技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产LED即发光二级管的引线框架,特别是一种短节距薄型LED引线框架。
背景技术
LED即发光二极管属于绿色环保光源,在指示灯、装饰灯、景观灯、手电用灯、交通信号灯、汽车灯、道路照明灯等灯具上得到广泛运用,逐步将取代传统照明用灯,LED以特有冷光源、能耗低、效率高、寿命长等性能使其用途越来越广,但由于封装制作成本高,造成LED成本较高,影响和阻碍了LED的运用和发展。目前直插式LED封装通用的引线框架工艺边长度为152.4毫米,节距均为7.62毫米,钢带厚度为0.5毫米,节距距离较大,使钢带较厚,增加了钢带的消耗量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种在保障LED质量的基础上,降低LED引线框架的用钢量,降低生产成本的短节距薄型LED引线框架。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种短节距薄型LED引线框架,包括工艺边,工艺边上均匀开有工艺孔,与工艺边垂直连接有多根LED二管脚引线,LED二管脚引线之间通过上连筋连接,相邻的两个LED二管脚引线中心线之间的距离即节距a小于7.62毫米。用于制造引线框架的钢带厚度小于0.5毫米。相邻的两个LED二管脚引线中心线之间的距离即节距a为5.08毫米。用于制造引线框架的钢带厚度为0.4毫米。
本发明提供的短节距薄型LED引线框架,缩短了单根LED引线框架上相邻的两个LED二管脚引线中心线之间的距离即节距,以前每条20支的引线框架上可以布置更多的LED二管脚引线。LED引线框架节距为5.08毫米、钢带厚度0.4为毫米的LED引线框架就比传统的节距均为7.62毫米,钢带厚度为0.5毫米的LED引线框架钢带用量节约46.66%,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括工艺边1,工艺边1上均匀开有工艺孔2,与工艺边1垂直连接有多根LED二管脚引线3,LED二管脚引线3之间通过上连筋4连接。
本发明中,引线框架工艺边长度b为152.4毫米,与普通引线框架的长度相同。相邻的两个LED二管脚引线3中心线之间的距离即节距a小于7.62毫米,为7.5毫米、7.1毫米、6.8毫米、6毫米、5.8毫米、5.1毫米、5.08毫米、5.01毫米、4.98毫米等,在满足工艺要求的前提下尽量缩短节距a,以节省钢带用量。
用于制造引线框架的钢带厚度小于0.5毫米,常用的为0.4毫米。

Claims (3)

1.一种短节距薄型LED引线框架,包括工艺边(1),工艺边(1)上均匀开有工艺孔(2),与工艺边(1)垂直连接有多根LED二管脚引线(3),LED二管脚引线(3)之间通过上连筋(4)连接,其特征在于:相邻的两个LED二管脚引线(3)中心线之间的距离即节距a小于7.62毫米,用于制造引线框架的钢带厚度小于0.5毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的短节距薄型LED引线框架,其特征在于:相邻的两个LED二管脚引线(3)中心线之间的距离即节距a为5.08毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的短节距薄型LED引线框架,其特征在于:用于制造引线框架的钢带厚度为0.4毫米。
