本发明公开了一种阻垢用铜基触媒合金锭的均匀化处理方法,其核心技术为:采用二段温度处理法,即以30℃/s-50℃/s的升温速度升温至700℃-850℃,保温60min-90min,再以10℃/s-30℃/s的升温速度升温至1000℃-1150℃,保温300min-360min,关闭电源,使金属锭随炉冷却至300℃-400℃,打开炉门,取出铜基触媒合金锭空冷至室温,通过这种处理使铜基触媒合金内形成沿S100晶轴定向生长的柱状晶体,它不仅能阻止水垢的生成,而且能溶解水垢。

一种阻垢用铜基触媒合金锭的均匀化处理方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种具有防垢功能的铜基触媒合金材料加工技术,尤其涉及铜基触媒合金锭的均匀化处理方法。
背景技术:
在石油、化工、电力、造纸、印染、供热等行业的水处理过程中,以及在水加热过程中都必须使用输水管道,输水管道在长期高温使用过程中都会产生水垢,这种物质的产生,轻则会影响工业生产的正常运行,重则会导致整个生产***瘫痪或造成设备***等重大安全事故。为此,本单位经过长期的试验研究,终于研制出一种具有防垢功能的铜基触媒合金材料,它组份为Cu、Ni、Zn、Sn、Pb、Fe、Sb、Mn八种金属元素,各组分的重量百分比为:Cu40%-70%;Ni5%-20%;Zn10%-35%;Sn5%-30%;Pb0.5%-20%;Fe0.1%-8%;Sb0.01%-2%;Mn0.05%-5%,在制备过程中,必须将上述八种金属经特殊方法熔化成液态,然后再用专用铸造成型模铸成铜基触媒合金锭材,再对铜基触媒合金锭材进行热处理,使之具有阻止水垢生成并能溶解水垢的能力。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种阻垢用铜基触媒合金锭的均匀处理方法,经本发明处理后铜基触媒合金锭就具有优异的防垢功能,它既能阻止水垢的生成,又能溶解水垢。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种阻垢用铜基触媒合金锭的均匀化处理方法,其处理步骤如下:
将热处理电阻炉的炉膛清理干净,在室温条件下将铜基触媒合金锭装入炉膛中,通电开炉加温,以30℃/s-50℃/s的升温速度升温至700℃-850℃,保温60min-90min,再以10℃/s-30℃/s的升温速度升温至1000℃-1150℃,保温300min-360min,关闭电源,使金属锭随炉冷却至300℃-400℃,打开炉门,取出铜基触媒合金锭空冷至室温。
进一步,所述阻垢用铜基触媒合金锭的均匀化处理方法,其特征是:所述铜基触媒合金锭的截面形状为圆形或正方形,圆形的直径为φ20mm-φ300mm,正方形的边长为20mm-300mm。
经实际试验证明,铜基触媒合金锭经本发明所述热处理后,铜基触媒合金内形成沿S100晶轴定向生长的柱状晶体,它具有优异的防垢功能,它既能阻止水垢的生成,又有很强的溶解水垢能力。
具体实施方式:
本发明所述阻垢用铜基触媒合金锭的均匀化处理方法,将组份为Cu、Ni、Zn、Sn、Pb、Fe、Sb、Mn八种金属元素,各组分的重量百分比为:Cu40%-70%;Ni5%-20%;Zn10%-35%;Sn5%-30%;Pb0.5%-20%;Fe0.1%-8%;Sb0.01%-2%;制得的铜基触媒合金锭用电阻加热炉进行均匀化处理,具体步骤如下:

所述铜基触媒合金锭的截面形状为圆形或正方形,圆形锭的直径为φ20mm-φ300mm,正方形锭的边长为20mm-300mm。
