Abstract

一种汽车发动机用冷却油,包括8~22%去离子水、75~90%二元醇、0.8~5%六个碳原子以的一元和/或二元脂肪酸以及0.5~2.5%苛性碱各组分组成的化学组合物。本冷却油冰点可在-38~-42℃、沸点可在125~140℃之间变化,以适应不同发动机的需要。本冷却油具有的低温蓄热和高温散热的特性与发动机的工作过程十分贴切,使发动机工作温度提高10℃以上,且无腐蚀性。

一种汽车发动机用冷却油
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于冷却的化学组合物,确切地说是一种汽车发动机用冷却油。
二、背景技术
汽车制造是一个***工程。当我国由汽车制造大国向汽车制造强国迈进时,其配套的非核心技术应同核心技术一道同步发展。
多年来我国发动机冷却***一直使用沸点100~108℃的防冻液作为冷却介质(冷却液),当发动机温度超过100℃时易产生蒸气影响传热效果。据报道,国外有使用沸点高达191℃的无水冷却液,但在我国过高的发动机工作温度会影响机油的粘度、影响其密封和润滑效果。
三、发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种适合我国国情的汽车发动机用冷却油,所要解决的技术问题是冷却油沸点适中且可调。
本冷却油为一组化学组合物,各组分有以下重量百分比:
去离子水  8~22%
二元醇    75~90%
有机酸    0.8~5%
苛性碱    0.5~2.5%。
所述二元醇选自乙二醇或丙二醇或己二醇中的一种或两种以上混合二元醇,混合时相互比例任意。优选丙二醇。
所述的有机酸选自六个碳原子以上的一元或二元脂肪酸如己酸、己二酸、庚酸、辛酸、辛二酸、壬酸、壬二酸、癸酸、癸二酸、月桂酸等中的一种或两种以上混合酸,混合时相互比例任意。优选混合的一元和二元脂肪酸。
所述的苛性碱选自氢氧化钠(NaOH)或氢氧化钾(KOH),优选KOH。苛性碱使冷却液的pH值为7~8.5。
本技术方案优选
去离子水    12~18%
丙二醇      80~85%
有机酸      1~3%
氢氧化钾    1~2%。
将按比例计量的二元醇和有机酸加入调制釜中,加热并搅拌,升温至80~100℃保温0.5~1小时,然后加入溶解有苛性碱的去离子水,搅拌均匀后冷却即得到外观澄清、透明的冷却油,pH值为7~8.5。
本冷却油的冰点可在-38~-42℃、沸点可在125~140℃之间变化,当去离子水用量偏多时冰点较高、沸点较低,反则冰点较低、沸点较高。这使本冷却油能适应不同发动机的需要。
发动机在启动时,节温器和电子风扇是关闭的,旨在迅速达到工作温度节省启动时间。本冷却油在100℃以下时散热迟缓,而在100℃以上时愈接近沸腾区间传热效果愈好,这一低温蓄热和高温散热之特性十分贴切发动机的工作状况。使用本冷却油,发动机的工作温度能提高10℃左右,且不影响机油的性能。
本冷却油无腐蚀性。申请人曾对六种金属进行过静态腐蚀失重对比试验,与进口无水冷却液进行对比测试。试验条件为101℃下恒温336小时,恒温结束后冷却、洗净、干燥、称重,以观察失重(mg)情况。试样为50×25×2.5mm标准试片。结果如下:

四、具体实施方式
1、取去离子水10份,己二醇5份,丙二醇80份,投入调和釜中,搅拌升温至80℃,然后加入庚酸0.5份,壬二酸2份,KOH2.5份,85℃保温半小时后冷却得到澄清、透明、pH8.4的冷却油。
2、取去离子水20份,丙二醇75份,辛酸1.5份,癸二酸1.5份,KOH2份,操作同例子1。得到澄清、透明pH8.0的冷却油。
3、取水离子15份,丙二醇82份,辛酸1份,癸二酸1份,KOH 1份,操作同例1.得到澄清、透明pH7.5的冷却油。

Claims (1)

1.一种汽车发动机用冷却油,其特征在于:取去离子水15份,丙二醇82份,投入调和釜中,搅拌升温至80℃,然后加入辛酸1份,癸二酸1份,KOH1份,85℃保温半小时后冷却得到澄清、透明、pH7.5的冷却油。
