Abstract

本发明为一种换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构,其包括:设有进、出气口的上鞋垫,下鞋垫和中间面积较小的泡棉垫;其中,黏设布料或皮革的可塑性材料的上鞋垫一体成型时,与脚底接触的上鞋垫正面,在脚后跟部位设置凸出面,并在凸出面边缘低处设置数个进气口;并配合在脚前掌部位设置若干个任意形状,且槽底处设置有数个出气口分布的凹槽;由此配合使用密度较大的泡棉垫,且在泡棉垫上分布冲设有若干个小孔;而在不承受压力的脚弓部位,则密集冲孔开设若干个大孔;如此结构即可达到增加空气的流通顺畅和容气量增大的最佳换气效果。

换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构,特别涉及的是一种针对改善设有进、出气口的上鞋垫,下鞋垫和中间夹层面积较小的泡棉垫所组成的弹性鞋垫;其通过上鞋垫成型时,与脚底接触面,在脚后跟部位设置边缘低处开设有数个进气口的凸出面;并配合在脚前掌部位设置若干个任意形状,且槽底处设置有数个出气口分布的凹槽,并使用密度较大、耐压缩性的泡棉垫,且在泡棉垫上分布冲设有若干个小孔洞;而在不承受压力的脚弓部位,则密集冲孔开设若干个大孔洞;由此结构达到使其空气流通、换气的效果可明显增强。
背景技术
现有具有换气功能的鞋垫,具备有气室,气室上方与脚底接触的上鞋垫,在脚后跟位设置有进气口、与在脚前掌位设立数个出气口。
如见US专利4215492,Aug.05,1980;US专利,5010661,May30,1991;US专利5333397,Aug.02,1994;US专利4224746,SeP.30,1980;WO97/04676A1,Feb.13,1997;中国新型专利925176,07/18/2007具有换气功能的鞋垫等专利前案。
而在鞋垫内部的气室,有泡棉垫(或称呼海绵垫)填入装设的,则有US专利4224746,SeP.30,1980;US专利6006447,Dec.28,1999;WO97/04676A1;中国新型专利925176,07/18/2007等专利前案。
但,上述坊间暨专利前案中可见的换气鞋垫结构,因为与脚底接触的上鞋垫如果为平整面,当抬脚离地时,如果鞋子紧绷,其进气口容易被脚后跟盖住,使得空气不容易由进气口流入气室;脚踩踏下压鞋垫时,出气口若被脚前掌盖住,造成气室内部空气不容易由出气口流出,而普遍存在空气流通不顺畅的缺点。
再且,上述的换气鞋垫结构的气室,若是由上、下鞋垫和中间的泡棉垫组成,空隙大密度低的泡棉垫,容气量虽然较多,但是容易弹性疲乏被压扁;反之空隙小密度较大的泡棉垫,其优点为弹性佳不容易被压扁,但是容气量较小,空气不容易流通,且空气通过密度较大的泡棉垫,也会有撞击摩擦生热源的缺点发生。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,是在提供一种换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构;其中,在与脚底接触的上鞋垫正面,在脚后跟部位设置有平缓的圆锥体或其它形状柱体、锥体的凸出面;使配合在凸出面边缘低处设置数个进气口,当穿鞋者抬脚离地,凸出面会顶住脚后跟,在低处的进气口不会被脚后跟盖住,空气容易由进气口流入气室;由此达到充足进气量进入换气的积极效果。
本发明的次一目的,仍在提供一种换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构;其中,在上鞋垫正面,脚前掌部位设置一些凹槽,在凹槽内设置数个出气口,当穿鞋者行走,脚踩踏下压鞋垫时,脚前掌不会盖住出气口,气室内的空气容易由出气口流出;由此达到进行换气顺畅的积极效果。
本发明的再一目的,仍在提供一种换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构;其中,使用空隙小密度较大的泡棉垫,泡棉垫上分布冲设若干个小孔洞;而在不受压力的脚弓部位可以密集冲设若干个大孔洞,以增加容气量和方便空气的流通;由此达到大流量的换气效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明上述的和另外的技术特征和优点作更详细的说明。
请首先配合参阅图1、图1-A和图2、图2-A所示:
