Abstract

本发明为一种全天候可烫金UV光油,其原料由如下重量百分含量的组分组成,氨基丙烯酸树脂40-60%,1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮1-2%,2-羟基丙烯酸树脂30-40%,α-羟基异丁酰苯1-2%,环氧丙烯酸树脂8-18%。本发明的UV光油具长效的优点,在使用时不受光固化条件的限制,固化后放置长时间,仍可烫金。

全天候可烫金UV光油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在塑料制品表面加饰的可烫金UV光油。
背景技术
可烫金UV光油即可烫金紫外光固化光油常用于化妆品包装塑料软管表面的加饰。现有的可烫金UV光油是短效的,上光后必须马上烫金,而且通过多次UV固化后,不能再在上面烫金,或光固化后放置一天以上时也不能再烫金。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有的可烫金UV光油存在的上述问题,提供一种长效的、在通过多次UV固化后不管放置多长时间仍然可以满足烫金要求的全天候可烫金UV光油。
本发明的全天候可烫金UV光油,其原料由如下组分组成,以重量百分含量计:氨基丙烯酸树脂40-60%,1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮1-2%,2-羟基丙烯酸树脂30-40%,α-羟基异丁酰苯1-2%,环氧丙烯酸树脂8-18%。
原料中1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮为光引发剂,2-羟基丙烯酸树脂为光交联剂,α-羟基异丁酰苯为助引发剂。
本发明中的各组分均可在市场上购得。
本发明中的生产方法如下:按原料的配方分别称取各组分,投入反应釜回流搅拌,加热至140~150℃,持续8~10小时,冷却至50℃后出料,即得本发明的全天候可烫金UV光油。
将本发明的UV光油通过上光装置均匀涂布在塑料软管表面,然后进行固化,再在不同的时间段将塑料软管做烫金实验,实验证明本发明的UV光油在涂布至塑料软管表面后,经过360天仍可以在其上烫金。
本发明的UV光油具长效的优点,在使用时不受光固化条件的限制,固化后放置长时间,仍可烫金。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
分别称取2600克氨基丙烯酸树脂、80克1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮、1800克2-羟基丙烯酸树脂、60克1173(α-羟基异丁酰苯)和460克环氧丙烯酸树脂,投入反应釜回流搅拌,加热至140℃,持续10小时,冷却至50℃后出料,即得全天候可烫金UV光油。
将聚乙烯塑料软管表面火焰或电晕处理,将本实施例制得的UV光油通过上光装置均匀涂布在软管表面,然后通过UV灯箱固化,固化后的UV光油厚度是3微米。将上光后的软管在烫金机上烫金,作为标准参照样版。将未烫金的上光软管密封保存,分别在以下时间段取出100支,做烫金试验对比,得出如下结果:
1、经过7天可以烫金;
2、经过30天可以烫金;
3、经过90天可以烫金;
4、经过180天可以烫金;
5、经过360天可以烫金。
实施例二:
分别称取2000克氨基丙烯酸树脂、50克1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮、2000克2-羟基丙烯酸树脂、100克1173(α-羟基异丁酰苯)和850克环氧丙烯酸树脂,投入反应釜回流搅拌,加热至150℃,持续8小时,冷却至50℃后出料,即得全天候可烫金UV光油。
将聚乙烯塑料软管表面火焰或电晕处理,将本实施例制得的UV光油通过上光装置均匀涂布在软管表面,然后通过UV灯箱固化,固化后的光油厚度是5微米。再将上光后的软管在烫金机上烫金,作为标准参照样版。将未烫金的上光软管密封保存,分别在7天、30天、90天、180天、360天取出100支,做烫金试验对比,结果表明在经过上述时间后,均可以在软管的UV光油上烫金。
实施例三:
分别称取3000克氨基丙烯酸树脂、50克1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮、1500克2-羟基丙烯酸树脂、50克1173(α-羟基异丁酰苯)和400克环氧丙烯酸树脂,投入反应釜回流搅拌,加热至145℃,持续9小时,冷却至50℃后出料,即得全天候可烫金UV光油。
实施例四:
分别称取2260克氨基丙烯酸树脂、100克1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮、1650克2-羟基丙烯酸树脂、90克1173(α-羟基异丁酰苯)和900克环氧丙烯酸树脂,投入反应釜回流搅拌,加热至150℃,持续8小时,冷却至50℃后出料,即得全天候可烫金UV光油。
以上实施例中,氨基丙烯酸树脂及环氧丙烯酸树脂从Asai Bussanin Japan商购,1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮、1173(α-羟基异丁酰苯)、2-羟基丙烯酸树脂从Schekolin AG购得。

1.一种全天候可烫金UV光油,其原料由如下组分组成,以重量百分含量计:氨基丙烯酸树脂40-60%,1-羟基环己基苯基丙酮1-2%,2-羟基丙烯酸树脂30-40%,α-羟基异丁酰苯1-2%,环氧丙烯酸树脂8-18%。
