Abstract

本发明公开了一种便携式电子装置,包括一外壳和一设置于外壳内的相机模组,外壳上对应相机模组开设一个镜头孔,所述镜头孔的直径沿壳体外表面向内表面逐渐缩小。所述外壳的镜头孔使相机模组的透光孔可以不用设计成阶梯状从而使其厚度降低,减少了便携式电子装置内部相机模组的厚度和容置空间,从而从整体上使得便携式电子装置变得更薄,所述便携式电子装置也同样达到了有效避免光斑影响的技术效果。

便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置,尤其涉及一种具有镜头孔结构的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
随着数码时代的到来,具拍照功能的手机等便携式电子装置的使用日益广泛,其正朝着轻、薄、短、小的方向发展,同时人们对拍照质量的要求也越来越高。目前大多数便携式电子装置的相机模组由镜片、镜筒及影像感测模块等部件构成。其具体构造一般为将镜片收容于镜筒的内部,影像感测模块设于镜片的出射光路上。进入相机模组的光学影像信号经过镜片聚焦后到达影像感测模块,影像感测模块将光学影像信号转换为电子影像信号。
由于现有手机等便携式电子装置的相机模组自身结构的局限,实际操作中经常有一些不必要的杂散光线从镜头孔进入,造成影像扩散或留下镜头结构的痕迹,形成所谓的光斑,对拍摄效果造成不利影响。现有技术中,人们为了减少光斑的影响,对相机模组结构进行了诸多改进。
请参阅图1,一现有的手机装置的数码相机模组包括一镜片10、一镜筒20及一透光板30。所述镜筒20大致为中空圆柱体,其具有一半封闭端22及一开口端28,所述镜片10收容于镜筒20的开口端28内。所述半封闭端22的中心位置处开设有一透光孔23,为防止一些杂散光线从所述透光孔23进入,在影像感测模块(图未示)上造成影像扩散或留下镜头结构的痕迹而形成光斑,影响拍摄效果,该透光孔23制成直径沿半封闭端22向开口端28的方向逐渐缩小的阶梯状,在半封闭端22中心位置处的透光孔23上对应形成一阶梯形内侧壁24。透光板30罩设于所述半封闭端22中心位置处的透光孔23上方。
所述手机装置具有一外壳40,其与镜筒20的半封闭端22对应位置处开设有一镜头孔42。使用该手机装置摄取物体影像时,光学影像信号从该外壳镜头孔42进入,穿过透光板30、透光孔23及非球面镜片10到达影像感测模块,然后转换为电子影像信号。
虽然图1中所述的镜筒20采用把其半封闭端22的透光孔23制成阶梯状来解决在拍摄过程中产生的光斑影响的问题。但是,因半封闭端22的透光孔23制成阶梯状需要一定的厚度,这样会增加整个相机模组的高度,增加便携式电子装置的内部容置空间,从而影响整个便携式电子装置的整体厚度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种降低便携式电子装置的相机模组厚度的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,包括一外壳和一设置于外壳内的相机模组,外壳上对应相机模组开设一镜头孔,所述镜头孔的直径沿壳体外表面向其内表面逐渐缩小。
与现有技术相比,将所述便携式电子装置的镜头孔设计为直径沿壳体外表面向其内表面逐渐缩小,使得相机模组的透光孔不用设计成阶梯状,从而可降低其厚度,其内部的整个相机模组不仅能够有效地防止产生光斑,又可从整体上降低相机模组厚度,使整个便携式电子装置变得更薄从而从整体上使得便携式电子装置变得更薄,所述装置也同样达到了有效避免光斑影响的技术效果。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2,本发明便携式电子装置较佳实施例包括一外壳100和一相机模组200,相机模组200包括一镜片210、一镜筒220及一透光板230。所述镜筒220呈一中空的圆柱体状,其具有一半封闭端222及一开口端228,该开口端228与半封闭端222相对设置。所述镜片210收容于镜筒220内。所述半封闭端222中心位置处开设有一透光孔223,光学影像信号从半封闭端222的透光孔223进入镜筒220中,穿过镜片210到达便携式电子装置的影像感测模块(图未示)中,转化成电子影像信号。透光板230罩设于所述镜筒220的半封闭端222上,用于封闭透光孔223。
外壳100用于容置相机模组200及便携式电子装置的其它电子元件。所述外壳100包括一外表面101、内表面108及一与相机模组200的透光孔223相对正的镜头孔102。所述镜头孔102为大致圆形状,也可以制成相适应的其他形状。
该镜头孔102制成直径沿外壳100的外表面101向其内表面108方向逐渐缩小的阶梯状通孔,在镜头孔102周壁对应形成一阶梯状内侧壁104。该阶梯状镜头孔102可以防止一些杂散光线从镜头孔102进入相机模组200而在影像感测模块上形成光斑,影响拍摄效果。
所述镜头孔102也可以制成直径沿外壳100的外表面101向其内表面108方向逐渐缩小的锥形孔。
由于在整个便携式电子装置中,阶梯状镜头孔102设置于外壳100上,而外壳100本身具有的厚度足够设计该阶梯状镜头孔102,从而使得所述相机模组200与外壳100的总体厚度可以变薄,使得整个便携式电子装置变薄。

Claims (9)

1.一种便携式电子装置,包括一外壳和一设置于外壳内的相机模组,外壳上对应相机模组开设一个镜头孔,其特征在于:所述镜头孔的直径沿壳体外表面向内表面逐渐缩小。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述镜头孔为阶梯孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述镜头孔为锥形孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述镜头孔为大致圆形。
5.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述相机模组包括一镜片及一镜筒,所述镜片收容于该镜筒内。
6.如权利要求5所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述镜筒呈一中空状,该镜筒具有一半封闭端及一开口端,该开口端与所述半封闭端相对设置。
7.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述半封闭端中心位置处开设有一透光孔,所述透光孔与所述镜头孔对准。
8.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该相机模组进一步包括一透光板,所述透光板罩设于所述镜筒的半封闭端上。
9.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该相机模组包括一影像感侧模块,用以接收来自镜片的影像信号。
