Abstract
本发明涉及一种快速连接器的锁定件(10),设置有配接件(11)以及动作件(15),所述配接件(11)上设置有用于与快速连接器的收纳件锁定的装置(18、19),所述动作件(15)与配接件(11)接合并安装在所述配接件(11)内从而可在释放位置和锁定位置之间移动。所述动作件(15)包括锁定装置(22、23、25、26),当锁定件(10)配接在收纳件上处于锁定位置时,锁定装置(22、23、25、26)可实现与配置在快速连接器的可***件上的定位环的接合。确保锁定件(10)与快速连接器的连接,并因此易于使用。
Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的快速连接器的锁定件。
可以从DE10115399C1中得知这种快速连接器的锁定件。现有的单件式锁定件可以配接在快速连接器上,并设有能与快速连接器的收纳件实现卡扣连接的装置。锁定件相对快速连接器的纵向可在锁定位置和释放位置之间垂直移动,所述锁定位置防止快速连接器的可***件意外松开,所述释放位置让***件可以从收纳件抽出。
本发明的目的在于公开一种特征在于确保与快速连接器连接且便于使用的上述类型的快速连接器的锁定件。
根据本发明,这一发明目的通过权利要求1中限定部分的特征实现于前述类型的快速连接器的锁定件中。
本发明的锁定件包括两个单独的部件,即配接件和动作件,配接件是可配接在快速连接器的收纳件上,动作件用于锁定快速连接器的可***件,一方面确保锁定件与快速连接器实现连接,另一方面可使操作锁定件动作相对简单。
权利要求2中的改进在于通过提供盖片,从而使配置于快速连接器上的动作表面得到遮盖,并用作释放可***件,从而充分降低快速连接器在连接过程中意外松脱的风险。
发明所作出的其它有用的结构在附加的从属权利要求中体现。
其它有用的配置和优点将参考附图,在以下的发明优选实施例的描述中体现。
图1是配接在快速连接器上处于释放位置的本发明锁定件具体实施例的局部剖开透视图。
图2是图1具体实施例的透视图。
图3是配接在快速连接器上处于锁定位置的图1中具体实施例的局部剖开透视图。
图1是快速连接器的细长、圆筒形的收纳件1的局部剖开透视图,其中收纳件1可以连接到输送流体***的管道端部(图1未示)。为了将收纳件1密封连接到作为快速连接器一部分并配置有定位环2的可***件3,在收纳件1的收纳空间7内设有第一密封环4、第二密封环5以及位于所述密封环4、5之间的中间密封环6。间隔环9设置在第二密封环5面向***处8那面的旁边,其用于使密封环4、5以及中间环6固定于朝着远离***处8方向的收纳空间7那面上。
图1亦显示本创新锁定件10的具体实施例,其处于与快速连接器的收纳件1配接状态。锁定件10设有可配接在收纳件1上的配接件11并具有支撑壁12,支撑壁12在图1所示配接状态下支撑收纳件1***方向的前面。锁定件10还配置有前壁13,前壁13与支撑壁12是分开的,在***方向上相对设置。支撑壁12和前壁13都具有可使可***件通过的中心空间,从而在支撑壁12和前壁13之间沿边地形成导轨14。锁定件10还包括动作件15,当锁定件10处于配接状态时,动作件15可以在导轨14的引导下,相对配接件11并垂直于可***件3进入收纳件1的***方向移动,下面将作详细解释。
图2是图1中本发明的锁定件10处于与收纳件1配接状态时的透视图,其望向支撑壁12朝着远离前壁13方向的那边。从图2可以看出,锁定件10具有第一侧壁16和第二侧壁17,其固定在支撑壁12上朝着远离前壁13方向的那面。侧壁16、17朝着远离支撑壁12方向的那一端形成的卡扣连接装置为径向向内突起部18、19,当锁定件10处于配接在收纳件1上的状态时,径向向内突起部18、19在收纳件1的后面接合,而收纳件1处于向后地朝可***件3进入收纳件1的***方向,从而在与放置成向前地朝可***件3进入收纳件1的***方向并属于配接件11的支撑壁12组合时,将配接件11可释放地锁定在收纳件1上。为了与收纳件1尽可能牢固地连接,侧壁16、17由有用地形成于其各自后端的过渡区20将彼此连接起来。
