Abstract

本发明涉及一种集装箱,具体提供一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱。其结构包括底座,所述底座四周铰接有侧板,所述底座上方设置有地板,所述地板下方设置蓄水池,地板上方设置挤出设备,所述侧板上方设置有简易支架,所述简易支架上覆盖有帆布。与现有技术相比,本发明的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其减少了生产和使用的中间环节,节省了成本和加工时间,减少不必要的浪费,并能提高生产效率,便于在恶劣环境下进行挤出式产品的加工生产。

一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种集装箱,具体提供一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱。
背景技术
现有技术下,挤出方式生产的产品都是在固定的生产车间进行,这些产品大多数是中空的,产品在车间生产完成后,再使用各种运输工具(如汽车、轮船、火车等)运送到客户手中或使用现场,由于是中空产品,所以浪费的空间非常大,运输的成本很高。而且受运输工具和装卸以及堆放的限制,在工厂生产的产品长度一般是固定的,固定长度产品一般与客户的实际需要经常不一致,多余的部分裁切出来,造成巨大的浪费,由于无法生产更长的制品,增加了中间的联结工作,也增加了安装的费用。
发明内容
本发明是针对以上不足,提供一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其减少了生产和使用的中间环节,节省了成本和加工时间,减少不必要的浪费,并能提高生产效率,便于在恶劣环境下进行挤出式产品的加工生产。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体包括底座和其四周设置的侧板,侧板可放平的箱体内设置有挤出设备。
至少2个所述的箱体通过路轨串接在一起。
底座四周铰接有侧板,所述底座上方设置有地板,所述地板下方设置蓄水池,地板上方设置挤出设备,所述侧板上方设置有简易支架,所述简易支架上覆盖有帆布。
蓄水池上方的地板上设置有水泵。
地板上方设置有升降卷扬机,所述升降卷扬机通过钢丝绳连接所述侧板的顶部。
帆布连接设置于侧板上的帆布卷曲机。
地板上方设置有路轨,所述路轨上方设置所述挤出设备。
挤出设备包括挤出机、模具、真空定型箱、喷淋箱、牵引机、切割机和堆放架。
本发明的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,通常选用40英尺专用集装箱,集装箱的数量依据生产线的长度而定,专用集装箱的外形尺寸与标准集装箱相同,但结构设计不同,专用集装箱的顶部为敞开式,运输途中用帆布捆绑遮盖,该帆布在安装时可用作简易帐篷;专用集装箱的四个侧面可通过铰链用卷扬机向下打开,与专用集装箱的底座上表面形成工作平面;专用集装箱的底座上表面安装了挤出设备移动的路轨,底座内的空腔作为蓄水池用途,两个以上的专用集装箱底座用管道串联形成大蓄水池,并安装了抽水泵;底座上还安装了空气压缩机,为生产线提供压缩空气;还设置了专用的工具箱和模具架;集装箱的侧门和侧板安装伸缩的支架,该支架作为骨架与集装箱顶部的帆布在打开的同时构成一个简易的帐篷;集装箱的多余空间还可同时设置工作室、休息室、洗手间、淋浴室、厨房、简易药箱等。
本发明的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,解决了挤出设备包装、运输问题,不再需要制作木制的包装箱,在运输过程中的保护得到了保障;同时也缩短了投入生产的时间,集装箱到达车间以后,摆放在指定地点,卸去所有的侧板,只留下集装箱底座做平台,接上电源就可直接生产,减少了常规工厂基础设施的工作,不再需要校平地面、开挖沟渠、水路和气路的安装,减少了生产和使用的中间环节,节省了成本和加工时间,减少不必要的浪费,并能提高生产效率,便于在恶劣环境下进行挤出式产品的加工生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
下面给出一个最佳实施例:
一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,包括底座1,所述底座1四周铰接有侧板2,所述底座1上方设置有地板3,所述地板3下方设置蓄水池4,地板3上方设置挤出设备5,所述侧板2上方设置有简易支架6,所述简易支架6上覆盖有帆布7。
蓄水池4上方的地板3上设置有水泵8。
地板3上方设置有升降卷扬机9,所述升降卷扬机9通过钢丝绳10连接所述侧板2的顶部。
帆布7连接设置于侧板2上的帆布卷曲机11。
地板3上方设置有路轨12,所述路轨12上方设置所述挤出设备5。
挤出设备5包括挤出机、模具、真空定型箱、喷淋箱、牵引机、切割机和堆放架。
本发明的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱在使用时,运送到指定的地点,集装箱卸下后,按照要求调整集装箱的距离、地面的平整度和集装箱的直线度,接上电源线和集装箱底座之间的管道后,依次打开侧板2,形成工作平台。
如附图1所示,专用集装箱的顶部为敞开式,有帐篷安装用的支架6作为横梁,用帆布7捆绑遮盖,帆布7由帆布卷曲机11拉紧;集装箱的底座1与标准集装箱不同,底座1设计成双层密封结构,底座1内的空腔作为蓄水池4用途,三个专用集装箱底座1用管道串联形成大蓄水池,容积达到30~36个立方,为此专用集装箱的设计与标准集装箱相比,内部空间有所减少;专用集装箱的两个侧门和两个侧板可通过铰链用升降卷扬机9向下打开,打开后的侧门和侧板2与专用集装箱的底座1上表面形成工作平面,侧板2上还设有简易帐篷支架的安装位置;专用集装箱的底座1上表面安装了挤出设备移动的路轨12,此路轨12同样也安装在专用集装箱的侧门的内表面;专用集装箱设置了供水***,供水***有水泵和管道组成;专用集装箱还设置了压缩空气***、照明***、工具箱、模具架等。
如附图2所示,在侧板2打开的同时帆布卷曲机11把帆布7放松,由于有简易支架6的保护,帆布7的放松不会损坏设备,简易支架7还是液压升降的支架,升降卷扬机9、帆布卷曲机11和简易液压支架协同工作,形成简易帐篷。
本发明的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱应用范围主要是塑料挤出制品的生产集装箱,比如塑料管材、塑料型材生产集装箱等,但还包括塑料原料造粒、铝塑复合管、钢塑复合管、电线电缆、光缆、铝合金型材、食品挤出集装箱等。
以上所述的实施例,只是本发明较优选的具体实施方式的一种,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

1、一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体包括底座和其四周设置的侧板,其特征在于,侧板可放平的箱体内设置有挤出设备。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其特征在于,至少2个所述的箱体通过路轨串接在一起。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述底座四周铰接有侧板,所述底座上方设置有地板,所述地板下方设置蓄水池,地板上方设置挤出设备,所述侧板上方设置有简易支架,所述简易支架上覆盖有帆布。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其特征在于,所述蓄水池上方的地板上设置有水泵。
5、根据权利要求3所述的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其特征在于,所述地板上方设置有升降卷扬机,所述升降卷扬机通过钢丝绳连接所述侧板的顶部。
6、根据权利要求3所述的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其特征在于,所述帆布连接设置于侧板上的帆布卷曲机。
7、根据权利要求3所述的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其特征在于,所述地板上方设置有路轨,所述路轨上方设置所述挤出设备。
8、根据权利要求1或3所述的一种移动式挤出设备专用集装箱,其特征在于,所述挤出设备包括挤出机、模具、真空定型箱、喷淋箱、牵引机、切割机和堆放架。
