Abstract

本发明涉及一种服装无缝线拼接结构,包括待拼接的两块面料,所述两块面料在拼接处叠合,位于拼接处的两块面料之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带。上述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺包括下述步骤:(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带切割成形;(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定。采用本无缝拼接结构的服装具有穿着舒适、轻巧方便、防风、保暖、防水等特点。

Description

一种服装无缝线拼接结构及其拼接方法
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种服装无缝线拼接结构及其拼接方法。
(二)背景技术
传统的服装均为手工或机械缝制,面料拼接处留有缝头和缝纫线。面料接口不平整,易与皮肤直接摩擦,穿着不舒适;在各种恶劣气候下,如高海拔的严寒、风雪、暴雨情况下,因为服装有针孔,所以会有风雨渗透的空隙,不能有效地防风、保暖和防雨(水)。
(三)发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种接缝平整光滑,轻巧舒适的服装无缝线拼接结构。
本发明所要解决的技术问题还在于提供一种所述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺。
所述的服装无缝线拼接结构,包括待拼接的两块面料,所述两块面料在拼接处叠合,位于拼接处的两块面料之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带。
进一步,所述双面胶带的宽度为0.6~1.0cm。
进一步,所述双面胶带的宽度大于所述拼接处的宽度。
进一步,位于拼接处的两块面料外侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带,单面胶带与两块面料分别连接。
进一步,所述的单面胶带为装饰胶带。
一种服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带切割成形;
(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定。
进一步,所述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)首先将面料进行裁剪切割,留余量,然后采用激光切割机进行精确切割,再采用激光切割机对双面胶带进行切割;
(2)把面料和双面胶进行定位,采用电熨斗对面料和双面胶进行初步固定;然后采用自动压胶机对面料和双面胶进行压胶固定,固定时间18-20秒,温度为160度-180度,气压在3-4KG,最后冷却检验。
一种服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带切割成形;
(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定,在高温高压下使双面胶带形成溢胶,溢胶的宽度即为双面胶带与所述拼接处的宽度之差。
一种服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带、单面胶带切割成形;
(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定;
(3)在拼接处的面料外侧采用热压粘合工艺固定单面胶带,使单面胶带与两块面料分别连接。
进一步,所述的拼接工艺中:还采用补胶机对多个胶带的交接处进行压胶处理。
本发明中的双面胶带在高温下融化成液状后部分渗透到面料的缝隙中,从而使得面料与面料之间的结合牢度大大增加,且有效消除了传统缝制过程中产生的缝份(在传统服装加工中,我们把缝进去的部分面料称为“缝份”)之间的空隙。
本发明中的单面胶带既起到一定的增强面料连接强度的作用,又起到防风、保暖、防水性能,同时还可以起到一定的装饰作用。
本发明的结构适用于化纤面料(如涤纶、尼龙等)。本发明的无缝拼接结构适用于一件服装的所有拼接部分,包括而不限于口袋、门襟、帽忖、下摆、袖口、拉链、袋盖、摺边、肩带、部贴片、领边、袖边、系绳通道等部位,面料之间采用热压连接,接缝平整光滑,轻巧舒适,双面胶带提高了所述服装无缝线拼接结构的防风、保暖、防水性能。采用本无缝拼接结构的服装具有穿着舒适、轻巧方便、防风、保暖、防水等特点。

(五)具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作优选地具体的说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1
参照图1,一种服装无缝线拼接结构,包括待拼接的两块面料1,2,所述两块面料1,2在拼接处叠合,位于拼接处的两块面料1,2之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带3。
所述双面胶带3的宽度为0.8cm。
上述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)首先将面料进行裁剪切割,留余量,然后采用激光切割机进行精确切割,再采用激光切割机对双面胶带进行切割;
(2)把面料和双面胶进行定位,采用电熨斗对面料和双面胶进行初步固定;然后采用自动压胶机对面料和双面胶进行压胶固定,固定时间18-20秒,温度为160度-180度,气压在3-4KG,最后冷却检验。
实施例2
参照图2,一种服装无缝线拼接结构,包括待拼接的两块面料4,5,所述两块面料4,5在拼接处叠合,位于拼接处的两块面料4,5之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带6,所述双面胶带的宽度大于所述拼接处的宽度。
所述双面胶带6的宽度为0.8cm。
上述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带切割成形;
(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定,在高温高压下使双面胶带形成溢胶,溢胶的宽度即为双面胶带与所述拼接处的宽度之差。
实施例3
参照图3,一种服装无缝线拼接结构,包括待拼接的两块面料7,8,所述两块面料7,8在拼接处叠合,位于拼接处的两块面料之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带9,位于拼接处的两块面料7,8外侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带10,单面胶带10与两块面料7,8分别连接。
所述的单面胶带10为装饰胶带。
上述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带、单面胶带切割成形;
(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定;
(3)在拼接处的面料外侧采用热压粘合工艺固定单面胶带,使单面胶带与两块面料分别连接。
实施例4
将实施例1~3得到的服装无缝线拼接结构按ISO13935-2#方法测试拼缝牢度和防水性能,测试结果如下表1。

从表1可以看出,本发明的服装无缝线拼接结构结合牢度和防水性好,超出合格标准。

Claims (10)

1、一种服装无缝线拼接结构,包括待拼接的两块面料,其特征在于:所述两块面料在拼接处叠合,位于拼接处的两块面料之间设有与面料热压粘合的双面胶带。
2、根据权利要求1所述的服装无缝线拼接结构,其特征在于:所述双面胶带的宽度为0.6~1.0cm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的服装无缝线拼接结构,其特征在于:所述双面胶带的宽度大于所述拼接处的宽度。
4、根据权利要求1所述的服装无缝线拼接结构,其特征在于:位于拼接处的两块面料外侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带,单面胶带与两块面料分别连接。
5、根据权利要求4所述的服装无缝线拼接结构,其特征在于:所述的单面胶带为装饰胶带。
6、一种权利要求1所述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带切割成形;
(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定。
7、根据权利要求6所述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:

8、一种权利要求3所述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带切割成形;
(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定,在高温高压下使双面胶带形成溢胶,溢胶的宽度即为双面胶带与所述拼接处的宽度之差。
9、一种权利要求4所述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)将待拼接的两块面料、双面胶带、单面胶带切割成形;
(2)在一块面料的拼接处粘上双面胶带,然后采用热压工艺将另一块面料固定;
(3)在拼接处的面料外侧采用热压粘合工艺固定单面胶带,使单面胶带与两块面料分别连接。
10、根据权利要求6~9之一所述服装无缝线拼接结构的拼接工艺,其特征在于:还采用补胶机对多个胶带的交接处进行压胶处理。
