发明内容
从已知的现有技术的方案的上述缺点出发,因此本发明的目的在于,构造一种密封的径向滚动轴承、特别是汽车的车轮轴承,其密封具有一个可轻易地无切屑地变形的、由便宜的材料制成的挡圈,并且在挡圈与内部的轴承圈压紧配合处排除挡圈的接触腐蚀和锈斑渗入。
根据本发明上述目的在根据权利要求1的前序部分的密封的径向滚动轴承中如此实现,即密封元件的挡圈由一个可简单地冷变形的钢板构成并且具有一个电镀的、具有含锌的构件的防腐蚀涂层,通过该涂层的阴极的保护作用不仅可以避免挡圈在其与内部的轴承圈的压紧配合位置的锈斑渗入并且避免密封元件在挡圈上的贴靠区域内的腐蚀侵蚀。
本发明因此涉及利用已知的阴极的保护作用的效果,其总是出现,当两种金属锌和钢经由电解质,如相对的空气湿气、雨水等,彼此导电地连接时。这种效果基于这样的事实,即锌在金属的电化学的电路电压级中比钢级别低,并且基本上在于,通过电解质形成一个电解的(galvanisches)元件,通过所述元件在挡圈的涂层和内部的轴承环之间形成电压差。“非贵重的”金属锌在此构成为溶液中的牺牲阳极,这意味着,涂层中的锌朝轴承圈的钢发生电子漂移,从而“贵重的”钢通过电化学的方式防止腐蚀。

由此,根据权利要求2、3和4设置成,挡圈的防腐蚀涂层可以由锌-铁合金、锌-镍合金或锌-钴合金构成。为了保护合金主要组分锌防止腐蚀,在锌-铁合金中给锌“添加”大约1%的铁,而在锌-镍合金给锌添加大约10%的镍并且在锌-钴合金中给锌“添加”大约1%的钴。

根据本发明构成的密封的径向滚动轴承因此相对于由现有技术已知的具有盒式密封件的径向滚动轴承具有这样的优点,即可以使用一个简单的钢板作为挡圈的基本材料,其不仅是便宜的而且可以简单地加工和无切屑地变形并且因此适合于制造复杂的横截面几何形状。给挡圈镀上含锌的防腐蚀涂层此外具有这样的优点,即通过阴极的保护作用,不仅挡圈本身而且其与径向滚动轴承的内部的轴承圈的压紧配合位置长时间防止腐蚀和锈斑渗入,从而避免了水渗入轴承腔内以及防止轴承的提前故障。即使在密封唇的区域内,在其中通过进入极端薄的涂层内在挡圈上形成光亮的面,在与湿气接触时由于阴极保护的隔开作用长时间避免锈斑的形成。尽管由于防腐蚀涂层的较小的层厚度,仍然在措施新颖且便宜制造涂层件的情况下获得高的防锈效果。

具体实施方式
由附图可以清楚看出一个构成为汽车车轮轴承的密封的径向滚动轴承1,其基本上包括一个外部的轴承圈2、一个内部的轴承圈3以及若干在各轴承圈2、3之间滚动的滚动体4构成,所述滚动体通过一个轴承保持架5以彼此均匀的间距保持。此外,在附图中可以看到,各一个径向设置的密封元件6在两侧与滚动体4轴向隔开地在各轴承圈2、3之间延伸,所述密封元件分别由一个弹性体密封圈7构成,其利用硫化的未详细示出的钢板环加固。明显可见,弹性体密封圈7在此以其横断面的一个端部固定在固定的外部的轴承圈2上的一个同样未示出的槽内,而弹性体密封件在其横断面的另外一个端部上具有两个径向上下相叠地设置的密封唇8、9。这个弹性体密封件7配备一个轴向向外限定密封元件6的且在横断面上为L形的挡圈10,该挡圈经由其轴向向内或朝滚动体定向的型臂11通过压紧配合与径向滚动轴承1的内部的轴承圈3连接。弹性体密封件7的径向内部的密封唇9靠在这个轴向的型臂11上,而径向外部的密封唇8贴靠在挡圈10的径向的型臂12上。
最后由附图出发此外还示出,密封元件6的挡圈10根据本发明由一可简单地冷变形的钢板制成并且具有一个具有含锌组分的电镀的防腐蚀涂层13,通过该涂层的阴极的保护作用不仅可以避免挡圈10在其与内部的轴承圈3的压紧配合位置的锈斑渗入并且在密封唇8、9贴靠在挡圈10的型臂11、12上的区域内避免腐蚀侵蚀。挡圈10的防腐蚀涂层13在此由锌-铁合金构成并且具有0.5至3.0μm的层厚。

Claims (5)
1.密封的径向滚动轴承(1)、特别是汽车的车轮轴承,其基本上包括一外部的轴承圈(2)和一内部的轴承圈(3)以及若干在各轴承圈(2、3)之间滚动的滚动体(4),所述滚动体通过一轴承保持架(5)以彼此均匀的间距保持,其中各一个径向设置的密封元件(6)在两侧与滚动体(4)轴向隔开地在各轴承圈(2、3)之间延伸,所述密封元件具有一个或多个与外部的轴承圈(2)连接的密封唇(8、9),所述密封唇贴靠在一个与内部的轴承圈(3)通过压紧配合连接的挡圈(10)上,其特征在于,密封元件(6)的挡圈(10)由一可简单地冷变形的钢板构成并且具有一个电镀的、具有含锌组分的防腐蚀涂层(13),通过该涂层的阴极的保护作用不仅可以避免挡圈(10)在其与内部的轴承圈(3)的压紧配合位置的锈斑渗入并且避免密封唇(8、9)在挡圈(10)上的贴靠区域内的腐蚀侵蚀。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封的径向滚动轴承,其特征在于,挡圈(10)的防腐蚀涂层(13)由一种锌-铁合金构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的密封的径向滚动轴承,其特征在于,挡圈(10)的防腐蚀涂层(13)由一种锌-镍合金构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的密封的径向滚动轴承,其特征在于,挡圈(10)的防腐蚀涂层(13)由一种锌-钴合金构成。
5.如权利要求2至4之一所述的径向滚动轴承,其特征在于,挡圈(10)的防腐蚀涂层(13)具有0.5至3.0μm的层厚。
