5) if reduction valve to be tested around density of hydrogen less than hydrogen gas leakage threshold value 1, then reduction valve is up-to-standard; Send the hydrogen gas leakage one-level reports to the police if density of hydrogen equals hydrogen gas leakage threshold value 1; If density of hydrogen equals hydrogen gas leakage threshold value 2, then send the gas leakage secondary and report to the police, start hummer simultaneously; If density of hydrogen equals hydrogen gas leakage threshold value 3, then send three grades of warnings of gas leakage, start hummer simultaneously, wherein threshold value 1<threshold value 2<threshold value 3;
