Abstract

本发明是一种交通运输技术领域的单杆移动倾摆型公交电车受电弓,本发明底架上摆动驱动装置的动力输出端连接导轨架,导轨架铰接支承在底架上,其上设有弓顶杆和移弓驱动装置,弓顶杆由移弓驱动装置作用可沿导轨架做垂直于电车行驶方向的横侧向移动伸出车顶,两极导电弓体分别通过绝缘体支承在弓顶杆的下部,互相绝缘形成双受电体,导轨架、移弓驱动装置、弓顶杆在摆动驱动装置的作用下可摆动升降,两极导电弓体从而能够分别靠向并紧密接触双导线受电。本发明结构简单、候车站区美观且对行驶车辆无任何约束、工作安全可靠。

Description

单杆移动倾摆型公交电车受电弓
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种交通运输技术领域的充电式公交车辆的受电装置,特别是一种横侧向受电的单杆移动倾摆型公交电车受电弓。
背景技术
目前城市公共交通领域采用超级电容蓄能的公交电车或无轨电车已进入商业运行或试运行,其车载较少量的超级电容器,因此车辆自重较轻、行驶灵便快速,只需利用到达终点站和某些中间停靠站停车时的短时快速补充充电,即可在全运营线路上不中断的行驶。由于该技术可以大部取消公交线路沿途的原有无轨电车架空供电接触线网或馈电线网,仅仅在终点站和某些中间停靠站的站区行驶道路上方留存一段充电专用的接触线网,使无轨电车脱离了传统形式的架空供电接触线网以及车顶集电杆和集电滑履的行驶约束,因此不会发生行驶中集电滑履跳离导线并导致断线断电停驶、交通阻塞等事故,也因为没有架空供电接触线网的存在而使城市大街上空景观美化,同时又能体现无轨电车行驶低噪音、无排放污染、起动及上坡快的特点。
经文献检索发现,中国专利号:ZL03142211.X,名称为:双线受电式无轨电车集电弓,该发明专利自述为“包括:底架、下臂杆、拉杆、升弓弹簧、上臂杆、平衡杆、弓头座横杆、气缸、弓顶横杆、弓顶导电滑板、绝缘座、绝缘棒、弓头弹簧;底架、下臂杆、拉杆、上臂杆、平衡杆、弓头座横杆六者之间构成了两个双联的平面四连杆机构,各杆活动连接,弓顶导电滑板在中部由绝缘棒隔断形成双受电体并通过绝缘座固定在弓顶横杆上,弓顶横杆与弓头座横杆在中部活动连接,两端通过弓头弹簧联接,当底架上的气缸和升弓弹簧使下臂杆摆动时,托平弓顶导电滑板升降。本发明车辆线网约束少、弓网接触性能好、工作安全可靠、可随电车行驶中出入网”。该发明虽然采用电车车顶可升降的双线集电弓受电方式,其自动升降双线对线入网约束少,能够用于站区充电式无轨电车的双线受电、充电;但是从其技术“两个双联的平面四连杆机构”和“当底架上的气缸和升弓弹簧使下臂杆摆动时,托平弓顶导电滑板升降”,以及“可随电车行驶中出入网”可知,该双线受电式集电弓工作时做升降运动,其弓顶导电滑板是从架空的站区车辆行驶道路上方的专用充电馈电线网受电,由于这一馈电电源触线的存在,无论其是通过街边人行道的电杆上引出还是通过街边公交候车站的站棚上引出,仍然对其它超高车辆如某些工程车辆和特种运输车辆的行驶造成约束,而且充电式无轨电车候车站的站区因此不够美观;并且,下臂杆、拉杆、上臂杆、平衡杆、弓头座横杆等构成了两个双联的平面四连杆机构使得集电弓的形式和结构复杂,因此该类技术存在缺陷,应用范围依然受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中从候车站区车辆行驶道路上方的馈电线受电之不足,提供一种单杆移动倾摆型公交电车受电弓。