可清楚了解本发明主要是在表面可黏设布料或皮革11、11A等的可塑性材料12、12A上鞋垫1、1A在一体成型时,其正面1-1、1A-1的脚后跟部位得设置凸出面18、18A;而在凸出面18、18A边缘17、17A设置数个进气口15、15A;而所述的凸出面18、18A可以是平缓的圆锥体(如图1-A所示),或其它形状柱体、锥体等(如图2-A所示)均可适用。
其中,凸出面18、18A的设置,除可以上鞋垫1、1A在一体成型时制成;也可改以凸出片181黏贴的方式,在上鞋垫1、1A的脚后跟部位作凸出设置(如图1-B所示),相同达到如图1-A所示的凸出面18设置效果。
另在,上鞋垫1在一体成型时,在其正面1-1,1A-1前段的脚前掌部位P2,设置一些凹槽19、19A,在凹槽19、19A内设置数个出气口16、16A。上鞋垫1底面1-2、1A-2,一体成型时在中央部位凹设一容置槽14、14A,并在其容置槽14、14A四周形成框围13、13A,再在容置槽14、14A内放置一相同轮廓的泡棉垫2;而所述的泡棉垫2是一种具有弹性的、多孔性、透气性,可用不同材质制成的发泡物品。
再由容置槽14、14A四周形成的框围13、13A,与下鞋垫3贴合,如此组成下鞋垫3、3A与上鞋垫底面1-2、1A-2四周形成的框围13、13A黏合,可以形成一个气室R的换气鞋垫(如请配合参阅图3-A、图3-B)。
通过上述结构,即如图3-A所示:穿鞋者使用改进的本发明换气鞋垫行走时,当穿鞋者抬脚离地,因架高的凸出面18会顶住脚后跟P1,使设置在低处的进气口15不会被脚后跟P1盖住,空气AIR容易大量的由进气口15流入气室R,达到积极换气的效果。
再如图3-B所示:穿鞋者使用改进的本发明换气鞋垫行走时,当穿鞋着行走,脚踩踏下压鞋垫时,架空的凹槽19会令所述的其位于低处的出气口16不会被脚前掌P2盖住,而使得气室R内的空气AIR容易由出气口16流出;达到换气顺畅进行的效果者。
又如图3-A、图3-B所示:本发明换气鞋垫可采用空隙小密度较大的泡棉垫2,在泡棉垫2上分布冲设若干个小孔21;而不承受压力的脚弓P3部位,则可以密集冲设若干个大孔22,如此,可以增加泡棉垫2被压缩暨回复过程的容气量,并还有助空气的流通性,达到大流量的换气效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对本发明而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。本专业技术人员理解,在本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构,其包括:设有进气口和出气口的可塑性材质上鞋垫、未设有进气口和出气口的下鞋垫、以及面积较小并夹设在上鞋垫与下鞋垫中间且未设有进气口和出气口的泡棉垫;其特征在于:所述的上鞋垫一体成型时,与脚底接触的上鞋垫正面,在脚后跟部位设置有一凸出面;其中,所述的凸出面边缘低处设置数个进气口;且所述上鞋垫底面凹设有一四周形成框围的容置槽;所述容置槽内放置相同轮廓的所述泡棉垫;所述容置槽四周框围与所述下鞋垫贴合,形成上、下鞋垫间的气室;空气由所述进气口流入所述气室,所述气室内的空气由所述出气口流出;
另在脚前掌部位设置至少一个凹槽;其中,所述的凹槽底处设置有数个出气口;在空气流通换气过程中,进气口、出气口均不会受到使用者脚部贴近阻挡;与所述的脚底接触的上鞋垫正面,在脚前掌部位设置的所述的凹槽,其边缘低处设置有出气口架空效果的至少一凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构;其特征在于:所述的上鞋垫以凸出片黏贴的方式,在所述的上鞋垫的脚后跟部位作凸出设置,达到如一体成型凸出面的设置效果。
3.根据权利要求1所述换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构;其特征在于:与所述的脚底接触的上鞋垫正面,在脚后跟部位设置的凸出面,其边缘低处设置有进气口架空效果的平缓圆锥体,或柱体。
4.根据权利要求1所述换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构;其特征在于:夹设在上鞋垫、下鞋垫中间面积较小的泡棉垫,使用密度较大而具有弹性、多孔性、透气性的发泡性物品制成;其中,所述的泡棉垫通过冲孔分布开设若干个小孔,并在脚弓部位密集冲孔开设若干个大孔,增加泡棉垫被压缩暨回复形状过程中的容气量,方便空气的流通,达到大流量的换气效果。
5.根据权利要求1所述换气鞋垫的垫体改良结构;其特征在于:与所述的脚底接触的上鞋垫正面,黏设布料或皮革以增进穿着舒适性。
