Abstract

背景技术
诸如机动车上的行人保护***之类的可复位机构需要非常快的响应时间。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种用于弹簧操作杆的电磁分离机构,在该弹簧操作杆中,电致动脉冲和杆分离之间的时间延迟得以最小化。
本发明提供了一种电磁分离机构,该电磁分离机构包括:弹簧操作杆,该杆具有凹处;闭锁元件,该闭锁元件可配合在所述凹处中以阻止所述杆的移动;分离元件,在所述分离元件的第一位置中,所述分离元件固定配合在所述凹处中的所述闭锁元件,而在所述分离元件的第二位置中,所述分离元件允许所述闭锁元件从所述凹处脱开;磁体,该磁体用于将所述分离元件固定在所述第一位置;用于将所述分离元件推动至所述第二位置的装置;以及用于施加与所述磁体施加的磁通量相反的磁通量的装置,该装置施加与所述磁体施加的磁通量相反的磁通量,以减小净磁通量而至少使所述分离元件移动至所述第二位置,所述闭锁元件从所述凹处脱开,且所述杆藉由弹簧力而轴向移动。

具体实施方式
如图所示,带有环形槽1a的弹簧致动杆1由作用在槽和反应管3之间的球2保持在压缩位置,其中球位于横向的孔3a中。槽1a构型成:在球上有一净的径向力,这些球被环形分离套环4阻止在锁定位置,从而将这些球固定在如下位置:它们将轴向负载从杆传送到反应管。
环形分离套环具有内型面4a,一旦套环轴向移动,该内型面4a就允许这些球径向向外移动,因此脱开凹槽1a并分离弹簧操作杆。
在锁定位置,环形套环由磁路来保持,在该磁路中,磁通量是由永磁体5来驱动的,它通过磁通量集中器6、环形分离套环4和反应管3,从而返回至永磁体5的另一极以完成回路。所有这些部件都是由铁磁材料制成的以减小磁阻。不管机械弹簧7的影响如何,在磁通量集中环和环形分离套环之间产生的力都足以固定套环并使机构保持锁定,该机械弹簧7是压缩的且用来将套环推动到分离位置。
通过将电流施加至线圈8,磁路中的磁通量就减小到套环和磁通量集中环之间的磁感应力小于加载的弹簧7的力的值。在这一瞬时,环形分离套环将加速且移动至分离位置。一旦分离套环已完成其轴向移动,这些球就会被来自杆上槽缘处的力的径向分量径向向外推动。然后,杆就能在其弹簧能的影响下平移。
通过压下杆来使机构复位。刚性地附连至杆1的再接合套环9将分离套环4移回图中所示的锁定位置,从而球2与槽1a再接合,分离套环4压缩弹簧7并再次被永磁回路固定。
这种设计的一变型是,使用杆弹簧,以借助在环形分离套环的内腔上使用更加复杂的型面4a来驱动分离套环,从而在锁定位置中,这些球在环形分离套环上施加与永磁体的力相反的力。这样,就可免去弹簧7同时又可减少在复位过程中动作的数量。
在该说明书和所附权利要求书中使用的术语“弹簧”包括气弹簧。

Claims (10)

1.一种电磁分离机构,包括:弹簧操作杆,该杆具有凹处;闭锁元件,该闭锁元件可配合在所述凹处中以阻止所述杆的移动;分离元件,在所述分离元件的第一位置中,所述分离元件固定配合在所述凹处中的所述闭锁元件,而在所述分离元件的第二位置中,所述分离元件允许所述闭锁元件从所述凹处脱开;磁体,该磁体用于将所述分离元件固定在所述第一位置;用于将所述分离元件推动至所述第二位置的装置;以及用于施加与所述磁体施加的磁通量相反的磁通量的装置,该装置施加与所述磁体施加的磁通量相反的磁通量,以减小净磁通量而至少使所述分离元件移动至所述第二位置,所述闭锁元件从所述凹处脱开,且所述杆藉由弹簧力而轴向移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,所述闭锁元件呈球的形式。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,具有多个闭锁元件。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,所述凹处形成绕所述杆延伸的环形槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,包括环形元件,所述杆设置成移动通过该环形元件,所述环形元件包括容纳所述闭锁元件的一部分的通孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,所述分离元件形成为套环,该套环围绕所述杆,可相对于所述杆滑动,且具有用于在所述分离元件的所述第二位置中接纳所述闭锁元件的分离凹处。
7.如权利要求1所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,所述用于施加磁通量的装置包括线圈,电流能够流过该线圈。
8.如权利要求1所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,所述推动装置包括弹簧。
9.如权利要求8所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,所述弹簧设置成作用在所述分离元件上。
10.如权利要求1所述的电磁分离机构,其特征在于,所述杆具有刚性地附连至其的再接合套环,所述杆沿着与所述弹簧力相对的方向的移动引起所述再接合套环将所述分离元件从所述第二位置移动至所述第一位置。
