本发明公开了一种标准砝码,主要结构特征是本标准砝码正面下方和侧面下方设有对称的通槽各两个,上面四角对称设有凹槽,凹槽各固定有用于平稳吊运的横柱,上面中央设有矩形凸台,底面中央设有与矩形凸台配合的矩形凹槽。本标准砝码材质、质量、准确度等级均符合JJG99-2006《砝码》国家计量检定规程的要求,它使用方便、运输安全,并可稳定地多层叠放装卸。同时可用叉车或吊车四方向装卸,且在较小区域能够摆放,安全性高。

背景技术
传统检定大型衡器的砝码外形为长方形或圆柱形,只有两面叉槽,没有上面的凸面和下面的凹槽。由于上面只有对称的两个凹槽和横柱,在吊运时很难达到平稳移动,叠放和运输也不安全,需配辅助加固设备。这类砝码多数不能用叉车搬运,工作区域要求大,工作效率低。故研制一种可克服上述缺点,吊运平稳,叠放和运输安全的砝码是有必要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种标准砝码,这种标准砝码在传统长方形砝码基础上又增加了与叉车配合的叉槽和配合吊运的凹槽横柱,以更符合砝码的叠放和运输安全要求。
本发明的技术问题由如下方案来解决:标准砝码,外形为长方体,两面设叉槽,上面有对称的凹槽和横柱,正面中央设有配重调整腔,其特征是:正面下方和侧面下方设有对称的通槽各两个,上面四角对称设有凹槽,凹槽各固定有用于平稳吊运的横柱,上面中央设有矩形凸台,底面中央设有与矩形凸台配合的矩形凹槽。
本发明还包括如下方案:所述上面中央的矩形凸台和底面中央的矩形凹槽呈倾角。
本发明的优点是:本标准砝码材质、质量、准确度等级均符合JJG99-2006《砝码》国家计量检定规程的要求,它使用方便、运输安全,可提高工作效率,并可多层叠放装卸。同时可用叉车或吊车四方向装卸,且在较小区域能够摆放,底面设计的凹槽配合汽车大箱上的长方形凸面在运输中不再需要任何加固,安全性高。

如图1所示,标准砝码正面中央设有调整腔1,用于检定砝码超差时进行配重。如图1、图2所示,正面下方和侧面下方设有对称的通槽2、3各两个,方便叉车搬运。如图3所示,上面四角对称设有凹槽4,凹槽4各固定有用于平稳吊运的横柱5。如图1、图2、图3所示,上面中央设有长方形凸台6。如图1、图4所示,底面中央设有长方形凹槽7。长方形凸台6和长方形凹槽7呈倾角。当上下两只标准砝码叠放时,上标准砝码底面的长方形凹槽7和下标准砝码上面的长方形凸台6正好配合叠放,增加其稳定性。

1.标准砝码,外形为长方体,两面设叉槽,上面有对称的凹槽和横柱,正面中央设有配重调整腔,其特征是:正面下方和侧面下方设有对称的通槽各两个,上面四角对称设有凹槽,凹槽各固定有用于平稳吊运的横柱,上面中央设有矩形凸台,底面中央设有与矩形凸台配合的矩形凹槽。
