Abstract

由加水搅拌、布包堆码、压制聚油和油品回收过程组成的一种从含油废土中提取油的方法,克服了含油废土没有再次油品回收利用和不利用环保的缺陷,对含油废土的回收工艺合理可行,降低了生产成本,回收后的废土含油率不足1%,有利于环保,适应性较强,有推广应用价值。

一种从含油废土中提取油的方法 
技术领域
本发明涉及石油、化工、纺织等行业的一种从含油废土中提取油的方法。 
背景技术
目前,采用高效吸附白土或膨润土对各类矿物质油、润滑油、柴油以及食用油等进行脱色或除杂质工艺处理已极为普通且效果较好,但处理后的废土中仍含有一定量的油,若不进行再处理,浪费了可再利用的油料,将其焚烧或丢弃又不利于环保。200810143039.3《纺丝溶剂白油回收工艺》对高强高模聚乙烯纤维生产过程中废溶剂白油的回收提出了新的技术工艺,溶剂白油回收率可达95%以上,但对含溶剂白油约5%的含油废土却没有进行再次回收处理,弃之可惜。 
发明内容
为了充分进行含油废土的油回收,本发明的目的是提供一种从含油废土中提取油的方法。 
本发明的工艺过程是:加水搅拌、布包堆码、压制聚油、油品回收。 
本发明的优点是:①采用简单的物理方法,对含油废土中的油料进行再次回收,降低了生产成本,提高了企业经济效益;②油料回收后的含油废土含油量不足1%,焚烧或丢弃均不会污染环境;③工艺合理可行,适应性较强,有推广应用价值。 
具体实施方式
本发明的具体工艺过程是: 
一、加水搅拌: 
将含油废土置于搅拌设备或铁盆中,按重量比含油废土:水=95%—80%:5%—20%加入水,进行机械或人工搅拌,获得湿润含油废土。
二、布包堆码: 
将面密度为300g/m2-600g/m2、面积为1600×1400mm2的高强高模聚乙烯纤维无纬布平铺在315T或500T压力机的下工作台台面,把搅拌好的湿润含油废土放入无纬布上并包裹起来。按上述方法把5-7个湿润含油废土布包堆码,每2个布包之间搁置若干根木质或竹质隔离条。 
三、压制聚油: 
启动压力机,压制时间为2min-15min。湿润含油废土中被压榨出的含油液体通过导油槽流入贮油器。 
四、油品回收: 
将含油液体依照200810143039.3的“沉淀分水、加热搅拌、混合搅拌、沉淀过滤、固液分离”的工艺过程进行含油液体的油品回收,最终获得符合品质要求的油品。 
实施例:废溶剂白油回收后的含油废土200Kg,加水30Kg搅拌;将湿润含油废土用无纺布包扎成6个布包,搁置在315T压力机下工作台上,每2个布包间搁置16根竹质隔离条;压制堆码布包10min;压榨出的含油液体经过200810143039.3的油品回收工艺处理后可获得27.5Kg合格溶剂白油,而废土中的含油率不足1%。 

Claims (1)

1.一种从含油废土中提取油的方法,其特征是:它的具体工艺过程是:
(1)加水搅拌:
将含油废土置于搅拌设备或铁盆中,按重量比含油废土∶水=95%-80%∶5%-20%加入水,进行机械或人工搅拌,获得湿润含油废土;
(2)布包堆码:
将面密度为300g/m2-600g/m2、面积为1600×1400mm2的高强高模聚乙烯纤维无纺布平铺在315T或500T压力机的下工作台台面,把搅拌好的湿润含油废土放入无纺布上并包裹起来;按上述方法把5-7个湿润含油废土布包堆码,每2个布包间搁置若干根木质或竹质隔离条;
(3)压制聚油:
启动压力机,压制时间为2min-15min;湿润含油废土中被压榨出的含油液体通过导油槽流入贮油器;
(4)油品回收:
将含油液体依照200810143039.3的“沉淀分水、加热搅拌、混合搅拌、沉淀过滤、固液分离”的工艺过程进行含油液体的油品回收,最终获得符合品质要求的油品。
