Abstract

一种便携式设备,其包括中空的本体和与本体一端连接的接口,所述本体包括依次连接的固定段、缓冲段和收容段,所述接口相连在固定段上相背缓冲段的端部,所述缓冲段的硬度小于所述固定段或收容段的硬度,以在所述固定段或收容段传递的外力下发生形变,所述固定段、缓冲段及收容段的四周侧面相平齐,所述便携式设备还包括处理电路,该处理电路位于本体中并与接口相连,用于进行数据处理。便携式设备在受到撞击时,缓冲段的弹性形变起到缓冲作用,从而减少接口受到的作用力,使得便携式设备不易损坏,使用更安全。

便携式设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子设备,尤其涉及一种通过自身接口直接与其它电子装置连接的便携式设备。
背景技术
如今,几乎所有的电脑主机都设有USB插座,用于与外部设备连接。若外部设备的接口也为USB插座,那就需要一根数据线作为连接中介。
为了省去这根数据线,一些较为小巧的移动存储设备(U盘),以及USB接口的无线网卡,移动证书等便携式产品都设置USB插头,如此,就可以直接插接在电脑主机上使用。
然而,当此类直插设备与电脑主机相连时,通常是直插设备完全依靠接口一端固定,其它部分悬置在电脑主机之外。当有东西撞击时,很容易损坏电脑主机上以及自身的USB接口,导致直插设备无法使用。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种不易损坏的便携式设备。
一种便携式设备,其包括中空的本体和与本体一端连接的接口,所述本体包括依次连接的固定段、缓冲段和收容段,所述接口相连在固定段上相背缓冲段的端部,所述缓冲段的硬度小于所述固定段或收容段的硬度,以在所述固定段或收容段传递的外力下发生形变,所述固定段、缓冲段及收容段的四周侧面相平齐,所述便携式设备还包括处理电路,该处理电路位于本体中并与接口相连,用于进行数据处理。
在使用上述便携式设备时,由于其本体的中间的缓冲段的硬度小于两侧的固定段或收容段的硬度,缓冲段受到在所述固定段或收容段传递的外力时将发生弹性形变。便携式设备在受到撞击时,缓冲段的弹性形变起到缓冲作用,从而较少受到接口的作用力,使得便携式设备不易损坏,使用更安全。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,其为一较佳实施方式的便携式设备10立体图,该便携式设备10包括呈长条形状且中空的本体200和与本体200一端连接的接口100,本实施方式中,该接口100为USB接口。
本体200为长方体状,其包括依次连接的三个部分:固定段202、缓冲段204和收容段206。接口100相连在固定段202上相背缓冲段204的端部。其中,固定段202和收容段206由硬质材料制成,用于保护内部电路,如硬塑料。缓冲段204由软质材料制成,如橡胶。
请同时参阅图2和图3,图2为图1所示便携式设备10的分解图,图3为图1所示的便携式设备沿III-III方向的剖面分解视图。固定段202和收容段206在与缓冲段204相连的端部设有第一连接部222,该第一连接部222为方形环状凹槽。与之对应的,缓冲段204在与固定段202和收容段206相连的两端部分别设有与第一连接部222匹配的第二连接部242,该第二连接部242为方形环状凸起。缓冲段204的方形环状凸起(第二连接部242)嵌入到固定段202和收容段206的方形环状凹槽(第一连接部222)中,即可实现三个部分的依次连接。便携式设备10还包括处理电路600、连接电路500和连接线400。处理电路600位于收容段206中;连接电路500位于固定段202中,处理电路600利用穿过缓冲段204的连接线400与连接电路500相连,连接电路500与接口100连接。其它实施方式中,处理电路600还可以利用穿过缓冲段204的连接线400直接与接口100相连。处理电路600用于进行数据处理工作,连接电路500作为连接线400与接口100电性连接的中介。
在使用上述便携式设备10时,由于其本体200的中间一段(缓冲段204)由软质材料制成,其硬度小于两侧的固定段202或收容段206的硬度,缓冲段204在所述固定段202或收容段206传递的外力下发生弹性形变,其它实施方式中还可以使用一些可变形的结构件代替缓冲段204。便携式设备10在受到撞击时,缓冲段204的弹性形变起到缓冲作用,从而较少受到接口100的作用力,使得便携式设备10不易损坏,使用更安全。
请参阅图4,其为另一较佳实施方式的便携式设备20的分解图(为方便试图,本实施方式省略了连接线以及电路部分的图示及说明),其也包括接口100’,固定段202’、缓冲段204’和收容段206’,其与图1所示的便携式设备10的区别在于,固定段202’和收容段206’与缓冲段204’相连的端部设置的第一连接部222’为方形环状凸起,缓冲段204的两端可以直接套在该方形环状凸起上,以实现三者连接。缓冲段204与固定段202’和收容段206’还可以有很多变化,如用螺丝固定、用胶水粘以及热熔融等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (11)

1.一种便携式设备,其包括中空的本体和与本体连接的接口,其特征在于:所述本体包括依次连接的固定段、缓冲段和收容段,所述接口相连在固定段上相背缓冲段的端部,所述缓冲段的硬度小于所述固定段或收容段的硬度,以在所述固定段或收容段传递的外力下发生形变,所述固定段、缓冲段及收容段的四周侧面相平齐,所述便携式设备还包括处理电路,该处理电路位于本体中并与接口相连,用于进行数据处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述固定段和收容段与缓冲段相连的端部设有第一连接部,所述缓冲段与固定段和收容段相连的两端部分别设有与第一连接部匹配的第二连接部,所述第一连接部和第二连接部用于配合地将固定段、缓冲段和收容段连接在一起。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和第二连接部分别为凹槽和凸起中的一种。
4.如权利要求2所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和第二连接部中的一种为环状凸起。
5.如权利要求1所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述处理电路位于所述收容段中,并利用穿过所述缓冲段的连接线与接口相连。
6.如权利要求5所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述便携式设备还包括连接电路,其位于所述固定段中,所述接口与该连接电路相连,所述处理电路利用穿过所述缓冲段的连接线与连接电路相连。
7.如权利要求1所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述接口为USB。
8.如权利要求1所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述本体为长条形。
9.如权利要求1所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述缓冲段由软性材料制成。
10.如权利要求1所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述固定段和收容段由硬质材料制成。
11.如权利要求1所述的便携式设备,其特征在于,所述便携式电子设备为移动式存储设备、无线网卡或电子证书。
