Abstract
本发明公开了一种连发钛夹钳,包括钳体和填装钛夹的钉仓。在使用过程中,将钉仓***钳体,捏紧手柄来实现钛夹的夹闭,放松手柄时完成下一枚钛夹的自动填装。本发明能够有效提高手术速度,缩短手术时间,也减小了器械在传递过程中钛夹脱落的可能性;其次,仅钛夹与钉仓为一次性器械,钳体可消毒重复使用,因此本发明的使用费用较廉价,能够减轻病人经济负担;另外,弯的钳头可以提供较大的视野,内藏式的结构部件有利于免受手术污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于结扎血管的手术器械,尤其涉及一种连发钛夹钳。
背景技术
在外科手术过程中,因出血而导致休克,甚至死亡是手术的主要风险之一。传统外科手段以结扎、缝合或者压迫血管来达到止血的效果,近年来出现的钛夹止血是一种新型的止血方式,其速度较传统方式有大幅提高,而手术速度快慢直接关系到手术出血量的多少;另一方面,钛夹止血较为可靠,而且组织相容性可,炎性反应较丝线小。在腹腔镜手术中,由于手术本身的特点限制了由丝线结扎来进行止血,因而钛夹止血成了的结扎大中型血管的主要手段。目前国内常用的有单发的钛夹钳,即手术过程中由器械护士完成每枚钛夹的填装,然后传递给手术者,每使用一枚钛夹需要手术者与器械护士传递两次,延长了手术时间,在腹腔镜手术中,延长手术时间的现象更为明显;另外,美国强生医疗器材有限公司生产的连发钛夹钳可以完成自动填装钛夹,不需要器械护士安装,也避免了器械的传递而浪费手术时间,但是该器械是一次性器械,价格昂贵,大大加重了病人的经济负担。
我国的专利申请中200710037750.6公开了一种半自动连发钛夹钳,其具备连发功能,也可以重复使用,但是其存在以下问题:首先钳头由钛钳上体和钛钳下体组成,钳头闭合时仅仅钛钳上体进行运动,而钛钳下体为始终固定状态,钛钳上体运动行程较大,不利于钛夹的闭合,另外,钳头为直钳头,容易遮挡视野;其次,钛夹在钛夹盒内的排列为串连排列,使钛夹从钛夹盒内的弹出相对复杂;再次,该钛夹钳填装钛夹为半自动化,需要额外的动作推送钛夹,较为不便;最后,钳体内的结构部件暴露在外,在重复使用之后容易受血污杂质等影响,一旦清洗不完全,会影响其使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全、快速、相对廉价的连发钛夹钳。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
包括钳体和填装有数枚钛夹的钉仓。
所述的钳体由钳头,钳头传动机构,钛夹推送机构和手柄构成。所述的钳头由能弹性形变的材料制成,由上钳头和下钳头组成,当钳头闭合时上钳头和下钳头同步相向运动;所述的钳头传动机构包括滑动环和传动杆,滑动环套在钳头尾部,滑动环向前滑动时能使钳头闭合,滑动环与传动杆的前端固定连接,传动杆后端通过第一连杆与手柄活动连接;所述的钛夹推送机构由推杆和引导推杆的导轨组成,推杆后端通过第二连杆和第三连杆与手柄活动连接。
所述的钉仓内的数枚钛夹为并联排列,钉仓内侧设有短弹片和长弹片,短弹片固定在长弹片上。
所述的钳头传动机构,钛夹推送机构,钉仓以及钛夹均位于圆柱型的外套管内。
所述的钳头方向与钳体轴向存在一定角度。
本发明具有的有益效果是:
首先,本发明能够有效提高手术速度,也避免了手术器械在手术者和器械护士间传递而造成钛夹脱落的风险;其次,本发明仅钛夹与钉仓部分为一次性医疗器械,其余部分可消毒重复使用,因此使用费用较廉价,适合国内目前生产力情况下的医疗市场。另外,弯的钳头可以提供较大的视野,内藏式的结构部件有利于免受手术污染等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明由钳体1和钉仓2组成,钳体1为可重复使用,钉仓2以及钉仓2内的钛夹8为一次性使用。
如图2所示,钳头3分成上钳头4、下钳头5、钳头尾部6和钳头腰部7组成。上钳头4和下钳头5相向面分别设有导轨17,导轨17内钛夹8能前后滑动。上钳头4和下钳头5分别通过细长的钳头腰部7在钳头尾部6连接,钳头尾部6通过定位销9固定在钳体1上。
