一种基于快速开关和触发真空开关的故障限流器,包括有并联的快速开关(1)和限流电阻(2),其中快速开关(1)的两端之间串接有第一脉冲电容(3)、第一电感器(4)和第一触发真空开关(5);限流电阻(2)的两端之间串接有第二脉冲电容(6)、第二电感器(7)和第二触发真空开关(8)。本发明,1)使短路电流不会达到无限流状况下的第一个电流峰值;2)使快速开关的电弧电流迅速过零而熄弧;3)触发速度快,能通过大脉冲电流,能在脉冲电流过零时熄弧;4)能迅速抑制短路电流;5)***短路后自动限流处理,保证供电质量,节省网建开支。

Description

一种基于快速开关和触发真空开关的故障限流器
技术领域
本发明属于电气工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于快速开关和触发真空开关的故障限流器,该限流器适用于电力***发生短路故障时的自动快速限流处理。
背景技术
近年来,我国电力***的电流短路故障率随着电源容量的增长和电网规模的扩大而急剧上升,发电机和主变压器在发生近区短路时,短路电流可以达到或超过80~100kA水平。而现有断路器面对如此大的短路电流,经过实践检验暴露出以下问题:
(1)、额定短路开断电流小于63kA,开断能力不能满足要求;
(2)、不具备限流功能,全开断时间长达60~200ms。开断前,发电机和变压器常因经不住短路电流第一个周波的电动力冲击即被其损坏。
目前限制短路电流的主要措施还有采用限流电抗器,采用高阻抗变压器或改变运行方式的,但所有这些措施都存在着或增加能耗、或降低电能质量、或降低供电能力以及供电可靠性差等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对已知限流技术存在的缺陷,设计一种基于快速开关和触发真空开关的故障限流器,使用该限流器可实现电力***短路故障自动限流处理,使之既能保证电能质量与正常供电时的电能质量相同,又能保证短路故障发生时短路电流对电气设备的损害减小到最大程度,从而有利于电力***的安全稳定运行,同时还可以为电网节省建设开支。
本发明的技术解决方案是,所述基于快速开关和触发真空开关的故障限流器,如图1所示,包括有并联的快速开关1和限流电阻2。其中所述快速开关1的两端之间依次串接有第一脉冲电容3、第一电感器4和第一触发真空开关5;所述限流电阻2的两端之间依次串接有第二脉冲电容6、第二电感器7和第二触发真空开关8。
本发明的工作原理是:该限流器串接在电力***的线路上,第一脉冲电容3和第二脉冲电容6按图1中所示的电压极性预先充电。正常供电时,快速开关1处于闭合状态,电力***的线路电流流过快速开关1,限流器几乎不产生能耗。当电力***发生短路故障时,线路电流迅速增大,当电流大于设定的阈值时,快速开关1迅速开断,但短路电流仍以电弧电流的形式存在;此时根据快速开关1中短路电流的实际方向,触发导通相应的第一触发真空开关5或第二触发真空开关8,由第一脉冲电容3或第二脉冲电容6通过第一电感器4或第二电感器7谐振放电,提供一个与快速开关1中短路电流方向相反的脉冲电流,从而实现快速开关1中短路电流的迅速过零而熄弧,于是短路电流的大部分也由快速开关1转移到相应的第一脉冲电容3的支路或第二脉冲电容6的支路,小部分转移到限流电阻2;流过第一脉冲电容3或第二脉冲电容6的短路电流,使该脉冲电容迅速反向谐振充电,达到较高的反压。相应的,第一触发真空开关5或第二触发真空开关8也会由于电流过零而熄弧,从而将短路电流全部转移至限流电阻2中,限流电阻2能够迅速地抑制线路上的短路电流。整个限流过程在故障发生后的几个ms内完成,使电力***的故障电流被限流器限制下来。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)、使用快速开关,开断时间不大于2ms,使短路电流不会达到无限流状况下的第一个电流峰值;
2)、使用预先充电的脉冲电容放电,提供反向的脉冲电流,使快速开关的电弧电流迅速过零而熄弧;
3)、使用触发真空开关控制脉冲电容的放电,既能保证触发速度快,又能通过大脉冲电流,还能在脉冲电流过零时熄弧;
4)、限流电阻的串入,能够迅速地抑制线路上的短路电流;
5)、使用该装置可实现电力***发生短路故障后的自动限流处理,既能保证正常供电时的电能质量,又能在短路故障发生时很大程度上减少短路电流对电气设备的损害,从而有利于电力***的安全稳定运行。且较小的短路电流可以选择使用遮断容量较小的断路器,由此节省设备选型和电网建设的开支。

具体实施方式
图1所示为本发明基于快速开关和触发真空开关的故障限流器一个具体的实施例。该实施例中的快速开关1,采用中国武汉市华中科技大学高电压工程系研制的KSKG-10型10kV、2000A电磁斥力快速开关,该开关采用四川成都的凯赛尔电子有限公司生产的TD-12/2500-40真空灭弧室,额定电压12kV、额定电流2500A、额定短路开断电流40kA,利用通以脉冲电流的盘式线圈与金属盘中涡流之间的电磁斥力作为操动力,开断操作时的满行程时间可控制在2ms。限流电阻2采用武汉市绍新特种电气股份有限公司生产的DZ-3000A/2Ω型电阻,单相阻值2Ω,额定电压6kV、额定电流3kA、额定工作时间1s,允许温升300K。第一脉冲电容3与第二脉冲电容6采用浙江上虞华创电气技术有限公司生产的MKMJ30-60型脉冲电容器,该电容器为金属化膜自愈式电容器,额定电压30kV,额定电容量60μF。第一电感器4与第二电感器7采用湖北咸宁阳光特种电器公司生产的绕线电感器,额定电感值10μH。第一触发真空开关5与第二触发真空开关8采用广东珠海宇光电子有限公司生产的ZKTC100/50型触发真空开关,额定电压10kV,可通过70kA的脉冲电流。上述快速开关1、限流电阻2、第一脉冲电容3、第一电感4、第一触发真空开关5、第二脉冲电容6、第二电感7、第二触发真空开关8按照上述技术解决方案即附图1所示电路连接,即将快速开关1与限流电阻2并联。第一脉冲电容3、第一电感器4和第一触发真空开关5依次串接于快速开关1的两端之间;第二脉冲电容6、第二电感器7和第二触发真空开关8依次串接于限流电阻2的两端之间。
上述结构的本发明的基于快速开关和触发真空开关的故障限流器,经试制试用被证明限流效果良好,工作稳定、安全可靠,完全达到设计要求。

1.一种基于快速开关和触发真空开关的故障限流器,其特征是,它包括有并联的快速开关(1)和限流电阻(2),其中所述快速开关(1)的两端之间依次串接有第一脉冲电容(3)、第一电感器(4)和第一触发真空开关(5);所述限流电阻(2)的两端之间依次串接有第二脉冲电容(6)、第二电感器(7)和第二触发真空开关(8)。
