本发明涉及一种调整机构,尤其是一种调节显示屏高度的调整机构。
背景技术
随着计算机的广泛应用,其功能日益增加和完善,体积也趋向于轻薄化发展。由于液晶显示装置相对CRT(Cathode Ray Tube,阴极射线管)显示器具有体积小、重量轻的优点,逐渐成为计算机的主流显示装置。而为了方便人们可于较佳视角范围内观看液晶显示屏,现有液晶显示装置上通常设有调整机构以对液晶显示屏的高度进行调整。
请参见图1,一种现有调节液晶显示屏高度的调整机构10,其包括:一个升降座11、一个升降块12及一个卷簧13。该升降座11上开设有一个槽道111,该槽道111内设有两相对的滑轨112,且该槽道111的外缘顶端设有固定孔113。该升降块12可***升降座11的滑轨112内并可相对升降座11滑动,该升降块12的顶端设有与液晶显示屏相连的连接件121,该升降块12的底端开设有两个螺孔122。该卷簧13的一端绕设于轴杆131上,该轴杆131的两端分别开设有固定孔1311,固定件133穿过轴杆131的固定孔1311及升降座11上的固定孔113可将轴杆131锁合至升降座11;该卷簧13的另一端开设有两个通孔132,固定件136穿过该卷簧13上的通孔132及升降块12上的螺孔122可将该卷簧13的端部锁合至升降块12。
使用时,施力下压液晶显示屏,以使升降块12下降到适当的位置,然后停止施力,使该升降块12定位于预定位置;如需升高液晶显示屏,则需对升降块12上施加向上的推力,升降块12升高至预定位置。
该种调整机构虽然能够实现液晶显示屏的高度调整,但是用户通常需要双手同时握住液晶显示屏或对升降块12对其施力,使用极为不便。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种使用方便的调整机构。
一种调整机构,其包括支撑座、升降座及连接组件,该连接组件包括卷簧,该卷簧两端分别与该升降座及支撑座相连,该连接组件还包括调节架,该调节架包括两个转动轮和缠绕件,该转动轮与该支撑座可转动连接,该升降座与该缠绕件固定连接,该缠绕件绕设于两个转动轮上,且通过转动该转动轮该缠绕件可相对转动轮于转动轮上绕转,从而带动升降座相对支撑座升降。
该调整机构只需通过单手转动转动轮即可带动缠绕件的转动绕转,从而调整升降座的高度,使用极为方便。

具体实施方式
本发明的调整机构适用于带有显示器的电子装置。在本实施方式中,以应用于液晶显示装置为例加以说明。
请参阅图2,液晶显示装置100包括一个底座20、一个升降机构30、一个转动座40、一个安装架50以及与安装架50连接的液晶显示屏60。底座20用于支撑整个液晶显示装置100,升降机构30设于底座20上,转动座40分别与安装架50及升降机构30连接。
请参阅图3,本较佳实施方式所述的升降机构30包括支撑座(图未标)、可相对支撑座上下调整的升降座(图未标)及一个设于支撑座与升降座之间用于连接的连接组件(图未标)。
支撑座包括一个前盖板71、一个后盖板72、一个顶盖板73、一个加强件74、一个挡板75、两个外导轨76、两对滚珠支架762及一个挡片77。
前盖板71大体为长条板状,其上沿纵向开设有两条夹缝714,前盖板71一端中部开设有一贯穿孔716。后盖板72也大体为长条板状,后盖板72可与前盖板71固定扣合到一起,顶盖板73设于前盖板71及后盖板72顶部,并与前盖板71及后盖板72一起组成支撑座的外框架,且围成一个容纳空间以容纳升降机构30的其它大部分零件。加强件74设在上述容纳空间内的下方位置,其通过卡接方式与底座20固定连接。
挡板75大体为长方形件,其设在前盖板71和后盖板72之间,且与后盖板72固定连接,并基本与后盖板72贴合。该挡板75包括基板及从基板两侧延伸的两个侧板752,该基板上部开设有一个轴孔753,下部开设有一个定位孔754,该定位孔754与前盖板71上的贯穿孔716对应。加强件74与挡板75固定连接,从而使前盖板71、后盖板72、顶盖板73及挡板75均相对底座20固定。
