Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及电池驱动的,装有开关的电器的,尤其手提灯用的袋式包装或基座。
背景技术
该包装具有一由外部操作的机构,在无需打开包装的前提下,通过闭合电器的电路能在短时间内对该电器的性能进行检查。
这类灯的包装或基座在WO2005/097619A2中有新的报导。
商品极少散堆裸售,合适的包装可使电器的损伤减至最小。同样希望包装能使物品不易受窃,其前提条件是被包装的物品,一方面不能轻易地从包装或基座取出;另一方面包装的尺寸使其难以掩人耳目。此外,包装还能在包装外表面上加上附页、卡纸或类似的产品信息以便达到宣传或其他目的。
能满足上述性能要求额度包装为相关技术领域内熟知的塑囊包装。塑囊包装照例由一或两个塑料部件包装产品。在采用透明膜时,该部件固定在纸板上,其上印刷上面提到的信息。纸板部分经常称为“显卡”,它通常带有小孔或凹槽,方便在货架上悬挂。
电池驱动的电器,尤其是手提灯的包装,其特殊之处还在于,电器的功能只有在去掉包装之后才能检查。商店通常坚持,破坏了包装就必须购买,这样,因为担心换货而会妨碍顾客选择中意的商品。还由于熟练的售货员数量减少,致使售货人员在包装开启的问题上不能令人满意。
对于是否购买,电器的功能检查具有重要意义。此外,在做是否购买的决定时,手提灯的亮度和光色也起重要作用。
因此,前面提到的文件建议,或者放入包装的手提灯的开关可自由接触,或者有一由外面操作的机构启动压力开关,或者装有一外在的与被包装的手提灯隔开的开关,该开关与布置在包装或基座内的线路构成电路的一个部分,该电路同时包括手提灯电池和光源。包装上可自由接触的开关不能防止电器处于开启而不是关闭的状态,这样,经过长期通电照例会使放回或回挂到货架上的电器的电池无用地被耗尽。
另一种可能性在于,采用一种外部开关,其形式为包装固有的按钮或一种由塑性弹簧构成压力元件,该元件通过外部操作沿其弹簧路线运动,在这个进程中压力开关在第一段推程中,而不是在卡槽位置上就已感知。此时压力远见对设计成电建的压力开关施力,前后一种可能性在于选用拉电或施压元件,该元件通过第一推程即能使压力开关运动,为此选用机械操纵杆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于寻找另一种解决带包装电器的功能检查方法。
为此目的提出了权利要求1的包装方式。该包装具有一弹簧相联的磁体作为外开关,磁体反抗弹簧的压力从一个静止位置转到另一位置,在这个位置上触动供电开关使电器的电路闭合。这种供电开关优选舌簧继电器。
舌簧继电器作为电路开关元件在相关技术领域内是众所周知的。这种舌簧继电器的一舌簧触点进行工作。它涉及两个由铁磁材料制成的舌状接触弹簧,一个磁体靠近便产生磁场触动一个触舌,从而供电路闭合。只要磁铁靠近就足够引起一次电路闭合,这就不需要用磁电触摸舌簧继电器或电器外壳。舌簧继电器或另一种供电开关可用在平行电路或该电器的开关回路中,后者采用本企业所有的开关作该电器的开关。在后一种情况下电门是磁致开关。
包装上可采用一种弹簧负载的永久磁体,该磁体反抗弹簧的压力运动,直到舌簧触点闭合。它亦涉及一种磁铁膜,该膜在静止位置与电器保持一定距离,通过拇指压力,反抗弹簧力使一弹性橡胶零件向舌簧触点运动。总之,应在一足够强的磁力使舌簧继电器的开关运作。
本包装的特殊优点在于,几乎勿需触摸,即勿需触动电器的开关即能检查该电器的功能。通过弹簧的予应力还能保证电器长期误开的现象不会发生。

具体实施方式
塑囊包装粘在纸板10之上,其上有一冲压浅槽或冲压口可供小棍穿过,类似的东西在商场中常见。透明的缘故,图中未于表示,在两块相互焊连的半塑膜之间安放于电筒12,手电筒有一开关13,通过这个开关,内电路可断开或闭合,电池组14是这一电路的组成部分。
本发明采用了一种磁片15,它在反抗弹簧力16的力的作用下向箭头17,指向舌簧继电器18的方向运动,由于这种运动以及磁场力的作用,舌簧接触器18闭合,这样就能检查灯的功能。本图中还画出了滑动开关13作为磁致开关。如果这个磁致开关向箭头19的方向运动,就会在舌簧接触器18的周围产生磁场。当然,亦可用一种压力开关代替磁致开关13,那么在这种情况下舌簧继电器位于一平行线路之中,这样就能按另外一种传递方式即通过供电开关16或者该压力开关打开手提灯。

Claims (4)

1.一种电池驱动的,带开关的电器,尤其是手提灯的袋式包装或基座,该包装或基座带有的一种外部操作的机构在勿需打开包装的前提下通过电器电路的闭合在短时间内,检查该电器的功能,其特征在于,该外部操作机构是一种负载弹簧的磁体,该磁体反抗弹簧的压力从一个静止位置移动到另一位置,在该位置触动供电开关供电器的电路闭合。
2.权利要求1的包装或基座,其特征在于,该供电开关为一种舌簧继电器。
3.权利要求1或2的包装或基座,其特征在于,该磁体是一安装在包装内或包装上的永久磁铁或一个整体永久磁箔。
4.权利要求1-3中任一权利要求的包装或基座,其特征在于,供电开关布置在该电器内,而其外壳具有一磁致开关作为开关。
