本发明涉及冶金机械领域,特别是涉及一种大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副。其特征是:不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副与等厚螺牙压下螺纹副的螺距和齿侧间隙相比不变,其压下螺母(2)螺牙的厚度大于压下螺丝(1)螺牙的厚度,压下螺母(2)螺牙的厚度等于原等厚螺牙厚度加螺牙厚差δ,压下螺丝(1)螺牙的厚度等于原等厚螺牙厚度减螺牙厚差δ,螺牙厚差δ=2.5~3.5mm。在压下螺丝(1)螺牙谷底处开圆弧槽,圆弧槽与两相邻螺牙的轮廓线相切,圆弧半径R=8~12mm。这种大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副设计合理、工作可靠,与等厚螺牙压下螺纹副相比其使用寿命可提高3年以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及冶金机械领域,特别是涉及一种大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节压下螺纹副装置。
背景技术
我国现有中厚板轧机以及专门生产中厚板的炉卷轧机约29套,总的生产能力在2000万吨左右。2005年随着宝钢5000mm轧机的投产和一批改造和新建设备的投产,产量将有一定增长。其中典型的有济钢3500mm中厚板轧机、首钢3500mm中厚板轧机等。
大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节压下螺纹副是轧机电动压下装置的核心构件。它的寿命及可靠性关系整个轧机的稳定生产。然而在实际使用过程中,压下螺纹副磨损严重,寿命短,增加停机更换时间,严重影响生产过程,带来巨大的经济损失。
某中板厂的2800mm中板轧机投产初期出现了轧机两侧压下螺丝、螺母磨损严重问题,当螺纹副开动以调整辊缝时有铜屑从压下螺母上排出,压下电机工作电流常超过设计正常值。停机后,拆卸压下螺丝、螺母检查发现,铜合金螺母磨损严重。锯齿形牙型上已出现环形局部凹沟、根部磨损更加严重,而钢的压下螺丝牙型局部表面粘结铜屑及烧伤痕迹。压下止推轴承的凸形球面副严重损伤,轴承的滚动体边端局部压裂或脱皮。据现场调查,某中板厂的3500mm中厚板轧机压下螺纹副螺母年磨损量超过1mm以上。
发明内容
为了解决现有中厚板轧机压下螺纹副铜

螺母寿命低等问题,本发明提供一种大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副,这种不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副设计合理、工作可靠,与等厚螺牙压下螺纹副相比其使用寿命可提高3年以上。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副与等厚螺牙压下螺纹副的螺距和齿侧间隙相比不变,其压下螺母螺牙的厚度大于压下螺丝螺牙的厚度,其压下螺母螺牙的厚度等于原等厚螺牙厚度加螺牙厚差δ,不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副压下螺丝螺牙的厚度等于原等厚螺牙厚度减螺牙厚差δ,螺牙厚差δ=2.5~3.5mm。在压下螺丝螺牙谷底处开圆弧槽,圆弧槽与两相邻螺牙的轮廓线相切,圆弧半径R=8~12mm。

具体实施方式
实施例
图1是一家大型中厚板轧机压下螺纹副结构示意图,零件1为压下螺丝,零件2为螺母,螺牙采用狼牙形(见图2)。压下螺丝材质采用钢,螺母材质采用铜。两者的弹性模量相差两倍。在轧制力作用下,刚度高的压下螺丝1螺牙发生近乎刚性位移,刚性低的螺母2螺牙类似于悬臂梁发生弹性弯曲变形。螺母螺牙2接触区的变形极不均匀,螺牙根处弹性压扁变形大,螺牙顶部却弯曲变形大。由此,螺母2螺牙接触压力峰值趋向于螺牙根处,螺牙顶端却压力极小甚至脱离接触(见图3铜螺母螺纹副压力分布曲线)。
压下螺丝1和螺母2材料分别为钢和铜或钢和钢匹配场合获得的螺牙面压力分布(见图3),叉号线为钢和铜材料,圆点线对应钢和钢材料。两种模拟除了螺母材料不同外,其它条件皆相同。显然,当压下螺丝及螺母弹性模量相同时,接触压力分布基本对称,峰值居于中间;当压下螺丝和螺母材的料弹性模量相差越大时,接触压力分布呈斜坡形,其峰值偏向软材料的螺母牙根处。
大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副的螺距P=40mm(见图4),为满足滑动功能条件,压下螺丝及螺母的制造材料分别为钢及铜材质。螺牙采用狼牙形,螺距和齿侧间隙与等厚螺牙压下螺纹副一样保持不变,压下螺丝螺牙厚度差δ=3mm。不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副螺母2螺牙厚度等于原等厚螺牙厚度加螺牙厚差δ,不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副压下螺丝1螺牙的厚度等于原等厚螺牙厚度减螺牙厚差δ。在不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副压下螺丝1螺牙谷底处开圆弧槽,圆弧槽与两相邻螺牙的轮廓线相切,圆弧半径R=10mm。原等厚螺牙厚度为10mm,不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副压下螺丝1螺牙厚度减薄:b1=10mm-3mm=7mm,不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副螺母2螺牙厚度增加:b2=10mm+3mm=13mm。
在压下螺丝1螺牙谷处开与两相邻螺牙轮廓线相切的圆弧槽,以保证同螺母螺牙弯曲等刚度条件。具有22层螺牙螺母不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副由下而上的第2层、第8层和第21层螺牙的对比压力分布图见图5、图6、和图7。
螺距40mm螺牙厚差3mm的大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副的工作寿命,相对等厚压下螺纹副的工作寿命提高3年以上。

1.一种大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副,包括压下螺丝(1)和压下螺母(2)两个部分,其特征是:大型中厚板轧机辊缝调节不等厚螺牙压下螺纹副与等厚螺牙压下螺纹副的螺距和齿侧间隙相比不变,其压下螺母(2)螺牙的厚度大于压下螺丝(1)螺牙的厚度,压下螺母(2)螺牙的厚度等于原等厚螺牙厚度加螺牙厚差δ,压下螺丝(1)螺牙的厚度等于原等厚螺牙厚度减螺牙厚差δ,螺牙厚差δ=2.5~3.5mm;所述压下螺丝(1)及压下螺母(2)的材料分别为钢及铜材质;在压下螺丝(1)螺牙谷底处开圆弧槽,圆弧槽与两相邻螺牙的轮廓线相切,圆弧半径R=8~12mm。