外导轨76呈板条状,其固定于挡板75的侧板752上。挡片77为片状,其中心具有一通孔771,该通孔771与挡板75的轴孔753对应,该挡片77的两侧向同一方向延伸形成有延伸片,该延伸片用于与挡板75上部固定连接。挡片77的下侧边缘处还设有缺口772。
升降座包括一个连接件42、一个摩擦块424、一个弹片426及两个内滑轨92。
连接件42包括本体及由本体两相对侧边同向延伸形成的两个连接片422,连接件42通过本体与转动座40固定连接。两个连接片422分别可滑动地插设于前盖板71的两个夹缝714中,从而使连接件42在前盖板71中上下滑动。两个连接片422的顶端分别开设有一个缺槽428,其与挡片77的缺口772相对应,挡片77位于连接件42上方,从而可限制连接件42的向上滑动范围。连接件42的其中一个连接片422的外侧端朝向另一连接片422延伸有固定片423,该固定片423中心设有一螺孔425,连接件42的另一个连接片422外侧端与固定片423相对的位置上设有卡接块427。摩擦块424为塑胶材料制成的近似块状体,其一侧面延伸出一个用于与连接件42的固定片423连接的凸边4242,摩擦块424固定至连接件42时正对其固定片423。弹片426设于连接件42的固定片423与摩擦块424之间,该弹片426上开设有一圆形孔(图未示),一个螺钉429一端螺入连接件42的螺孔425并穿过弹片426的圆形孔,并抵持摩擦块424。摩擦块424抵持挡板75,以使连接件42与挡板75之间产生摩擦力,从而帮助升降座停止于任意位置。此外,调整螺钉429穿过连接件42的长度即可改变弹片426变形的程度,从而调整连接件42与挡板75之间的摩擦力。当然,螺钉429也可用其它调整件代替,如由一个螺杆加上一个与固定片423固定的螺母代替。
内滑轨92形状与外导轨76相似,其可与外导轨76滑动配合,并固定连接至连接件42。所述滚珠支架762设于内滑轨92与外导轨76之间。
连接组件包括一个调节架94、一个卷簧96、一个端轴962、端轴964、一个旋钮97及一个压缩弹簧98。
请一并参见图3及图5,调节架94包括一个定滑轮942、一条绳子944、一个绕卷轮945及一个固定在绳子944上的定位块949。定滑轮942呈圆饼状,其两端面中心插设有定位轴943,该定位轴943的一端用于***到挡片77的中心通孔771中并支撑于挡片77上,另一端用于***到挡板75的轴孔753中并支撑于挡板75上,从而使定滑轮942可转动地连接至支撑座。定滑轮942的圆柱侧面上还开设有沿周面的凹槽,该凹槽用于使绳子944缠绕于其内而不至脱出。
绕卷轮945包括一体成型的中心轴946和分隔设置的两个轮鼓947,该中心轴946一端的截面呈圆形,该端用于套设压缩弹簧98后***到挡板75的定位孔754中并可转动地支撑于挡板75上,另一端呈方形,其用于穿过前盖板71的贯穿孔716中并与旋钮97不可转动地卡接,从而通过旋动旋钮97可转动绕卷轮945,且旋钮97与前盖板71之间留有一定间隙。绕卷轮945的两个轮鼓947沿圆周侧面亦分别开设有凹槽。
调节架94的绳子944一端固定于绕卷轮945的一个轮鼓947的凹槽内并缠绕数圈后经过定滑轮942并缠绕于其凹槽后再缠绕于另一个轮鼓947的凹槽内并固定,且在缠绕过程中保持绳子944的绷紧,从而构成了调节架94。定位块949固设于调节架94一侧的绳子944上,其用于与连接件42上的卡接块427卡合固定,从而将连接件42固定连接到定位块949上,进而可随定位块949一起相对前、后盖板71、72升降。
卷簧96具有自由端和卷曲端,该自由端和卷曲端分别固定于端轴962、964上。端轴962固定到挡板75上,使卷簧96的自由端与挡板75相对固定。端轴964固定到连接件42上,使卷簧96的卷曲端与连接件42相对固定。卷簧96用于平衡与连接件42相连的转动座40及液晶显示屏60的重量。
