Claims (4)
- 当前污水处理工艺基本上可分为以细菌为基础的生化处理工艺和以混凝沉淀为基础的物化处理工艺、膜处理和常温下的药剂氧化处理工艺。而强氧化变频电磁场污水处理工艺的特征在于:
- 1、工艺特征:在污水中加入氧化剂、能量转化物质、药剂后通过电磁场(或强电磁)的作用,使污水(废水)在氧化剂、能量转化物质、药剂、高温、高压的共同作用下,达到污水(废水)净化目的的水处理流程、工艺。
- 2、工艺机理:采用电磁场来提高反应活化能,促使难降解的污染物被分解;在工艺中加入了能量转化物质,该种物质对电磁波具有很强的吸收能力,能将波能转化为热能,瞬间在其表面产生局部高温、高压,促使反应温度提高、环境变化,使部分非极性分子的氧化分解反应得以发生,并发生剧烈的化学氧化分解反应和催化反应,使水中污染物转化成不可溶物质或气体从水中分离出来。
- 3、工艺流程:废水经过格栅,清除大块杂物;接着进入调节池,得到水量和水质的缓冲;废水从调节池出来加入能量转化物质后,进入混合器中充分混合;废水从混合器出来加入氧化剂后,进入混合器中充分混合;废水从混合器出来加入药剂后,混合液通过强电磁场,在强电磁场中发生直接的物理化学反应、高温氧化还原反应、催化反应,这些反应的生成物转变为速沉的絮体物;带有大量速沉絮体物的废水(SS≤1500mg/L),进入沉淀过滤设备,出水可达标排放或再利用;污泥经污泥脱水设备出泥饼外运。
