1和管B4内接，设在管B4环形凹槽内和与管A1之间结合端面处的硅胶密封圈实现径向和端面双重密封，最后旋紧螺纹接头和螺母，实现管A1和管B4的固定。
通过以上说明，在空调管件中，接头由原来的铜接头改为钢接头，钢螺母替代了铜螺母，降低了生产成本。同时由于螺纹接头2、螺母3和管A1、管B4之间的连接为镦铆和机械连接，免去焊接工序，设计的径向和端面双重密封功能，彻底解决了因焊接带来的泄漏、清洗、环保等问题，本发明内部液体的流通段均为同一材质，不和外部接头接触，故不会造成异材化学反应和氧化造成管路污染。

Claims (2)
1.管道接头件，连接管A和管B，包括设有外螺纹的螺纹接头和与螺纹接头配合的螺母，管B的连接端设有环形凸台使螺母不从管B上脱落，管B连接端口设凹槽，凹槽内的O型圈气密封内接于管A，其特征在于，螺纹接头内设有环形凹槽，管A的连接端设有使其嵌入螺纹接头环形凹槽内的环形凸台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道接头件，其特征在于，管A和管B的环形凸台采用镦铆变径工艺成型。