如图3,图4所示,钳头传动机构包括滑动环10,传动杆11和手柄12。传动杆11前端与滑动环10固定连接,传动杆11后端与两根第一连杆15转动连接,两根第一连杆15分别与两个手柄12转动连接,手柄12通过手柄架13与钳体1转动连接。滑动环10套在钳头3的钳头尾部6,当捏动紧手柄12使之合拢时,第一连杆15推动传动杆11向钳头方向运动,从而推动滑动环10向钳头腰部7滑动,钳头3发生弹性形变,上钳头4和下钳头5相向运动直至合拢,从而夹闭钛夹8。手柄12与手柄架13之间装有扭力弹簧16,当放松手柄12时,手柄12自动弹开,传动杆11拖动滑动环10向钳头尾部6运动,从而钳头3张开,完成一次闭合周期。
如图5,图6所示,钛夹推送机构由推杆18,引导推杆的导轨17和手柄12组成。推杆18能在导轨17内前后滑动,推杆18后端与两根第二连杆19的一端转动连接,第二连杆19的另一端通过销21分别与两根第三连杆20的一端转动连接,两根第三连杆20的另一端分别于手柄12转动连接,其中销21放置于手柄槽14内。当捏紧手柄12时,销21在手柄槽14内向后端滑动,将推杆18向后拉动直至手柄12完全闭合,这个时候钉仓2内的钛夹8正处于推杆18的前端;当放松手柄12时,由于扭力弹簧16的作用手柄自动张开,推动推杆18向前移动,同时推杆18将钛夹8推向钳头3,当手柄12完全张开时,钛夹8被推到最前端,即上钳头4和下钳头5之间,完成一个钛夹8的自动填装过程,为下一步夹闭钛夹8做好准备。
如图7,图8所示,钉仓2内侧设有短弹片23和长弹片24,同时并联放置数枚钛夹8,短弹片23固定在长弹片24上,短弹片23推动钛夹8的尾端,长弹片24推动钛夹8的头端,均匀作用将钛夹8推向钉仓出口位22,钉仓出口位22前后端分别连接导轨17,钉仓出口位22位于推杆18的运动通路上。
如图9,图10所示,钳头传动机构,钛夹推送机构,钉仓2以及钛夹8均位于圆柱型的外套管25内,手术使用时尽可能防止了血污对结构部件的污染或者残留。钳头3的方向与钳体1的轴向存在一个偏角α,使钳头在手术过程中视野充分,另外更容易钳夹血管。
在使用前,将钉仓2***钳体1,盖上钉仓盖板26,通过盖板卡口27与钳体1固定。使用时,只要捏动手柄12,钛夹8即被夹闭,在松开手柄12的过程中,下一枚钛夹8自动从钉仓2被推送至钳头3的工作部位,完成一个工作周期。使用后,掀开钉仓盖板26,取出钉仓2,钳体1进行清洗并消毒。
上述具体实施方式用来解释说明本发明,而不是对本发明进行限制,在本发明的精神和权利要求的保护范围内,对本发明作出的任何修改和改变,都落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种连发钛夹钳,包括钳体(1)和填装有数枚钛夹(8)的钉仓(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连发钛夹钳,其特征在于:所述的钳体(1)由钳头(3),钳头传动机构,钛夹推送机构和手柄(12)构成。所述的钳头(3)由能弹性形变的材料制成,由上钳头(4)和下钳头(5)组成,当钳头(3)闭合时上钳头(4)和下钳头(5)同步相向运动;所述的钳头传动机构包括滑动环(10)和传动杆(11),滑动环(10)套在钳头尾部(6),滑动环(10)向前滑动时能使钳头(3)闭合,滑动环(10)与传动杆(11)的前端固定连接,传动杆(11)后端通过第一连杆(15)与手柄(12)活动连接;所述的钛夹推送机构由推杆(18)和引导推杆(18)的导轨(17)组成,推杆(18)后端通过第二连杆(19)和第三连杆(20)与手柄(12)活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连发钛夹钳,其特征在于:所述的钉仓(2)内的数枚钛夹(8)为并联排列,钉仓(2)内侧设有短弹片(23)和长弹片(24),短弹片(23)固定在长弹片(24)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连发钛夹钳,其特征在于:所述的钳头传动机构,钛夹推送机构,钉仓(2)以及钛夹(8)均位于圆柱型的外套管(25)内。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种连发钛夹钳,其特征在于:所述的钳头(3)方向与钳体(1)轴向存在一定角度。
