Abstract

本发明涉及一种能够快速测量判断弯扭导叶片端部形状和长度是否符合要求的检测装置。由内、外环对比块、支撑板和底板构成,所述内、外环对比块分别固定在底板两端;在所述底板上端面开有一个或多个与内、外环对比块平行的槽,所述支撑板分别通过槽与底板连接。通过支撑板将弯扭导叶片支撑在内、外环对比块之间,由于内环对比块与外环对比块之间各位置的距离为相应的导叶片的标准长度,因此只需看弯扭导叶片的内、外环与内、外环对比块是否吻合,即可快速判断其是否符合端部形状和长度要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种量具,特别涉及一种弯扭导叶片端部形状和长度测量检测装置。
背景技术
我们在生产弯扭导叶片的过程中,为保证产品质量,需要对弯扭导叶片进行端部形状和长度检测,而传统的方法采用量具直接测量长度,看其是否在误差范围内,其存在误差大,需测量次数多的缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够快速测量判断弯扭导叶片长度是否符合要求的检测装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种弯扭导叶片长度检测装置,由内、外环对比块、支撑板和底板构成,其刨新点在于:所述内、外环对比块分别固定在底板两端;在所述底板上端面开有两条与内、外环对比块平行的槽,所述支撑板分别通过槽与底板连接。
本发明的优点在于:通过支撑板将弯扭导叶片支撑在内、外环对比块之间,由于内环对比块与外环对比块之间各位置的距离为相应的导叶片的标准长度,因此只需看弯扭导叶片的内、外环与内、外环对比块是否吻合,即可快速判断其是否符合标准端部形状和长度要求。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明由内环对比块2、外环对比块3、支撑板4和底板1构成。
其具体结构为:内环对比块2固定在底板1的一端,且内环对比块2的内侧面为可与标准弯扭导叶片的内环吻合的仿形结构;外环对比块3固定在底板1的另一端,且所述外环对比块3的内侧面为可与标准弯扭导叶片的外环吻合的仿形结构;我们将内环对比块2与外环对比块3之间各位置的距离调整为相应位置导叶片的标准长度,因此我们检测时,只需要看弯扭导叶片的内、外环与内、外环对比块2、3的内侧面的漏光度或者贴合度,就判断其是否符合端部形状和长度要求。
为使得更好的判断内、外环与内、外环对比块2、3的内侧面的漏光度或者贴合度,我们在底板1的上端面开有两个与内、外环对比块2、3平行的槽5,支撑板4分别通过槽5与底板1连接。其中,支撑板4的上端面分别为相应位置标准导叶片内弧型面相吻合的仿形结构。通过支撑板4可将弯扭导叶片架在内、外环对比块2、3之间,就能够更好的判断其漏光度,采用这种装置使得检测更加准确快速,提高了检测效率。

1.一种弯扭导叶片端部形状和长度检测装置,由内、外环对比块、支撑板和底板构成,其特征在于:所述内、外环对比块分别固定在底板两端;在所述底板上端面开有两条与内、外环对比块平行的槽,所述支撑板分别通过槽与底板连接。
