本发明涉及一种动力装置,尤其是一种发电内燃机装置。
背景技术
内燃机作为一种动力装置,广泛应用各个领域。内燃机是一种动力机械,它是通过使燃料在机器内部燃烧,并将其放出的热能直接转换为动力的热力发动机。但通常所说的内燃机是指活塞式内燃机。活塞式内燃机以往复活塞式最为普遍。活塞式内燃机将燃料和空气混合,在其气缸内燃烧,释放出的热能使气缸内产生高温高压的燃气。燃气膨胀推动活塞作功,再通过曲柄连杆机构或其他机构将机械功输出,驱动从动机械工作。这种通过模式对燃料的利用率消耗很大,热量损失严重,造成了很大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明针对目前内燃机的利用状况,提供了一种压燃式甲烷内燃机,极大的提高了能源的利用效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取以下措施来实现:
一种内燃机,包括曲柄连杆机构、机体和气缸盖、配气机构、供油***、润滑***、冷却***、起动装置,其特征是:采用甲烷作为燃料,对吸入汽缸的空气进行高比例压缩,至使升温达到着火点,然后喷入甲烷而迅速燃烧,释放热量膨胀推动活塞做功。
与目前技术相比:采用非石油制品的甲烷作为燃料,减少了对其依赖,另外,采取直接对甲烷燃料使压,其利用效率明显增强,区别与传统。
具体实施方式
本发明利用甲烷替代石油制品作为燃料,其利用效率更好,且减少了对环境的污染,并采取非传统的方式,直接对甲烷加压,使温度急速升温燃烧甲烷发热做功。
实际案例,本发明可应用到汽车工业中,利用甲烷为燃料,减少对石油制品的依赖,解决了能源危机问题。其能源利用率要比石油制品提高25%。
