Abstract
本发明涉及一种结合有空气流入阀并形成有显露于外部的气管的鞋底层,更详细地说,在鞋子的底层中像通常在汽车轮胎内部形成气管那样,在构成鞋子的底层上结合气管,该气管显露在鞋子的底层外部,并形成有用于从外部流入空气或向外部排出空气的空气阀,由此使鞋子的外表美观,能够根据使用者的趣向选择空气缓冲程度来穿上鞋子。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及结合有空气流入阀并形成有显露于外部的气管的鞋底层(outsole),更详细地说,提供一种如下的鞋子:在构成鞋子的底层中,将外部形成有用于使空气自由流入和排出的空气阀的气管结合在底层上,使气管显露在底层外部,根据使用者的体重和缓冲(cushion)程度来调节气管内部的空气量,实现符合个人趣向的气管缓冲。
背景技术
以往已出现了为实现鞋子的缓冲作用而具备多种形态的缓冲功能的底层。
例如,使用了如下的底层:在底层中使用缓冲垫(cushion)和气囊,该缓冲垫中利用了弹簧的弹性,该气囊中利用了空气,该底层利用弹性优异的合成树脂等构成。
在上述结构中,对于利用了空气的气囊,将内入有空气的气囊结合在底层或中层上来使用,但没有考虑内入在气囊中的空气根据人的体重和个人的趣向的缓冲程度,而形成为在统一规定的状态下具有均匀缓冲的气囊。
另外,虽然还提供有一种空气循环式气囊,其中,将内入到气囊的空气排出到鞋子的内层(insole),净化鞋子内部的空气或降低内部的温度,从而能够抑制在穿上鞋子时脚上产生的汗或味道,但这种空气循环式气囊仍没有考虑个人的缓冲程度,气囊单纯地起到循环空气的泵作用。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述问题而提出的,其目的在于,在鞋子的底层中像通常在汽车轮胎内部形成气管那样,在构成鞋子的底层上结合气管,该气管显露在鞋子的底层外部,并形成有用于从外部流入空气或向外部排出空气的空气阀,使鞋子的外表美观,能够根据使用者的趣向选择空气缓冲程度来穿上鞋子,参照附图详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
将空气流入管2、气管5以及底层6相结合,该空气流入管2上形成有用于使空气流入和排出的空气阀1,该气管5与上述的空气流入管2结合并形成有空气流入口3和空间部4,该底层6由合成树脂形成,在气管5外侧与其成型为一体,使上述的气管5和空气阀1显露在外部。
如下详细说明这样的底层6,该底层6上结合有气管5,该气管5上形成有空气阀1,该空气阀能够使空气自由地流入和排出。
在本发明中,作为使空气流入气管5内侧的方法,打开空气阀1,使空气经由空气流入管2和空气流入口3流入到气管5内侧之后,将空气阀1保持在关闭状态。
在将以上述方式内入空气的气管5安装到用于成型底层6的成型模具上的状态下,内入作为底层6来使用的发泡聚氨酯树脂或其它合成树脂等,使材料填充气管5外表面和空间部4,从而以使气管5一体固定在底层6内部的方式成型底层6。
为了进行上述结合,气管5的材料使用耐久性优异且容易与其它橡胶材料或合成树脂材料粘合的乙烯树脂类的材料。
在以上述方式将底层6和气管5结合的过程中,以使气管5的空气阀1和气管5的左、右侧面以及背面显露在底层6外部的方式结合,利用空气阀1使空气从底层6外部流入到气管5内部或将空气从气管5内部排出到底层6外部。
上述的空气阀1的结构与通常使用的轮胎的空气流入阀的结构相同,采用旋转空气阀1来打开或关闭空气流入口3的方法,使空气流入并确保流入的空气不会排出到外部。
说明采用以上述方式与底层6结合的气管5来构成结合有甲皮11的鞋子12的状态的作用。
在使用者穿上鞋子12的状态下,若身体的荷重通过脚传递给底层6,则身体的荷重使气管5收缩的同时克服荷重,气管5的形状复原的同时维持初始状态,重复进行这些过程,通过气管5实现缓冲作用,以克服传递到脚的身体的荷重。
在本发明中,在底层6上结合防滑层13,以保护底层6的表面,该防滑层13的耐磨损性优异且具有防滑(non-slip)功能,使得与地面接触的底层6不滑动。
在如上所述气管5克服身体的荷重的过程中,形成于底层6整个面上的多个空间部6-1借助底层6和防滑层13之间的空间面积,起到克服施加在脚整个面上的身体荷重的缓冲作用。
为了使如上所述的气管5顺利地动作,在气管5的上表面和下表面形成多个保持均匀的筋5-1,强化气管5的耐久性。
为了起到上述作用,优选与气管5一体结合的底层6适合使用能够根据气管5的形状来变化的软质材料,而不要使用给气管5的形状变化造成防碍的硬质材料。
发明效果
如上所述,在气管5显露于底层6外部且能够调节气管5内部的空气量的本发明中,能够选择符合使用者趣向的气管5的缓冲程度,所以具有能够选择使用者的身体的重量和缓冲程度来使用的效果。
在本发明中,与底层6一体结合的气管5显露于底层6外部,所以具有气管5使鞋子12的外表美观的效果。
Claims (1)
1、一种结合有空气流入阀并形成有显露于外部的气管的鞋底层,其特征在于,将空气流入管(2)、气管(5)以及底层(6)结合,所述空气流入管(2)上形成有用于使空气流入和排出的空气阀(1),所述气管(5)与所述空气流入管(2)结合并形成有空气流入口(3)和空间部(4),所述底层(6)由合成树脂形成,并在所述气管(5)外侧与其成型为一体,使所述气管(5)和所述空气阀(1)显露在外部。