请一并参见图3及图6,组装升降机构30时,先将内滑轨92部分***于外导轨76内,且将滚珠支架762插设于外导轨76和内滑轨92之间,从而组成一个滑轨结构。接着将内滑动轨92固定于连接件42上,并将两个连接片422分别***到前盖板71的两个夹缝714中。然后将挡片77设于连接件42上方,并使挡片77的顶部与连接片422的顶部平齐。
将调节架94的定滑轮942定位轴943一端***到挡片77的通孔771内,接着将卷簧96的端轴964夹于调节架94两侧的绳子944之间,并将该端轴964固定在两个连接件42上,随后将摩擦块424的凸边4242与连接片422外侧端相固定后,再将螺钉429穿过连接片422及弹片426并抵持于摩擦块424上,同时将调节架94上的定位块949固定于连接件42的卡接块427上,并将绕卷轮945的中心轴946端面略为方形的一端穿出前盖板71的贯穿孔716后与旋钮97相卡合固定。
接着将定滑轮942的定位轴943的另一端***到挡板75的轴孔753内,并将卷簧96的端轴962固定于挡板75的两侧板752上,将套入压缩弹簧98后的绕卷轮945的另一端***到挡板75的定位孔754中。将两个外导轨76与挡板75相互固定,最后将加强件74与挡板75固定并盖上后盖板72和顶盖板73,使前盖板71、后盖板72和顶盖板73相互扣合,从而形成升降机构30。
请参见图4,转动座40包括转向件43、顶盖45、底盖47及中盖49。
该转向件43包括底板437、弯折柱状部432及球部434。底板437与球部434分别位于弯折柱状部432两端。弯折柱状部432的弯折处设有加强肋436,底板437由弯折柱状部432底端延伸而形成,该底板437上开设有若干连接孔438,底板437通过螺钉439与连接孔438相互配合从而连接至连接件42。顶盖45、中盖49及底盖47均设有半球形凹槽,中盖49和底盖47构成的空间用于容纳球部434,中盖49与顶盖45间还设有弹片451,弹片451分别抵持中盖49与顶盖45。底盖47的一个侧面向下延伸形成一个三角形状的连接部,连接部通过螺钉474与安装架50相连。
组装转动座40时,将转向件43的球部434设于底盖47与中盖49之间,并将顶盖45、底盖47及中盖49扣合并固定从而使球部434容纳于顶盖45和底盖47相对侧上的半球形凹槽形成的容纳空间内,从而构成一个球运动副机构。该球运动副机构可实现液晶显示屏60的在任意方向的旋转和俯仰功能。该转动座40与升降机构30共同组成一个调整机构(图未标),该调整机构可实现液晶显示屏60的升降、旋转及俯仰功能。
请同时参见图2、图3及图6,当需降低液晶显示屏60的高度时,面对液晶显示装置100顺时针方向转动旋钮97,绕卷轮945随之转动,绳子944一端进一步缠绕于绕卷轮945上,而另一端从绕卷轮945上放松,从而使调节架94一侧的绳子944连同定位块949一起下降,进而使与定位块949固定的连接件42连同转动座40及液晶显示屏60下降。当需提升液晶显示屏60的高度时,面对液晶显示装置100逆时针转动旋钮97,使绕卷轮945转动并带动绳子944连同连接件42上升,从而实现液晶显示屏60的上升,其工作原理与下降时相似。也就是说,该调整机构可通过旋钮97即可调整液晶显示屏60的高度,操作极为方便,且该动作单手操作即可实现。
液晶显示屏60停留在某一高度位置时,压缩弹簧98具有预压力,其朝前盖板71推抵绕卷轮945,使前盖板71与绕卷轮945端面之间产生摩擦力防止绕转轮945任意转动。在上述调整高度的过程中,在旋转旋钮97的同时朝后推动旋钮97,使绕卷轮945背离前盖板71运动,从而消除或减小前述摩擦力,使升降更轻松,此时,压缩弹簧98被进一步压缩。停止调整液晶显示屏60高度时,松开旋钮97即可,压缩弹簧98在其弹力作用下自动恢复并重新推抵绕卷轮945。