从图2中还可以看出,动作件15具有小弧度盖片21,其从支撑壁平面开始朝侧壁16、17延伸,动作件15具有第一臂22和第二臂23,其与盖片21基本垂直设置并嵌合在导轨14内的,从而令动作件15在图2所示的拉开释放位置与收回锁定位置之间可垂直于配接件11移动。臂22、23分别在其上设置有与空间24相邻的增强肋部25、26,其沿圆周方向延伸并且朝侧壁16、17突出,接着,在肋部25、26上形成纵向设置,也朝侧壁16、17突出的接合头部27。
最后,可以从图2中看出,配接件11上在导轨14以及臂22、23的区域内配置有卡扣连接方式,其形式为卡扣凸出部28与卡扣凹入部29在图2所示释放位置以及锁定位置均彼此接合,这两个位置上,动作件15均能在一定程度上承受移动方向上的作用力。
图3是根据图1具体实施例的局部剖开透视图,其中动作件15处于收回、锁定位置,以及快速连接器的可***件3恰当地***在收纳件1中。当收纳件1与可***件3处于这种状态时,通过环形定位弹簧30使定位环2处于适当位置上,环形定位弹簧30围绕可***件3,并包括径向向内延伸的定位凸出部31,定位凸出部31将定位环2嵌合在内。为了释放可***件3,定位弹簧30必须通过释放侧32所施加的压力产生变形,变形的程度大至定位环2与定位凸出部31之间的嵌合释放开,并让可***件3可以沿***方向的反向从收纳件1中移出。
但在动作件15处于锁定位置时,是不能直接接触释放侧32的,因为释放侧32由盖片21覆盖,从而防止快速连接器的收纳件1与可***件3之间意外脱扣。不过,万一由于例如盖板21和释放侧32之间意外***长物体(如螺丝的刀身)而施加压力到释放侧32,或者由于定位环2或定位凸出部31上的磨损,造成收纳件1与可***件3之间的连接意外释放,臂22、23及其在离可***件3的轴段33相对较近的旁边所设置的增强肋部25、26,会起到辅助接合作用,从而当动作件15处于锁定位置时,将可***件3保持在收纳件1内。
从图3中还可以看出,接合头部27伸入收纳空间7,防止动作件15从导轨14中完全移出。通过这种方式,可动动作件15在锁定件10配接设置中是受到约束的。
从上面的说明可以明白,配接件11以及动作件15的特定形状与快速连接器的收纳件1的具体构造相适应。
Claims (5)
1、一种快速连接器的锁定件,其包括实现与快速连接器的收纳件(1)卡扣连接的装置,其特征在于:
配接件(11)上设置有所述用于实现卡扣连接的装置(18、19);以及
设有安装在所述配接件(11)内与所述配接件(11)接合的动作件(15),从而可在释放位置和锁定位置之间移动;以及
所述动作件(15)包括锁定装置(22、23、25、26),当所述锁定件(10)配接在收纳件(1)上时,锁定装置(22、23、25、26)在锁定位置可实现与配置在所述快速连接器的可***件(3)上的定位环(2)的接合。
2、如权利要求1所述的锁定件,其特征在于:
所述动作件(15)包括两个横向设置的臂(22、23)以及与所述臂(22、23)连接的盖片(21)。
3、如权利要求2所述的锁定件,其特征在于:
所述配接件(11)包括与所述用于有效卡扣连接的装置(18、19)相对设置的支撑壁(12);以及
设置在所述支撑壁(12)朝着远离所述用于实现卡扣连接的装置(18、19)方向的那面的前壁(13),其中所述臂(22、23)可移动地安装在所述支撑壁(12)与所述前壁(13)之间形成的导轨(14)内。
4、如权利要求1至3所述的任一锁定件,其特征在于:
卡扣连接装置(28、29)配置在所述配接件(11)和所述动作件(15)上,在释放位置和锁定位置上均进行配合。
5、如权利要求1至4所述的任一锁定件,其特征在于:
至少一个接合头部(27)配置在所述动作件(15)上,当所述锁定件(10)配接在快速连接器的收纳件(1)上时,接合头部(27)伸入所述收纳件(1)上形成的收纳空间中。
