Abstract

本发明公开了一种微生物法处理沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳气体并回收菌液的方法及装置。本发明目的有二:一是去除沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳,提高可燃性气体纯度;二是为工、农业生产提供有益菌液。微生物法去除硫化氢和二氧化碳的方法是,将沼气发酵池中所产沼气经进气管(4)通入装有微生物水溶液(8)的水压贮气罐中,溶于微生物水溶液(8)的硫化氢和二氧化碳迅速分布于隔板(3)两侧的贮气腔(1)与水压腔(2)中,被微生物吸收利用,发生如图反应,不溶于水溶液的甲烷经出气管(5)排出供沼气设备使用。所述微生物为光合硫菌,所述水压式贮气罐采用透光性材料制作,经处理后的菌液定期开启阀门(9)经排水管(7)排出回收,用于工、农业生产,菌液部分排出后,再经进水管(6)注入新的水溶液。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物质能源净化技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种去除沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳气体的方法及装置。
背景技术
从沼气池发酵装置出来的沼气中含有二氧化碳、硫化氢、水蒸气及固体杂质颗粒.二氧化碳会降低沼气的热值,阻碍沼气的燃烧;而硫化氢不仅加速输送管路及配件的腐蚀,还会对人身安全造成极大的威胁.因此,作为燃料,沼气在使用前一般需要脱硫化氢.如果为了提高燃烧质量,减少沼气收集、输送费用,还应考虑脱去沼气中的二氧化碳.目前,脱去沼气中硫化氢主要采用干法氧化铁脱硫.该法日处理量少,设备笨重,间歇式干法脱硫还存在更换脱硫剂时劳动强度大,污染环境,费脱硫剂难以处理等问题.二氧化碳去除常采用G-V法.该方法不仅工艺复杂,而且投资成本高.
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供一种既去除硫化氢和二氧化碳气体又能生成有益菌液的方法和装置.
本发明的微生物处理硫化氢和二氧化碳的方法是,将沼气池中所产沼气通入装有微生物水溶液的水压式贮气罐,发生如下反应:
所述菌液可回收利用,所述水压式沼气贮气罐采用透光性材料制作或在沼气罐内安装日光灯.
本发明的有益效果是:(1)方法简单,成本低;(2)无需特殊设备,投资小;(3)真正做到变费为宝,可持续发展。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例,可对本发明作进一步的了解。
实施例1
将含有硫化氢和二氧化碳气体的沼气通入装有光合绿硫菌水溶液的水压式贮气罐中。这类微生物是一种光能自养微生物,主要通过吸收光能,进行光合作用固定二氧化碳,二氧化碳固定的过程中,可以不同的无机物如硫化氢作为氢的供体,其反应式如下:
实施例2
将含有硫化氢和二氧化碳气体的沼气通入装有贝氏硫细菌溶液的水压式贮气罐中,并向其中通入氧气或空气,发生如下反应:
2H2S+O→2S+2H2O
实施例3菌液回收
将处理的菌液定期排出回收,排出后再加入经净化后的水和微生物水溶液,以便不断利用,如此反复。回收的菌液施入土壤可改良土壤的理化性质,促进作物生长,投入鱼塘可起到净化的作用,增强光合作用。
实施例4
所述水压式沼气贮气罐罐内安装日光灯,可在无法接收太阳光能时,提供人工光能。

1.一种微生物法处理沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳气体并回收菌液的方法,其特征在于将沼气通入微生物水溶液中。
2.根据权利要求1所述微生物法处理沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳气体并回收菌液的方法,其特征在于所述微生物为光合硫菌。
3.根据权利要求2所述微生物法处理沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳气体并回收菌液的方法,其特征在于所述光合菌为绿硫菌或贝氏硫菌。
4.根据权利要求1所述微生物法处理沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳气体并回收菌液的方法,其特征在于所述菌液经处理后定期回由再利用。
5.一种微生物法处理沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳气体的装置,其特征在于所述装置是一种水压式沼气贮气罐。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种微生物法处理沼气中硫化氢和二氧化碳气体的装置,其特征在于所述水压式沼气贮气罐采用透光性材料制作或在水压式沼气贮气罐中安装日光灯。
