技术领域
本发明属于内燃发动机设计领域的一大突破,采用低温等离子技术,通过进气装置的空气产生含有一定量的臭氧和离子化气体,增加了发动机内燃烧完全度和温度,提高了发动机的功率输出,试验表明,采用本装置,发动机单位油耗降低≥5%,尾气排放指标降低≥30%。
背景技术
当今世界,环境日见恶化,能源日趋紧张,而每天全球工作的千万台发动机,又使这种情况日复一日的加剧。因此评价一台发动机的好坏,油耗和排放成了重要的指标。本装置的发明,是在发动机设计理论上的一个重大突破,使发动机的燃烧技术又揭开了新的一页,微观上进入了离子化水平,宏观上达到了降低污染排放,节省能源的双重效果。
本发明装置,适合一切空气作为氧化剂的发动机,包括内燃机和航空发动机。
发明内容:在一般工作的发动机上。
1.在闭口发动机进气***的进口管、空气滤清器、进气管内;在开口发动机的进气道,压气机,燃烧室扩压段内;装有压电陶瓷或空气放电的通用电离装置。
2.和发动机工作电源相连的高压变压器及和发动机起动工作***同步的通用控制电路。
附图说明:
图1是原进气发动机,由发动机本体1、进气管(道)2,排气管(口)3,空气滤清器(压气机)4组成。图2是带发动机臭氧离化进气装置。除前4项与原发动机相同外,在2、4的发动机进气***内,多了一个电离化装置5。
具体实施方案:在发动机的进气管(道),空气滤清器(压气机)内前后,装上电离化装置的臭氧发生元件。并与高压电源相连。高压电源与发动机主电源电路相接。发动机一工作,电离装置就处于工作状态。

Claims (4)

1.一种新的发动机供气装置,发动机进气端内采用低温等离子技术,使进入发动机去的空气产生一定量的臭氧的离子化气体,增强了发动机燃烧反应中的活化能量,使得发动机点火容易,火焰传播迅速,燃烧完全度极大提高。
2.按照权利1的要求,一切采用进气离化装置的发动机,属于本发明之例。
3.按照权利1、2的要求,在发动机进气主管空气滤清器内采用气体放电的发动机,属于本发明之例。
4.按照权利1、2、3的要求,由于采用离化进气装置而使得发动机油耗降低,排放降低的装置,属于本发明之例。