以其横侧向伸出、从公交电车候车站站棚上方的馈电线受电方式,彻底取消车辆行驶道路上方和站区道路上方的馈电线网及其限制,而同样能够满足站区充电式公交电车或无轨电车进站升弓入网受流快速充电、离站降弓的要求。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,本发明包括:底架、导电弓体、绝缘体、导轨架、摆动驱动装置、弓顶杆、移弓驱动装置,本受电弓设置于公交电车的车顶上或者公交电车候车站的站棚顶上,摆动驱动装置对应位于公交电车的车顶上或者公交电车候车站的站棚上,摆动驱动装置或者位于底架上,摆动驱动装置的动力输出端连接导轨架的一端,对应导轨架的另一端铰接支承在底架上,导轨架上设有弓顶杆和移弓驱动装置,移弓驱动装置的动力输出端连接弓顶杆,弓顶杆由移弓驱动装置作用、受导轨架的约束并导向可沿导轨架做垂直于公交电车行驶方向的横侧向移动,伸出或缩回公交电车的车顶或者公交电车候车站的站棚顶,导电弓体的两端或一端弯曲制作成数个S形结构,或者导电弓体的两端或一端连接弹簧,或者导电弓体的一端弯曲制作成数个S形结构而另一端连接弹簧,或者导电弓体的两端均不设S形结构和弹簧,两根或两组导电弓体分别通过绝缘体支承在弓顶杆的下部,互相绝缘形成双受电体,导电弓体另电气联接公交电车的车载蓄电控制装置或/和充电装置,或者导电弓体另电气联接供电端电源或/和充电装置,导轨架、移弓驱动装置、弓顶杆连同导电弓体在摆动驱动装置的作用下可绕导轨架的铰接支承端摆动升降,两根或两组导电弓体从而能够分别靠向并紧密接触位于公交电车候车站的站棚上方或者公交电车车顶上的双馈电导线或双导线受电。
所述的摆动驱动装置、移弓驱动装置可以分别是气缸或者电机及齿轮减速箱的组合或者电机、减速箱及齿轮齿条的组合或者电动推杆。
所述的两根或两组导电弓体各自的长度均小于其安装位置的中心连线之距离,从而保证在公交电车停车位置不正的情况下,两根或两组导电弓体中同一极性体不会同时接触双馈电导线或双导线而造成电气短路。
在所述的在底架或/和导轨架或/和摆动驱动装置或/和弓顶杆或/和移弓驱动装置上,设置行程开关或者位移传感器或者力传感器,其根据导轨架或/和摆动驱动装置或/和弓顶杆或/和移弓驱动装置的运动、位置状态或者导电弓体触及双馈电导线或双导线后,感受位移或压力发出信号,从而控制另设的受电开关随后自动接通并给公交电车充电。
本发明两根或两组导电弓体随无轨电车在站区道路范围内自动升降、横移伸出对线入网方便无约束,可以同时接触双导线受流充电,导电弓体的两端或者一端弯曲制作成数个S形结构如同弹簧,在导电弓体的中部就能够产生较大的弹性变形并且能够高低弹性浮动,因此可以适应路面、车辆轮胎的充气状况、车载导致的电车悬架底盘高度、两根或两组导电弓体与双导线之间存在的高度差等的变化,使受电弓保持与馈电线网的紧密接触;本发明使彻底去除车辆行驶道路上方的接触线网成为可能,而在公交电车候车站站棚上方设置的馈电线网对过往的一切车辆无任何约束,且该馈电线网与公交电车候车站的站棚可以设计为一体,因此充电式公交电车候车站站区美观。
