Abstract

一种含番茄红素饲料添加剂,它涉及一种饲料添加剂。它解决了现有饲料添加剂存在药物残留、易产生耐药性及可产生毒副作用的问题。含番茄红素饲料添加剂由番茄红素、豆油和豆粕组成。本发明含番茄红素饲料添加剂安全、无毒副作用,可有效地提高畜禽抗氧化应激能力、免疫功能和肌肉品质并大幅度地降低了体内脂肪的沉积。

一种含番茄红素饲料添加剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种饲料添加剂。
背景技术
随着近年来我国生活水平的不断提高和对食品卫生安全性的认识不断增强,人们对食用畜禽产品质量有了更高的要求。希望食用安全、绿色、健康及肌肉品质优良的畜禽产品,但是现在必须对畜禽施加添加剂以提高它的产量和抗病力。虽然目前,畜禽饲料添加剂种类很多,但是其中就有相当大的一部分是抗生素类,这类添加剂导致畜禽内含人工抗生素、人工激素等危害健康物质,从而使这类添加剂存在药物残留、易产生耐药性和毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有饲料添加剂存在药物残留、易产生耐药性及可产生毒副作用的问题,而提供的一种含番茄红素饲料添加剂。
含番茄红素饲料添加剂按质量份数比由8~12份的番茄红素、28~32份的豆油和28~32份的豆粕组成。
先按质量份数比将8~12份的番茄红素加到28~32份的豆油中,然后将混合物分3~10次再与28~32份的豆粕均匀混合,即得到本发明的含番茄红素饲料添加剂。
本发明含番茄红素饲料添加剂贮存条件:常温常压、避光、通风。
在畜禽饲料(1000kg)中添加0.2~1g的本发明含番茄红素饲料添加剂可提高日增重2%~18%,降低死亡率34%~100%,提高屠宰率0.7%~4%,降低腹脂率15%~31%,提高肉色6%~79%,降低肌肉滴水损失29%~54%,降低剪切力28%~45%。另外,通过对血清生化指标及酶活的测定,验证番茄红素对畜禽机体无毒副作用,使用安全;豆油与豆粕都是纯天然植物的副产物,所以经过搅拌后的含番茄红素饲料添加剂是一种无公害、绿色饲料添加剂。
具体实施方式
本发明技术方案不局限于以下所列举具体实施方式,还包括各具体实施方式间的任意组合。
具体实施方式一:本实施方式含番茄红素饲料添加剂按质量份数比由8~12份的番茄红素、28~32份的豆油和28~32份的豆粕组成。
本实施方式中加入番茄红素通过物理或化学方式捕捉单线态氧和过氧自由基发挥抗氧化作用。番茄红素的抗氧化作用在一定程度上也维持了免疫细胞功能和结构的完整性,提高了免疫能力。
具体实施方式二:本实施方式含番茄红素饲料添加剂按质量份数比由9~11份的番茄红素、29~31份的豆油和29~31份的豆粕组成。
具体实施方式三:本实施方式含番茄红素饲料添加剂按质量份数比由10份的番茄红素、30份的豆油和30份的豆粕组成。
本实施方式所得到的含番茄红素饲料添加剂应在阴凉、干燥处低于3个月保存。
分别称取质量为0、0.2g、0.6g、1.0g的本实施方式所得到的含番茄红素饲料添加剂添加到1000kg的饲料中,混合、搅拌均匀,每日分3次喂鸡,喂这种饲料添加剂后鸡食欲旺盛,所产生的效果经称重、紫外分光光度计、全自动生化分析仪、屠宰测量如表1所示。

本实施方式表1中可以看出随着含番茄红素饲料添加剂添加量的增加,超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和总抗氧化能力也相应的得到增加,丙二醛将会降低,这样抗氧化应激能力也随之增强;免疫球蛋白M、抗体效价和T淋巴细胞比率的增大,将会显著地提高免疫功能的强度;肉色的提高、滴水损失和剪切力的下降,使肉品质得到显著改善;胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和腹脂率的降低,将使体内脂肪沉积得到大幅度下降。
食用含番茄红素饲料添加剂的鸡和其余食用含番茄红素饲料添加剂的畜禽的检测结果相类似检测指标都有显著提高。

1、一种含番茄红素饲料添加剂,其特征在于含番茄红素饲料添加剂按质量份数比由8~12份的番茄红素、28~32份的豆油和28~32份的豆粕组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种含番茄红素饲料添加剂,其特征在于含番茄红素饲料添加剂按质量份数比由10份的番茄红素、30份的豆油和30份的豆粕组成。
