本发明涉及一种夹具，尤其是一种PCB板夹具锁扣。具有上锁块和下锁块，上锁块与PCB板夹具上的上压板弹性活动连接，下锁块与PCB板夹具上的下压板固定连接的，在下压板上固定设置有气缸，在上锁块与下锁块咬合锁定时，气缸的顶杆伸出时与下锁块相抵，上锁块与下锁块的迎合面为倾斜面，所述倾斜面的倾斜角α为30°。本发明所述的PCB板夹具锁扣结构简单，可以方便地实现对PCB板夹具的开启与关闭，提高了工作效率，同时，在PCB板夹具锁定状态稳定可靠，确保PCB板的焊接质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹具，尤其是一种PCB板夹具锁扣。
背景技术
PCB板在焊接过程中需要加以夹持固定，以保持相对静止，确保焊接质量。对PCB板的固定方式有多种，或是采用手工固定的方式，工作效率低，不利于大规模流水线生产，或是采用机械式固定，但结构相对复杂，增加了设置制造成本。
发明内容
为了实现对PCB板进行方便快捷地固定，本发明提供了一种PCB板夹具锁扣。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种PCB板夹具锁扣，具有上锁块和下锁块，上锁块与PCB板夹具上的上压板弹性活动连接，下锁块与PCB板夹具上的下压板固定连接的，在下压板上固定设置有气缸，在上锁块与下锁块咬合锁定时，气缸的顶杆伸出时与下锁块相抵。
具体地：上锁块与上压板弹性活动连接方式采用在上压板上设置有弹簧合页，上锁块与弹簧合页固定连接的方式。
为了便于上锁块与下锁块的咬合，进一步地：上锁块与下锁块的迎合面为倾斜面，倾斜面的倾斜角α为30°。
本发明所述的PCB板夹具锁扣结构简单，可以方便地实现对PCB板夹具的开启与关闭，提高了工作效率，同时，在PCB板夹具锁定状态稳定可靠，确保PCB板的焊接质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种PCB板夹具锁扣，具有上锁块1和下锁块2，在PCB板夹具上的上压板3上设置有弹簧合页6，上锁块1与弹簧合页6固定连接，实现上锁块1与上压板3弹性活动连接，下锁块2与PCB板夹具上的下压板4固定连接的；在下压板4上固定设置有气缸5，在上锁块1与下锁块2咬合锁定时，气缸5的顶杆伸出时与上锁块1相抵。上锁块1与下锁块2的迎合面为倾斜面，所述倾斜面的倾斜角α为30°。
使用时，在PCB夹具的下压板4上设置好PCB板后，合下上压板1，当上压板1合下到一定位置时，上锁块1与下锁块2的迎合面接触，由于迎合面为倾斜面，上锁块1顺势滑落，在弹簧合页6的作用下，上锁块1与下锁块2最终咬合。当PCB板焊接完毕，需开启上压板3取出PCB板时，只需启动气缸5，气缸5的顶杆伸出，克服弹簧合页6对上锁块1施加的弹力，推动上锁块1使之脱离与下锁块2的咬合，此时就可以向上掀起上压板3，取出PCB板。

Claims (4)

1.一种PCB板夹具锁扣，其特征是：具有上锁块(1)和下锁块(2)，上锁块(1)与PCB板夹具上的上压板(3)弹性活动连接，下锁块(2)与PCB板夹具上的下压板(4)固定连接的；在下压板(4)上固定设置有气缸(5)，在上锁块(1)与下锁块(2)咬合锁定时，气缸(5)的顶杆伸出时与上锁块(1)相抵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PCB板夹具锁扣，其特征是：在上压板(3)上设置有弹簧合页(6)，上锁块(1)与弹簧合页(6)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PCB板夹具锁扣，其特征是：上锁块(1)与下锁块(2)的迎合面为倾斜面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PCB板夹具锁扣，其特征是：所述倾斜面的倾斜角α为30°。