本发明受电弓只有导电弓体、绝缘体和弓顶杆,只用一个可摆动的导向移动机构,而不是现有技术的下臂杆、拉杆、上臂杆、平衡杆、弓头座横杆等构成的两个双联的平面四连杆机构,因此组成构件少,结构更为简单;由于馈电线网设置在站区充电式公交电车候车站的站棚上方,配合设置的行程开关或者位移传感器或者力传感器,其根据受电弓的运动、位置状态可以控制受电开关的通、断,因此电车停靠、充电工作、运行使用仍然安全。本发明具有结构简单合理、充电馈电线网对各种行驶车辆无任何约束、充电式公交电车候车站站区美观、弓网接触性能好、工作安全可靠的特点,适用于超级电容蓄能的站区充电式公交电车或无轨电车,作为其充电的受电装置。

如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,本实施例包括:底架1、导电弓体2、绝缘体3、导轨架4、摆动驱动装置5、弓顶杆6、移弓驱动装置7,本受电弓设置于公交电车8的车顶上或者公交电车候车站9的站棚顶上,摆动驱动装置5对应位于公交电车8的车顶上或者公交电车候车站9的站棚上,摆动驱动装置5或者位于底架1上,摆动驱动装置5的动力输出端连接导轨架4的一端10,对应导轨架4的另一端11铰接支承在底架1上,导轨架4上设有弓顶杆6和移弓驱动装置7,移弓驱动装置7的动力输出端连接弓顶杆6,弓顶杆6由移弓驱动装置7作用、受导轨架4的约束并导向可沿导轨架4做垂直于公交电车8行驶方向的横侧向移动,伸出或缩回公交电车8的车顶或者公交电车候车站9的站棚顶,导电弓体2的两端或一端弯曲制作成数个S形结构14,或者导电弓体2的两端或一端连接弹簧15,或者导电弓体2的一端弯曲制作成数个S形结构14而另一端连接弹簧15,或者导电弓体2的两端均不设S形结构14和弹簧15,两根或两组导电弓体2分别通过绝缘体3支承在弓顶杆6的下部,互相绝缘形成双受电体,导电弓体2另电气联接公交电车8的车载蓄电控制装置或/和充电装置,或者导电弓体2另电气联接供电端电源或/和充电装置,导轨架4、移弓驱动装置7、弓顶杆6连同导电弓体2在摆动驱动装置5的作用下可绕导轨架4的铰接支承端11摆动升降,两根或两组导电弓体2从而能够分别靠向并紧密接触位于公交电车候车站9的站棚上方或者公交电车8车顶上的双馈电导线或双导线12受电。
所述的摆动驱动装置5、移弓驱动装置7可以分别是气缸或者电机及齿轮减速箱的组合或者电机、减速箱及齿轮齿条的组合或者电动推杆。
所述的两根或两组导电弓体2各自的长度均小于其安装位置的中心连线之距离,从而保证在公交电车8停车位置不正的情况下,两根或两组导电弓体2中同一极性体不会同时接触双馈电导线或双导线12而造成电气短路。
如图1和图3所示,在所述的在底架1或/和导轨架4或/和摆动驱动装置5或/和弓顶杆6或/和移弓驱动装置7上,设置行程开关或者位移传感器或者力传感器13,其根据导轨架4或/和摆动驱动装置5或/和弓顶杆6或/和移弓驱动装置7的运动、位置状态或者导电弓体2触及双馈电导线或双导线12后,感受位移或压力发出信号,从而控制另设的受电开关随后自动接通并给公交电车8充电。
本实施例工作时,当公交电车8驶入并停靠在公交电车候车站9的站区地面道路上的交通标识白线16内后,移弓驱动装置7推动弓顶杆6连同导电弓体2伸出公交电车8的横侧向车顶外,然后摆动驱动装置5推动导轨架4、移弓驱动装置7、弓顶杆6连同导电弓体2摆动降下,使两根或两组导电弓体2分别靠紧、接触公交电车候车站9站棚顶上的双馈电导线12从而受电、充电;充电完毕,摆动驱动装置5反向动作致导轨架4、移弓驱动装置7、弓顶杆6连同导电弓体2摆动上抬,移弓驱动装置7将弓顶杆6连同导电弓体2移动收回至原起始位置。