当需调整液晶显示屏60的左右或倾斜角度时,直接转动液晶显示屏60即可,其可将液晶显示屏60调整至任意方向。
可以理解,该连接组件的定滑轮942、绳子944及绕卷轮945可由其它机构代替,例如定滑轮942与绕卷轮945由两个链轮或两个皮带轮等其他转动轮代替,绳子944由绕设在链轮上的链条或绕设在皮带轮上的皮带等其他缠绕件代替,只需绕设在两个转动轮上的缠绕件能在转动轮的转动下相对转动绕转即可。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种调整机构,其包括支撑座、升降座及连接组件,该连接组件包括卷簧,该卷簧两端分别与该升降座及支撑座相连,其特征在于:该连接组件还包括调节架,该调节架包括两个转动轮和缠绕件,该转动轮与该支撑座可转动连接,该升降座与该缠绕件固定连接,该缠绕件绕设于两个转动轮上,且通过转动该转动轮该缠绕件可相对转动轮于转动轮上绕转,从而带动升降座相对支撑座升降。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该升降座包括连接件,该连接件上设有一个卡接块,该缠绕件上设有一个定位块,该定位块固定卡接于所述卡接块上。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该两个转动轮为一个定滑轮和一个绕卷轮,该缠绕件为绳子,该绕卷轮包括两个轮鼓,该绳子依次缠绕在其中一个轮鼓、定滑轮及另一个轮鼓上,且绳子的两端分别固定在该两个轮鼓上。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求2所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该调整机构还包括球运动副机构,该球运动副机构包括顶盖、底盖及转向件,该顶盖及底盖相互扣合,且其相对侧上均开设有半球形凹槽,该转向件包括一个设置于顶盖和底盖之间且与顶盖及底盖的半球形凹槽配合的球部,该转向件还包括一个用于与连接件固定相连的底板。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求2所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该连接件上还设有固定片,该升降座还包括摩擦块、弹片和调整件,该摩擦块固定于该升降座的连接件上并抵持该支撑座,该调整件穿过该固定片及弹片后抵持该摩擦块。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该支撑座包括相互固定的前盖板、后盖板、顶盖板、挡板及外导轨,该前盖板与后盖板扣合,该升降座还包括内滑轨,该内滑轨与该外导轨可滑动配合。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该连接组件还包括压缩弹簧,该压缩弹簧两端分别抵持一个转动轮及所述后盖板,从而将该转动轮推抵向前盖板使转动轮与前盖板之间产生摩擦力,且该转动轮可于前盖板与后盖板之间移动而离开前盖板。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求7所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该连接组件还包括旋钮,该旋钮与该转动轮固定连接,旋钮设于前盖板外侧,且与前盖板之间有一定间隙。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该两个转动轮为两个链轮,该缠绕件为与该链轮配合的链条。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的调整机构,其特征在于:该两个转动轮为两个皮带轮,该缠绕件为与该皮带轮配合的皮带。
